Right before they closed I had the car washed but only had 5 mins to vacuum it out. Next thing I know the vacuums are powered off because they closed. I was so upset until the night manager Karla advised me to come back tomorrow to finish vacuuming out my car for free. Great customer service.

Pretty good car wash but lately the wheel tracks have been slipping. It goes past the wheel and shakes your vehicle and lifts it very forcefully. Fix this asap before you destroy someones tires. This has only been as of recent, never had issues here before.

This is a drive through car wash with a dinosaur/volcano theme. For $18 you get the normal wash and wax and the tires cleaned. However you should bring some towels to wipe the car. not all parts are clean or dry. The vacuum is handy.

They fixed this car wash and it is way better than Lancaster I would definitely go to this one over Lancaster

I really enjoy the concept. Who has time to sit for an hour at carwash. Three issues. Platinum is is very expensive for what it is. Two, I need one on the East Side to use the unlimited plan. Three, the vacuums were broken when I pulled up, forcing me to drag hoses on my new paint.. nice employees though.

Although, I give this place 4 stars I don’t like how this African guy with glasses treats me EVERYTIME I am there. He makes me reverse or stop for no reason, and it’s every time I go that he’s working that he does that and it’s highly annoying. Today when I was there I didn’t listen to him and I just kept driving the car like I usually would and he got upset and he’s gotten upset for no reason numerous times. He seems to have a problem as if he knows me..

Fast and good clean.. well let me first start off by saying that this place is very practical but at the same time very economic and useful to get your car washed done here. Im not guilty, to say that this is got to be my favorite car wash in Palmdale. Its like an all stop shop for car wash. You can select the basic wash for $7. Or get unlimited car washes for a month 1999. The vacuums are free of you is as long as you get a car wash done. And the cashiers who take payment are always very friendly and very nice deal with. I really appreciate the fact that they go out of the way to make sure that they are super friendly with the customers. Overall I give this place at 5 stars because my car is always clean after Im done here. It makes it a whole lot easier to get a quick car wash and at the same time to make sure the car is drive wanted done. You can also get tire shine. Or you can get premium car wash. Or you can just get a car wash quickly and not even use the vacuums and drive off. The exit of the car wash is directly in front of the exit to the Main Street on 10th Street Avenue West. Very good place for a car wash. Like I said is easy access for the cars to drive in and get your car washed done quickly. I cant complain about the price. Its Bay City View just looking to get an Express Wash done as quickly as possible. Or you can take your time and get a detail done job. Its really up to you. The vacuums could use a little bit more suction. But it gets the job done. It is also very nice that you can get towels or styrofoam or little tree scents. At the Car Care Center. Everything is a dollar or $2. Depending on what you need. And that makes it easy if you forgot your cleaning material. Thank you once again for providing great car washes

Great service at a good price the machine washes your car you just dry it and vacuum it I think the #2 is 11 dollars #1 is 14 dollars and the basic wash is 7 dollars.

Employee are very neat and they are attentive to customers needs they keep floors neat and clean check equipments such as the vacuums, and they are friendly. I do miss the towels, and the air fresheners. 🙂

The one in lancaster washes better than palmdale the part that bothers me is I pay for unlimited wash so every month they get my money along with everyone else that pays for unlimited and the car wash cant even provide a spotless rinse

Always takes 2 washes to clean my car. Vacuums are not powerful enough to clean property. They need water machines working. Even after 2 washes car n tires are always still dirty. People always friendly n nice. Broke my licence plate completely

Not too bad, quickly through the lines and the wash was overall very good.

We went to Palmdale, Mister Car Wash. The staff were alert and the service was orderly and systematic. When it came to cleaning the inside of car, the suction machine wasnt working on my side. So I told my friend that it wasnt functioning. So what he did is change the suction gadget and with that I was able to clean my side of the car. But Im just wondering why its not functioning. The management just have to be aware of the suction gadgets that are not functioning. Although in general, my car got real cleaned.

In my opinion just another drive through car wash, and the reason i say this is because i ran a car through their car wash and my rims are still dirty, i still have bird poop stuck to the side of my car. And it just does not seem to shine very well. And i just got this car off a lot less than 30 days ago.

Love this place only thing is I have a hatch back car . and I wish the attendants would use a brush to wash the small window under the wing on my car cause when I go through the wash it doesnt get that part of my car.. 😞

I have a membership here and I can say that it makes my car look Flawless the only downfalls and why I rated a 4-star is because it does not drive my car off all the way I wish they had a final touch up where they had a few people hired to touch up cars and dry them if were going to be paying for a membership but instead we have to park and do it ourselves

I have a monthly membership with Mister Car Wash, and I like the fact that they do their best to keep the facility clean. My only concern is some of the machines dont work at both the Palmdale and Lancaster locations which may cause you to go through again for a second pass.

A great new self service car wash

Lately, some of the brushes have not been working at both locations in the Antelope Valley. All off the employees are very nice but I cancelled my membership until repairs become a priority.

Signed up for their monthly plan and can just zip through anytime I need to without stopping to swipe a card or anything. Just drive up to the gate it opens, and proceed to the wash. If you wash your car twice a month, the pass is definitely worth it.Only problems Ive had is:1. Sometimes it gets crowded2. Almost collided with someone in the wash who decided it would be a good idea to put their brakes on. I always leave a gap between me and the car in front of me now just to be safe even though the attendants try to get you to bunch up as close possible.

