They were all so pleasant and professional. The guys did an awesome job of washing (The Works) and detailing my car. Very caring and attentive. Trust me, they had theyre work cut out for them, as the car had been parked outdoors, not driven for months. Good work guys! 👍🏼

The cleaning job was ok, but some of the staff is very unprofessional, a Mr. Antonio, was incredibly rude when I tried to explain that I had made a reservation based on their website request to do so prior to your visit. He was the first employee I encountered, even though the rest of the staff was much nicer I would not return to this place.

This car wash is advertising a Tuesday Special for Women on their website that they refused to honor! This place is very unprofessional and engage in False Advertisement! I will never go there again! You lost a customer!!!

Honestly need to hire experienced people. My wheel is messed up after coming to them. I tried calling as soon as I found out but was closed at 5:10. Don’t use them if you like your car and know what’s good for ya! The guy couldn’t even drive stick and burnt the hell out of my clutch! Thanks guys!

I was very discouraged with the service I received wash not working windows were left with smudges and underneath cleaning spray did not appear to work and they charge to much money for service they dont perform, there was a time to it was my to go place, not anymore

I GOT the regular car wash. Ther equipment was not working. When trying wiped the car down I asked why they did not wipe the inside, I was told later that the regular wash only included the outside. Very unhappy en though I only live less then 2 miles away I belive this is a one time use .

Horrible job! Scratched my new paint!!! Swirl marks all over. I had what looked like old gum residue left behind on some parts of my car. These guys do NOT know how to wash a car. If you care about your car AVOID THIS GUS!

The overall business wasn’t a terrible experience but the manager specifically Antonio was very rude and non accommodating.I kindly told him what I wanted and he raised his voice and was very condescending, and when I maturely asked him if I can talk to his manager, he even said the manager doesn’t care that he only cares for water and soap to be put on the cars. As I told him to watch how he was talking to me he even had the decency to say he didn’t care and that I can even take him to court if I would like and that he simply did not care. He was very rude and rude to his coworkers as well, he screams at all of them. I do not recommend this place at all. No one star is needed.

Paid for the 10 dollar wash. They did ok. Kept trying to upsell me to 70 or 80 dollar detail. Other than than that definitely worth the 10 bucks

First time visiting this car wash and was pleasantly surprised. My car had not been washed in 3 months. Needless to say it was super dirty. Once the employees were done with it, it was soooo shiny and clean. Definitely will bring my car here from now on.

I have my cars washed here on a regular basis and would never go anywhere else. The staff is always professional and courteous...but more importantly, they are always friendly.

Yes i did come there 3 weeks ago to get a car wash on my 2020 mercedes..an there was no customers anywheres in sight so i pulled in there was a hispanic woman standing on the walk outside the door there was a fat hispanic guy washing a silver ford f150 double door truck .we sit there for 15 minutes an nobody came to help us at all..so i backed up an left .as i was going around the corner i seen the gas station i believe am pm had a car wash so i paid 4 a wash an got my car cleaned...while we was in the car wash we watched your 2 employees walk into the store an we drove off....you really need some more customer oriented employees...

Once you find a guy that does a good job you want to make sure you return to him, however, they always have different guys so its hard to know if youll be getting the job well done. Thankfully all that have cleaned my car have done a fantastic job

My car wash was good, but there doesnt seem to be enough employees there. I drove by during business hours and it seemed like a ghost town. The next day, I saw it busy. If youre a high schooler looking for a good weekend job, try looking here.

Second time I have came and bad car washes both times. Not going back ever again. They dont even vacuum the floors. Lots of wet spots. No air freshener. Also I believe I got a brand new scratch from them. 🙄 Ima just wash it myself from now on.

The first person to greet you was cranky!!! Not a way to do business. They did not clean my vehicle well, even after I had pointed out the crevices that were dirty, I wasnt expecting a detailed job, but at least the obvious and simple. They did not include the air freshener eitherNow they have on display pocket knives and stuff used to consume drugs. Not coming back.

