Highly recommend. First time here…not the last!! Friendly, clean, organized, fast, thorough, under promised and over delivered. My car hadn’t had a proper wash in over 2 years and it looks practically new. Plus, I got assistance to get a discount on gas since I was purchasing the car wash.

Under New Management!!!The employees there werent all there if you know what I meant.Felt a little discriminate when I came in there for a full detail service and when I showed them a discount I had, they didnt except it it even tho I talked to a person the day before to confirmed the discount. I guess as a Mexican-American seeing me, they switched up attitudes really quick.

Cant recommend anyone going here. The person who finished my car didnt seem to have a clue what he was doing, in particular how to wipe down a black car, which shows water spots more so than other car colors. I could see the wet wipe lines on all the windows, like they were never wiped with a dry cloth. The windshield still had remnants of bird droppings and residue on the sides from me using the windshield wipers with washer solution. I had to point out that I paid for tire dressing because that wasnt done. Just overall, not what I expected from a professional car wash. I paid $29 and it took almost two hours to get my car, and they were not crowded, just very slow. I was finally so frustrated I left, even though the car clearly looked unfinished. I get it that not everyone has returned to work because of the pandemic, but it just seemed like they had hired someone off the street who had no experience in how to properly wash a car. I expected a much better job than I got.

Beware of false advertising at this company. When I arrived to get my car wash I was informed it would be $36 to wash and armor all my truck, after it was washed and no armor all was done, the “manager” said I “changed me mind, and his employee did not say the services were $36.” After arguing back and forth he said he would not stand by the price given by his employee and if I wanted such services done I needed to pay more. This manager did nothing to try and resolve this issue in the slightest. I guess my business is not of importance to even try to come to an understanding, so I will never be returning even tho I have been a frequent customer for 10+ years.

Had car washed here.. when I looked at the tire cover of my rav4 it was half taken off and fully scratch... went back and no one had any idea what happened to the cover of my car.. owner stated he would look at his cameras and all he can do was give me a free car was for my inconvenience... but who going to fix my tire covered its all scratch.. worst services ever....

Gas price was really good. Experience was ok,employees were nice and friendly but the place is going through renovations which I get, but I think someone should be in charge of running the place. Owner should be there, outside was dirty and understaffed. Took a longer time than I expected. It wasnt really busy so it should have been faster.

Wasnt busy, maybe because of the extremely hot weather. There was outdoor and indoor waiting areas. Employees very nice. They do a nice job.

You know when I used to work here it was bad but with the new management and new active employees I give them props for making hezy a better businessman it really improved amazing so I decided myself to get a carwash and got a really good quality amazing wow Sunday is always the best day to come I recommend Sunday only they never disappoint!!!!!!

This place is great . The people and service is great .very friendly, polite and helpful. Could use some upgrades .needs more advertising. Oil shop service is fairly good and honest . Only problem is some times it takes a little long at the wash and shop . The detail people always do a great job . Not a lot of car washes like this out here . They also offer alot of other diffrent services for example seen them washing rvs and engine details .cheapest gas prices Ive seen in town . Over all I give this place a 4 . Would give a five if they would update the whole wash altogether maybe some grass . Make the place look a little better, more flyers or advertising .

Do NOT take your car here. Im giving this place 1 star because I cant give it zero. I took my car in for an oil change and wash. While getting the oil change I asked the attendant to change the air filter, it was very apparent he didnt know what he was doing, he had to keep calling someone else over to help him. While changing the air filter he was tugging and pulling on things, I could hear things snapping and popping. When he was finished I noticed nothing was tight around the air filter like it had been, everything flopped around. I took my car to my mechanic to have him check to make sure everything was ok. The attendant had broken off all of the clamps to seal the air filter, the damage done by this attended will cost $560 to have fixed.

First, the guy doing the final wipe and detailing of my car did a great job. However, the operation of getting my car through the car wash was very inefficient. It took 20 minutes from the time I pulled up just to he the car through the car wash. Only two cars in front of me. It hasnt been this bad in previous visits so I dont know if things have gone down hill or if this was just a one time glitch.

I had been to this car wash before but not very often. However, since buying a new car, I discovered street paint picked up on the drivers side of the car. I was very distraught as I thought it would not come off. I took it to them and they said that they would take care of it as well as a hand wax for $60.00. When the job was done, it looked better than when I bought it. Need-less-to say it was money well spent and I would recommend this business above all others that I have used.

Waited in front of the service center for 15 minutes before someone came over to help us. As the mechanic was changing the oil, we asked if we could get a tire rotation and we would pay the extra cost. The mechanic said “I am not available for a rotation now. I just got here.” ..........? Very rude and unprofessional. This place used to be great, unsure what happened.

Actually it should just say poor. I got my truck washed today and the guy suggested some expensive wash to get it nice a clean. I chose the works for $18 because I did not have 45 min.and my truck is not very clean. I could have wipe it with a dirty rag to make it look like it does. Under quality there should be one more rating: TERRIBLE! !!!! Oh just looked at the passenger side. Doesnt even look washed!!I give this car wash minus5 stars

This is by far the highest quality car wash in Palmdale. Theyre a little slow, but thats because they take their time and provide great service. Went back again. Still the best in town!