Better than bliss down the street. Bliss scratched my wife’s car really bad.

Our Mister is pretty good, friendly and helpful staff, machine always in good repair, and lots of vacuums. Still....Find a light time for vacuuming and interior work as the place does get busy! Good.....thanks Ed Mahler.

I just leased a new car and of course I thought getting the membership would be good here to keep my car clean. I have been to each location and my experience ended up being about the same. I ended up with more scratches on my car that I cant rub off. Disappointed. The vacuums are good.

Quick drive thru car wash... many options from budget friendly to a premium wash. When I need a quick clean up on my truck, this car wash gets it done. Just make sure you take off your antena and remove any lose equipment from your vehicle.

I dont know why my car doesnt come out clean as is used to be..today I went twice through the tunnel and still the same.

I like the car wash itself but hate every other vacuum stall is blocked off. Its a hassle to wait extra long for a spot because people are drying, cleaning the inside, and vacuuming. Its easy to maintain social distancing so I dont see the need to cut down the number of vacuum stalls.

Better than Lancaster location, cleans better, wish they had more vacuums but hey I drive outta my way to go here instead of other one

Im hoping that the bottom on my car is okay because the car wash caused my break to come on, and the entire machine shut down. Next, someone asked me to pull forward and my car wouldnt move and then she said to back up and then forward. Overall, something went wrong with the car wash that might have damaged my car.

For those of you that would like to leave a review on their site but Do Not have the store#.Its #1001It took me a while to figure out their store number. And after several emails to their website email I finally got a response after a month. The only issue I have with this store is the main roller brush that goes over the vehicle from front to back only comes down to the top of the roof and then to the back of the car. It used to travel from the front of the license plate to the hood across the windshield all the way to the back of the car. Im not sure when theyll get this fixed but its been happening for several months now maybe even over a year.

On 11/1/2018 I visited this location. The experience felt a little tougher than usual and upon drying the car off, I noticed a small chip in paint on my passenger side fender. I immediately told the manager and he filed an incident report. He then told me that the damage was inconsistent with normal damage caused by car washes and that type of chip was likely caused by rocks; he also said that they were denying the claim at the store level but I could still call the corporate level and escalate it. (Side note: I live extremely close to work and don’t drive on any crazy roads or construction areas that would have rocks). I asked him to check the cameras to see that the chip wasn’t there before I went in. He advised that some of their cameras were out of service and the ones that were working, wouldn’t be able to capture the details because of size/resolution and referred me back to the incident hotline. I called the number right away but they were closed for the day so I left a message.On 11/2/2018, I called the incident hotline at 3:40 pm. The representative looked into my incident and told me that once a claim has been denied at the store level, it is denied completely; she also claimed it was pre-existing damage and that the chip was inconsistent to car wash damage. (MISTER claims that if a piece of debris is stuck on the spin brushes, it would scratch/dent the vehicle in several locations). I told her I didn’t have the chip prior to entering the car wash and that I requested the staff to check the cameras and they told me they were out of service. She then advised that she would call the location and then call me back. I still haven’t heard back from them and ended up going through my own insurance, and letting them deal with MISTER.Even though I only had this one bad experience, I don’t recommend this car wash simply for their inability to take ownership of incidents caused by them. It was an easy fix and their answer basically was “it wasn’t us” and they couldn’t even prove it with their cameras. Way too shady for my liking.

The wash is always excellent. However need staff to direct traffic. Way too many cars and people are fighting to get in line. Also too many waiting for vacuums and no direction there either. Thinking of canceling membership place needs more direction

Good place, its necessary to purchase the monthly plan. The single use lines are obnoxiously long. But the unlimited line is usually wide open and bypasses the two single use lines.

Terrible service!! I am a member at this car wash and I’ve been coming here for a while now and SundayAugust 2nd I went through the drive through around 11 clock and when I got on the track part of the drive through when you put your car on (N ) my car just started rolling back then it seem to get back on track but the whole way through the car wash seem like my car wasn’t fully on right then I notice when. I left the car wash my right driver side review mirror was damage and my Tire was also Damage they treated me like I did it and the service was very poor !! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Great wash, poor dryers. They dont dry entire car and leaves water on windshield every time which leaves water spots right in drivers view. Dryers at Palmdale location works much better.

Always stop by this car wash when we are in the area. My kids love the lights and I love the free vacuums. I always get the cheapest wash as I know the outside of my car will be dirty in 2 days from living out in the desert. Wish we lived closer and I would get a monthly pass for sure. Employees are always super nice and even draw a cat or dog on my kids window with a little piece of soap. The little things make such a difference!

Youre machines leave a residue of soap/wax and your blowers are weak

I Love My Mr.Carwash,I have been a membership holder for 3 yrs. I love being able to clean my car whenever it is looking dirty,or if the car needs a quick vaccuuming.I also Love how they keep Everything Sanitary,and have been trying to ensure the safety of their customers,by spacing cars one parking space apart. Good job Mr.CarWash. One downfall though, As a monthly paying customer,I just wish they had a public restroom for their paying customers!

After the change this car wash has way better dryers then the previous owner, and I notice my car being 25% cleaner then before. Employees have good attitudes for the most part. No major complaints, good price if you arent in the mood to detail your car. Also they dont lord over the vacuums and let you use them with no hassle which is quite a benefit.

Palmdale: 90% of time, some of the brushes are turned off.Seems like each time I go there, there are less brushes or air blowers, etc.
