Ive been going there for a year now. I love the way my mani-pedis turn out. So many colors and designs to choose from.

Service is terrible.The ladies are all pretty unprofessional, not careful and gave me bad attitude because of the previous guest.But I did nothing wrong, they don’t need to make me feel uncomfortable when they are removing my gel.They keep changing people who served me. It’s just too pricy for this level of service and quality.

They brought me in and seemed tentative enough, I was a walk In and they were empty... they started off great then more people came pouring in only 3 ladies working and 6 ladies walked in on top of me next thing I knew I was being rushed they hurried along with me... I was fond of the color I picked for my pedi and mentioned wanting to change it and she basically blew me off n said no it looks very nice telling me how expensive and rare the color was... other wise the pedi was okay but rushed... not worth the price.... my fill was good but again u can tell it was rushed ... for the price compared to service I feel like I over paid ... they also are a bit pricey from my usual

A very good full service salon. I have my hair, nails, and waxing done at this salon and they do an excellent job. The salon is nice, and the people all aim to please. Always a pleasant experience.

I got a mani/pedi. It seemed somewhat thorough because it took a really long time, but I asked to only have my nails filed (round), they were pretty nice shape/length going in, but she ended up trimming a couple WAY too short and then panicking and filing them down to the quick—see pic, looks terrible. Didnt really push/cut cuticles (which was the main reason I went) & didnt cover the entire nail with polish, then didnt cover the entire polish with top coat, so it was uneven. Chipped right away.

This is a review for their NAIL services.It was my first time here, and I had an excellent experience. The employees/techs are very sweet, patient and not pushy at all. I was so happy to see several regulars come in for the usual -- that was such a good sign! Everything felt clean and tools were kept sanitary and fresh. Also a good sign!I do recommend calling ahead for an appt just in case, but walking in seemed perfectly fine-- you may have to just wait several minutes for an available tech on a busy day.I received:The BASIC mani-pedi Combo ($40) +French tips/Regular polish (pedi) +Gel polish (mani) =$61 service total (Which is awesome for the Bay Area!)**TIP #1: If you pay in cash, its even cheaper. They can direct you an ATM around the corner to use, if you prefer. (A credit card payment has an extra processing fee auto-included.)****TIP #2: Bring CA$H for GRATUITY!! as requested by management. Thankfully, I brought enough for the 20% tip, expecting that to be the case.Overall, Im pretty sure this is one of the best manicures Ive had, in regards to the accuracy and smoothness of the result: no bubbles, no bumps, no streaks, no missing spots in the polish or around the nail bed. I keep admiring the technique!I wish I got the techs names, but they both did great. I do recommend trying out this spot; Im sure Ill be visiting again.

I make a appointment with the main owner ..I felt she did not honor the time I took to get there on time and the appointment I arrange ahead of time .. she noticed I was not getting fake nail, and she decided it was not worth her time to spend on me .. I did not like the fact she did not honor and respect my request as a client ..For sure I will not be back if she think my money is not worthy than I am doing the same for her buisness ..