My car was a mess I have 3 kids and they did an excellent job doing a shampoo to my car I was really happy with the result ....

Love coming here, always great fast service and love how clean my car feels and looks once their done.the one thing really just annoys me is the old man they have working inside sometimes, makes no effort to have any conversation with the customer and doesnt listen when one is talking to himthe girls are always nice and friendly but this guy doesnt seem to carenot good for business. Everyone knows that Customer Service has A LOT to do in business and well this is one thing thats always bothered me and Im sure others lol

Car was cleaned very well, takes a bit longer than other car washes. But they dont seem like they are rushing with the car which is good and they pay more attention to details. 👍

We got here and there were only 4 cars in front of us in line. Its been roughly an hour. The car hasnt even entered the wash tunnel yet. Ill reserve judgement on the wash because Lord knows, Ill probably never see my car again at this point. However, judging from the other reviews Ive seen, I dont have high hopes for how clean it will be. The other hand wash place I go to would have a line maybe 20 cars deep and I would be done within probably 40 minutes and get a spotless job done. Really need some more people here or something.Update: after an hour and a half, the car was FINALLY done. Although, they were still finishing it up. We watched the guy meticulously clean the windows and interior for like 20 minutes before we just had to tell him that he was done because we were tired of waiting. You would think that the absurd amount of time it took to get this car wash, that the job would be perfect. Absolutely not. Still plenty of spots on the windows and doors and the seats and windshield didnt even look like they were touched.The one thing that was good was the frangrance of the car, but that means almost nothing when you consider that they didnt even make the frangrance. They just put a couple of those little squares that were made in a factory somewhere. So theres that.If I could get negative stars, I would. When the only redeeming factor of the wash was something that didnt even come from your work, then you know that this is a bad wash. Dont waste your time because they WILL make this an all-day affair. The only reason we came anyways is because the Chevron drive-thru car wash next door was closed, and we figured that it would be a fair trade to wait a little longer for a better job by a hand wash. Sure, we waited but it was not worth it. Save your money, save your time and find somewhere else.

I came here last year, and felt ripped off, as I paid $130 for a wax detail, that took all day, just to pick up my car and find that they did a horrible job. I talked to the manager and he apologized, and gave me a free carwash for my next visit. I came back today hoping Id have a much better experience, but its pretty much the same. There was no attention to detail, I had to grab a towel myself to wipe off excess dressing, and wipe off obvious left over grime and hand prints, and the workers all move slower than my grandmother, and shes dead... its really bad. Not coming here again.

Everytime I go here they do a poor job at washing my truck. Spots and bird feces still remain with dirt around the wheel well. Tried getting my truck waxed same issue. They claim they could not get water spots out with a wax but I took the buffer and got them out right in front of the manager. When I ask to speak wit the owner, they never know when he is coming in and never have a # on him. I have left my # for him to call me and am still waiting. If you are paying $24 for a wash & $55 for a wax, you expect to have a clean truck especially when I have a freshly painted truck...

“For you my friend..” I’ll over charge you, is what he should say. They’re overpriced but have deals on certain days that they will not tell you about. Not until they’re finished anyway. I got a premium wash and after my car is finished he tells me “hey dude on these days we charge half the price you should have came tomorrow”.Other than the prices, the quality is good. Sometimes the person cleaning the car all around outside and inside will get every inch while some half ass it leaving water marks and smears on the inside with a dirty rag when wiping it down.Staff is friendly but shy. They don’t greet you or make conversation or even confront you but if you do then they’ll awknowledge.The atmosphere is good, they have seats all around sell reasonable priced snacks, drinks, car items like air fresheners and accessories, and free coffee.

I went because its said 7 dollar car wash well7 bucks washes your car but doesnt dry it.For 2 bucks more they can dry it for you what a rip off might at well say 9 dollar car wash .I will never go there again I dont like being lied to.....

Pulled up and 6 guys just stood there doing nothing. Went inside then they helped me. Told me my truck was extra dirty and wanted and extra 15 bucks when theyre not even jand washing. Chevron next door washed it for 5 bucks
