No one knew what they were doing when I asked questions or understood English until I had to talk to the manager. Manager then charged me $30 more from the set prices on the menu. Keep your money and go somewhere else besides here.

It’s okay, probably won’t be coming back here again. Most likely will stick to mobile detailing. They did a good job on washing the exterior of my car. However, they did not take their time vacuuming and removing grease and grime from the interior of my car. I still had dirt on the passenger seat and dog fur was still left in the backseats. For $45, I expected a better job. I still tipped though, times are tough.

These guys are awesome. They’ve done a great job with my car and never had a problem. People don’t give much credit, but come on, these guys work under hot days and try their best. No everyone is perfect. The receptionist though is not as welcoming and forgets to give you the air refreshners which are behind her. She does need a little more social skills and be more welcoming to customers, but that’s just my opinion.

Overall, they do a great job. Theyre very conscious and take the time to do it right. Even if you do see some things that they need to touch up on, they do it with no attitude and are very grateful. Highly recommend this place

Worst car wash ever. I was told my car didn’t fit through the tunnel so I paid $40 for a hand wash. Turns out, it was just a simple car wash. Something I could’ve done for free or cheaper at any other place. There was no tire cleaning, no Interior cleaning. Just a water hose and a rag. To top it all off, water marks were left all over the car. Never going back again!

They couldnt provide all the services. When I received the call driver door had.purple streaks. They dont even offer car scent anymore.

I am here at the Car wash inside to pay ! And Im asked to put my mask on and I explained to the cashier it is not required per CDC and Cal Osha. The Governor just signed an executive order effective yesterday.Now Im going to look into a lawyer for be told their company still requires it.

Super friendly employees inside and out. I had them do everything inside & out. They did a wonderful job and it didnt take very long at all. The inside looks wonderful it is a great vacuuming job. A little pricey for my taste, but for the work that was done okay with paying the price.

I went in for a Carwash paid around 50 for the one where they supposedly clean everything and I get home look in my back seat it was still filthy they didn’t even bother vacuuming the 3rd row they didn’t clean the inside at all it looked like a very bad job not with it go somewhere else

The place to visit when you want to beautify your car.

Went on Wednesday for their $9.99 special. Which is just a wash vacuum and wipe down. Got me for an extra $2 bucks for it being a jeep. No air freshener either. Not a real value but no deal breakers. I went after work an hour before closing. It was dark when I left. I trusted them to do a good job or at least decent. Heres what I saw when I got home. Needless to say I wont be going back.

Didnt wipe the interior at all. Im a huge tipper. I need to find another hand carwash in Palmdale. They could have done a much better job. SMHAlso, inside of the facility carries a foul odor.

First time I went to this car wash and it’s the worst. My windows are dirty and opaque, the pictures don’t show it really well but believe me! I’m having a hard time to see, and it’s difficult to remove the opaqueness! Never again I’ll go there!!! We have no idea what chemicals were used on windows and at night it’s difficult to see and it has been 4 days and the opaqueness its still there!

Ended up paying more than I wanted because an employee thought my car was too low for their machine, but the car is an SUV. I ended up paying extra for a service I didnt because they told me they would get it done faster. Ended up waiting for over an hour and a half in the heat, while watching others with even lower cars go in and leave before me. If it wasnt for the fact my mother likes coming here because its the closest one to the house and this SUV being hers, I would not come here.

This place usually does a pretty good job on my truck, however the last couple of visits I have noticed that as soon as I get home theres water stains on my doors, this is due to their failure to blow off both of my side view mirrors properly. I have asked the gentleman drying out my truck to please keep an eye out for this issue without any results. Next time Ill have to speak to the manager.

Every time I have been to this car wash they have done a great job on my car. They take a long time but that is to be expected because the interior cleaning is very detailed. I’ve never been disappointed.

Excellent hand washing place on Palmdale Boulevard!

Awful. 1hr to get a wash that should take 10 mins tops. Car still dirty when it came out the other side. Machines not running so 2 guys are soaping the car by hand and then throwing buckets of water to try and rinse car. Cars backed up, sitting at the end. Nobody pulling cars aside. I could have gotten a better wash for 5 bucks at a gas station. Absolutely will not ever go again.

