Review for July 2021. This car Wash is located in West Palmdale in the gasoline station 76. Im not guilty, to say that I absolutely appreciate the convenience of this place being open after hours. Located conveniently within the circle k facility. Although the price is $8 to wash your car, it at least offers you a vacuum session. Unlike the local car washes which are about $7. This ones a little bit pricier. But it was the only one that was open at 7:00 p.m. on a Thursday night. So I do appreciate the fact that they were open and everyone else was closed.

Today was my first day coming into Bliss Car wash with my new car. Personal I am not happy I thought it was a hands on car wash but it was just a machine automated wash. Normal car wash overall but when I left I checked my car paint and I am not happy check for yourself. Also the employees doesn’t care because i complain with them and the girls didn’t care. Really bad customer service. Never going back.

5star car wash workers spray scrub your car first then machines work great inside and dry then vacuums work super good ! Nice and shiny car to Cruz the blvd after

Excellent car wash. You stay in your car but there is an attendant to greet you and they pre-wash your windows and tires, then when you’ve driven through there is another attendant to wipe your car off. The cost is much more reasonable if you sign up for monthly access. The top wash costs $18.00 but for unlimited it’s only $29.00. Plus they have sign up deals all the time for a free month or other incentives. On top of that the vacuums are free and strong suction with a narrow attachment so you can get down the side of your seat (where all the crumbs live lol). Give it a try, you won’t be sorry.

Ive been a member here since just about the time it opened. Can you believe they are still having difficulty getting me through the wash... months have gone by. Still problems. The staff is good...I know most of their names.... however...I would carefully consider a membership at this point.

First time through didnt get all of my car clean, but the guy that drys off your car noticed and had me go through again at no charge. Even upgraded me! So it turned out good.

Amazing service. At the end the white guy did an AMAZING job wiping my car off and fixing my mirrors on both sides all with a smile. I love it here. Also a basic wash was only $8!

Best drove thru car wash I have been to. Customer service is amazing. Before your wash they use a push broom type brush to scrub your windshield and bumper. After the wash they quickly towel dry your car. Amazing definitely recommend!

A car wash with suds! Way better than the other express washes that I have been to. There was a guy who pre washed my car before the wash and a guy who wiped the car down after the wash. Nice touch. I took a star away because the vacuums werent the best. Barely picked up anything. Also, the wait time in line was ridiculously long, considering I was the 3rd car in line. It doesnt take 8 min. for 1 car to order a wash, does it? I may pay for the monthly unlimited wash the next time I go. Overall, I enjoyed my experience.

One of the best car washes in the AV! They take great care to do a good pre-wash, and they do a good hand dry at the end getting the last few areas.

Great deals great car wash.... I like the monthly subscription because it’s more affordable and for people like my husband who wants to wash his car every week... it’s a great alternative to his hand washing at home because now he can have a clean car weekly and save time. though the workers are suppose to towel dry your car, they don’t do a good job... but can’t have perfect everything... 5 stars because great company concept that works.

Great self serve car wash. They have plenty of vacuums to use prior to going through the car wash or afterwards. The car wash is truly state of the art and the attendants are at the front end do a nice job of pre washing your car and the attendant at the end of the line does a great job of drying off your car. This is the way a self serve wash should be. The only thing that would make this car wash better is if they had someone do the windows inside the car. All and all this is a good value car wash.

Con: machine does not clean my Prius rear window.Pro: cheap ($7). Free self vacuum.I do not recommend for Prius owners. You will be disappointed as I am.

Paid $13 for the Transform and it didnt transform nothing. It took off the dirt on the front of my car but failed to clean my roof and rear windshield.

Its a good place for a quick car wash and interior cleaning but not if you want to detail your car.

The vacuums have great suction strength. And after you go through the automatic wash, they have someone touch up your windows by hand. This will now be my go-to car wash

The vacuums here are what makes this place for me. The right size to fit in the narrow areas around the front seats and there was no loss of suction when all were in use.

I absolutely love this carwash; not only does their drying method seem safe for your car, but when at the end of the drying process a team member will dry off any water left behind (if they are not short on employees), and the vacuums get the job done fast.

Always when I go there have just 1 employee in the front. They need at least 2 employees one to clean before go inside the machine and one to dry the car. My husband and I are canceling the membership today because of that.

Best car wash in town. I used to go to a decent place down the street, but this does a better job. My car comes out completely dry which means less effort. The vacuums are decent but could be a tad stronger. Good prices. Washes from $7 to $13.

There are many car wash businesses in the AV, although all do wash your car; but none perform such an exemplary job for your car. Sure you can wash your car on your own but who has the time or patience for that? Bliss Car Wash is the best choice for your car and your wallet, its my first choice and new personal favorite. The icing on the cake was the attendant hand drying my vehicle for no extra charge, (a tip for their service is a nice gesture) as well as the complimentary vehicle sanitation by another attendant (tip as a nice gesture too). All in all, Bliss, superceded my expectations and created bliss in mind for me and my car.

New going in, guess I was blocking the gas station entrance. Then the gate wouldnt open after paying and couldnt get help. Then they pushed my electric mirrors in. I dont know if Ill be back.

Offered me a free wash and every time i went it was blocked off and workers were doing something to car wash. My free car wash expired so i never got a chance.

Best service Ive had at a self-service car wash! Ive been here twice, and both times there was someone offering assistance with the credit card reader as well as spraying the junk off of my car. The wash itself was thorough. Very friendly people too. I highly recommend Bliss.

Its a good balance price service. The machine will wash your car without scratching it. Better than other places here. The most cheap carwash still have soap and wax on it. ( There are some carwash in Palmdale they dont put soap on it. !! ) And It happened to me that at the carwash of 25th and S the machine scratched the roof of my car. And I dont have a Truck. So I dont know. When I complain the girls did nothing because basically they know nothing about that machine. So now Im going this place. And Im so happy they opened. They clean my car great everytime.