The Works took nearly 40 minutes, and I tipped extra so the service man would vacuum my car especially good, but there was still dirt under the front seats. They left my windows quite streaky, as well, and they snapped the speaker piece off the door. It was difficult to get back on and Im not sure if its even on correctly. I probably wont be returning.

Went to this place for the first time @2pm. It didnt look busy, so figured it would be a great opportunity to evaluate and try a new service. Entered the store, it looked clean and as if my husband and I were the only two that needed work done. Asked the receptionist what the pricing was, found it to be fare an reasonable. However, was instructed that I needed to go outside and speak with the Oil Change department before I could be checked in. Thinking ok, no big deal we drove over. No one was at the oil change service area. My husband exited the vehicle and while walking around a man approached him and stated Im on my lunch break for 45 more mins come back then.This is a major red flag for any business as it doesnt build customer confidence. A place in which appeared to have 1.2 million dollar value, had no customers and when a customer approaches they dont have a plan in place to service new and/or current customers.Essentially, my husband and I left,I and when I called to advise that the business didnt seem legit. I left them with some crucial feedback as to what steps or actions they should have taken to improve their business moto.I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO DEALERSHIPS AND/OR THE GENERAL PUBLIC.In my professional experience, this is not a professional company and may be a FRONT business for something else.AIR IN CAUTION WHEN GOING HERE - as you may be getting more than why you bargained for.....

Came in for a interior shampoo and got a free basic car wash included. Price was fair

Place looks nice enough from the street. The fellow that takes your order quite pleasent. Went inside and paid, then to the window to watch it come by. Waited, waited waited, but did see another car go thru but none of the equipment was working. I asked the girl at the register what the hold up was and the best I could get out of her was that nobody told her there was a hold up.Off I go, on a mission to find my lost truck. I find it at the entrance with some kid washing it with a mop. This does not look good but really, how much can you screw up a car wash? Youd be surprised. Ok, the kid pushes the button and off it goes, thru the wash rack (why is anyones guess because the equipment is broken.) To the other side I walk and the special needs kid that was supposed to be drying it is on his phone. Half the dirt was still on the outside of the truck and there brain trust was getting ready to rub it into the clear coat. Enough was enough, I just got in it and drove off.

I went there for the first time and received great service. I noticed they were taking all the fixed antennas off and reinstalling them after the wash. I also went to explain the electric retractable mirrors and was told they know about them and how they work. I had a great experience and was going to make this my normal wash. Just three weeks later I went back expecting the same treatment. I even delt with the same person at the front who knew about the electric mirrors. After paying I had to watch in horror with my children as my truck went through the wash with my mirrors out. By the time it came through the other side a mirror had been hit so hard it folded back. When I ran out to see the damage I noticed they didnt take the antenna off they simply folded it back and closed it in the door. I couldnt believe it, A 60,000 dollar truck treated like that. I confronted the manager about fixing the mirror and he told me it was my responsibility to fold the mirrors in and they would do nothing to repair the mirror. I will never go near this place again. They wont fix any damage even if they caused it. They blame their own customers for their mistakes. How they can even be in business is a mystery to me.

These guys have consistently done a fantastic job for years. The final wipe down is more of a detail. I always tip $5-10.

Disappointed with this car wash. Blower didnt work and took an hour before the car was finished. Had to clean the wheels and wipe the car off when I got home . I wont be going back.

The young man doing the wipe down did a great job, even going back with degreaser to get some tough spots. The young man operating the wash itself also did great. He did a scrub down with a brush all over before starting the wash. The older fella passing out the tickets and doing the vacuum however did a horrible job. He half-assed the front seat vacuuming and didnt bother to vacuum the back seat at all. Pitiful.

I receive a free car wash after every oil change. They are usually quite busy, but its worth the wait. The guys vacuum and clean your car thouroughly.

Was told 30 minutes for oil change, then 30 minutes for car wash. 2.75 hours later, it was done. There was hardly any one there. All the others were complaining too. Doubt Ill go back

People plan their schedules around the time that businesses open. It would be beneficial if your opening staff could show up to their jobs on time to open your car wash. 15 minutes late! Now waiting longer for set up! SMH!

I drove a new 2017 model car and paid for a works car wash and had them vacume and wipe my car 3x spoke to a manager and he was completely rude unprofetional at aproching me with my situation or complain and for him to tell me with attitude i did not pay for a full detail it is what it is thrown my car floor mats with out placing them right was the most furious experience I held from a car wash. I proceed him with kind voice and mature attitude to have him completely make me feel like my car was not worth the services. Strongly recommend anyone not to come to this place. !

I drove up, sat there 5 minutes and no one ever acknowledged I was there, so I left. I called in to speak with management to let them know about the poor customer service, and he/she didnt even bother to call back.

Scratched my new rims, but there are signs everywhere saying they arent responsible for things like that..if they just pay attention driving it in the wash...otherwise its a good cheap carwash...download the coupons from their website...bring a book

I have a duly and they wanted $60 to wash my truck. When I questioned him about the price he turned around and walked away this place sucks dont ever go there.

The service and quality was excellent.

We waited in line for 10minutes only for some guy to pull up and the car wash attendant take him first. Horrible customer service when the attendant SAW us!! We always used to come here, but we will NEVER be coming here EVER again!!!!! Will make sure we tell everyone what happened and will make sure they never come here!!!!