They are very thorough and offer a great selection of services. They also have the best wait room in the a.v. it sells food and fruit drinks. My car was cleaned very well by them. Highly recommend them.

I took my car to get a wash yesterday and my experience wasn’t great..First of all,The guy didn’t even clean my rims and I didn’t get any air freshener which was part of the package that I bought..He only put tire dressing on 3 tires and overall poor job..

The cashier is always nice. Always a smile on her face. But the actual car wash not impressed. They dont really clean the car as good as they should and I think is a bit pricey for what they do.

Every time I’ve gotten a car wash didn’t have a problem until today. My car has license plate covers front and back when they brought the car out we noticed it didn’t have the front one told the guy that brought the car out and he called his manager and the manager then said it probably broke off..😒 And I told him if it broke off the screws would of still been on there and there would of been plastic left behind too but there wasn’t.. the screws where also gone.. like come on seriously!!

My go-to spot for a car wash. It’s a true hand car wash and the prices are reasonable. I hope these guys are always around, I’m not a big fan of drive-thru car washes. If you want a real carwash and want to support working humans this is the spot.

I live on the West side of Palmdale and drive across town to come here. Theyre that good! The guys all work very hard to make sure your car looks amazing. They have a pretty large snack selection inside, even including a T-shirt section (odd, I know). The snacks are 99 cents which is a bargain.I knocked off a star because their car wash prices are high and they charge $2 more for SUVs.

I went there and washed my car. However, I came home and rewashed it. Still dirty and not that clean. I think Mobile Wash did a better job than this place.

They are very busy today but the quaslity of work is amazing!! He took his time on cleaning both interior and exterior of my Q7. The cashier was very polite and the entire staff are friendly!!Definitely a place to go for great hand wash!!

They scratched top of my SUV. While they are washing your SUV with soap they use a broom brush to clean the vehicle roof that will scratch the roof of your vehicle pretty bad. Im very disappointed. My SUV was only a month old. Not going back. Plus they still left dirt all around the car. If you want a carwash that will damage your car please come here for a wash.

Very good place. Unlike Carbanas Car Wash, this place wont screw you over from getting a free car wash if you have the Free Car Wash card.

Been to this place 3 times and never had a positive experience. They take too long to wash 1 car. About 1 hour and half to finish. Prices are too high for a simple wash. Bathrooms are dirty and place is not cleaned well. Window glass are dirty. I can do a better job for half of the price and half of the time to wah my car. Very poor management of keeping the customer experience positive. I think with those prices youre able to afford to clean up the place once in a while. Good luck Royal Car wash.

This place sucks. I went in for a car wash and they ended up breaking my side view mirror. Then they denied doing it. After they told me to give my number to the cashier for the Manager to call me and he NEVER did. Overall a horrible experience.

Poor managing really bad customer service not only that they dont clean your car good. These last three times I took my car they left it dirty my seats stained with trash on the carpet as if they rush and dont care much of having your car clean. I tried showing one of the managers how they left my car and he didnt bother to look he said if you dont like it stop coming. Very unprofessional I mean their job is to clean your car not to leave it dirty and see what they can do to fix the problem. Dont recommend this place at all

Fast service, my car was really dirty/dusty ON the inside living in the desert and occasionally leaving my windows down. They did a great job cleaning the dash and windows inside and out!

The inside of my car was vacuumed but not vacuumed enough to wear animal hairs was not visible and the windows still had smudges. For the price I was charged the wash was HORRIBLE. I will NOT be coming back!!!!!

They wash your car better than the rest of the car wash places in Palmdale, but their customer service (Lady at pay counter) isnt the friendliest thats for sure. If your miserable working at the car wash then get another job. Otherwise make it the best it can be.

Garbage....You pay almost $30 for a car wash and still have to lead the person around the car showing spots, dirt, and smudges. Then youre met with, Oh, that dirt wont come. Oh, that bird poop doesnt come off. Oh, that smear is permanent. What??? Absolutely ridiculous. Ive been here a number of times, spread out over a few years and its just as bad every time. There wont be a next time though.