Friendly, helpful. I needed the vacuum a day after I washed A rental car. Staff members were kind and understanding of the necessity to keep the vehicle clean. The equipment is soft and did not leave scratch marks. The buffers give the SPARKLE to the SHINE. 😁

I really like Bliss car wash. Not only are the workers friendly and personable they go the way extra mile in making sure your car is ready to go. They have an area to vacuum and wipe down your car. They are available for any questions may have.

Best in town. No hard edged brushes. The bigger one down the street left black scratches all over my Mercedes because the final drying curtain is abrasive. Thats why now this is the only place I go.

Bliss is a grate car wash when I go seen I have the membership the machine washes it for me and I do the rest by drying it from the inside doors and clean my glass and it looks more spotless than anything all what matters is that it washes 💯

This Car Wash is the worst car wash I have ever been to. The reason why is because the soap and wax products that they claim are spot free, clear coat protectant, clear coat sealer, and triple foam wax do not work. Let me start off by saying, maybe the triple foam wax is correct, hahaha, because the foam stays on your paint job and destroys it. I have taken my car here several times and the soap with wax they use is terrible. It left white hard sandy residue all over my cars paint. I filed a complaint to the corporate office with the help of the associates that work at this Bliss, and another Bliss customer I know has experienced the same results. Come to note the associates were no help at all, they submitted the wrong photos attached to the file. The Bliss corporate Manager Dennis Shutts had to relocate the photos. Now keep in mind the associate took pictures with the companys IPad, so therefore the pictures are saved to the ipad and to the Icloud automatically. While looking at the pictures, Dennis Shutts then wanted to view the video of my car being washed, which he did. I have received an email from the Bliss claims department requesting to have a repair estimate quote done from a car detail company, to determine what Bliss will reimburse me.I did get my estimate price and it is $450.00, the damage that Bliss car wash caused on the paint will need to have service performed as follows: Paint correction, Wax & Clay, buff & polish and paint sealant. I notified Dennis Shutts from Bliss that I have taken the initiative to pay this to the detailing company. I could not wait till Dennis Shutts replied back to me where as my car paint could get worse. Very disappointed in customer service and the way things were handled all around. I would not recommend Bliss Car Wash company to any one. You do not want your Car damaged.Now to answer your reply which you posted .. As you watched the video footage, it shows soap and wax was applied to my car and damaged my paint. My invoice proves what was caused by Bliss Car wash and how much it cost to fix it, which was $450.00. Now if you actually cared about the customers and how to run a good business, you would view my invoice and contact the detail company to confirm, then reimburse me for the cost I had to pay which was caused from your company.

Good service but not so good car wash. It always leaves dirt behind on my car and i always end up regretting getting it washed there. Vacuums are too loud and small also.

Needs improvement. I think this place has potential for 5 Stars, but it needs to improve, especially in regards to the staff. I have the Transform Level membership, and one thing that annoys me is the inconsistency. Sometimes the employee will spray my car prior to entering the wash, other times they wont, and other times theyll only spray one side, and it feels like it just depends on their mood at that moment. It would be nice if they consistently sprayed both sides of the car every time. Also, apparently the system doesnt recognize your level of membership automatically, an employee punches it in, and sometimes its the wrong one. Ive come out of the wash without tire shine on my tires, meaning the employee entered the regular wash instead of the premium Transform Im paying for. The wash itself is great and the car is actually dry once its done. When the employee inconsistencies get taken care of, Ill upgrade this rating to 5 Stars.

Its really great. They give you the first 3 months at a discounted rate, then it goes up. Cool, not a problem. But the price goes to the same price as Mister, formally known as Cruz-Thru, but the difference is theres a lot smaller space for actually cleaning your car at Bliss. So maybe just go to Minster? They have enough space for more cars to allow you to vaccum your car. But the staff is friendly and everything is fast and convenient.

Bliss car wash dislocations car washes start off at about $7 and will have you looking clean by the time you leave this location also has a gas station Beverages and snacks inside good place to get gas as well.

Careful to turn right away into the tunnel once you pay. Otherwise you will not be able to go in the tunnel without reversing and trying again. The wash was not that good. Super short. Its also more expensive than the larger one down the street.

So upset my 21 inch AMG Mercedes rims were scratched in their car wash. Not to mention tire shine being sprayed all over the left side of my car from the drivers side door to the back quarter panel. To top it off it was hard to get ahold of them to cancel my membership. Only after emailing them about not returning my calls, did I finally get a response. Not a friendly one but either. What a huge disappointment all the way around. Guess I’ll stick with Mister car wash since Bliss cannot deliver whatsoever

I tried this car wash shortly after opened up and puchase $19.99 membership first part of month February. I called to cancell membership on end of month, whichthey stated couldnt find account needed more information. I am senior and had work head injury short term memory problems. Ane than Due to this Cov-19 Virius they still took there $19.99 automaticly out my account. Now, I called them gave her proper information, plus never once washed my automobile in month of March. But, refused to credit my account. With all this going on and was advised to stay home and play childish games. I would say for this reason, I will never do any business or give them rating they do not deserve. Amen

They actually scrub your windshield before you go through the car wash and wipe down your mirrors and any excess water off of your car, a little extra service that most places dont do, nice touch.

So today was my first time going to bliss what a mistake. I got rear ended inside and ended up hitting lady in front due to negligence of training they put us way to close in side that our cars started hitting eachother freaked my kids out i was panicking they really need to train better and more space in beyween cars.... 😠😠😠😠😠😠
