Very bad job applying the gel, took a long time. And when done the product had hair underneath it. and the gel was coming off on the sides. not happy. very nice people.

I love this place, it is quite during certain times. Jon, his beautiful wife and kids have made great changes to the salon. Kelly took over management and she is doing an excellent job. Prices are reasonable, I would love to see them serve a beverage as they done on the past. Other then that am happy with this salon.

Avoid this place! I just got a pedicure and I’m very unhappy. I kept telling the lady that my polish was messed up and all she would do was just put more polish on and now it’s thick and uneven. Not only is the polish bad but my nails aren’t even cut straight. I’m pretty sure they also reuse nail files. Definitely the worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten.

Avoid this place! I’m a long time on and off customer and today I was highly disappointed.Getting a gel pedicure and before putting the light on I told my tech I didn’t like the color. She proceeded to tell me the color was ok and not to worry. I still didn’t like the color and had her take it off and she went crazy in Vietnamese. She was rough taking the polish off and reapplying it and left the old color underneath which I notified the girl the runs the salon and her answer well it’s under no one can see. I guess she’s blind!Avoid this place!

Lousy job on my pedi. Called and they told me to come back in, which I did. Still not happy with the job. The whole pedi took 20 minutes 😩. I will never return there

Do not come here the tech here does not know how to do acrylic nails. The nails were uneven and thick. After 1 day the nail chipped and the nail paint was not even.

Lady told me to wait for 5mins for my toenails to dry & 20 mins went by and my toes were still not dry.. i asked them to fix it twice, they did not do the job right. products are VERY cheap! not only is the service long but they rush to do everythinggggg. no way am i coming back! i used to come here when i was younger, idk if the owners changed, but they aren’t the same as before. save your money and go to T.T nails.

Favorite spot in the area! Pedicures and manicures are not just polishes like Ive had elsewhere - you are getting soak, cuticle care, hot towel and massage. 😁

Went in and had an manicure and pedicure from Kelly and Nancy. My nails look AMAZING. Due to COVID I havent gotten my nails done in months. Got a full set of tips and they look like theyre natural. Everyone took safety seriously. Cleaning along the way. Felt very secure. Will definitely be back.

I have been coming to this salon for the past 9 years. Although I will miss John, Cathy (Kathy?) the new owner is amazing! She is professional, friendly, attentive and gives a great pedicure!! Please disregard the negative reviews and give them a chance!! Supporting local businesses is important for our community!! A renovation is coming next month and I cant wait to see the changes!

I found this place by accident, after every other nail salon that I was used to going to was closed for the pandemic I found this place and it’s is soooo much better!! What a blessing!! They are super clean, they take all type of safety measures even checking your temperature and they do a fabulous job on my nails and pedicure :) Thank You Fancy Nails!

The staff are very friendly & personable. I was greeted warmly as a walk-in and got serviced immediately. Kudos to Andy who did my pedicure and to the rest of the staff including Kelly & Tony for making sure I was comfortable and taken care of. Also, the price was very reasonable.

WORST NAIL PLACE I ever been too! They just wanted to give me whatever they wanted, they were making fun of my sister, it was nothing compare to what I show them that I wanted.. not only that but they charge me twice... each nail was different Shape and size.. very unsanitary, poorly service

This is what can happen to you if you go to this place like I did, look at the fungus in my nail. See attached pictures. I went to the doctor today and I was prescribed Lamisil pills for 8 weeks.Kelly was rushing when doing my nails.

I just went to do my nails I show her a design she said she’d do it for acrylics and for 25-30 dollars Then time to color the nails she said she can’t do the design on my acrylics only on gel or dip and it’d cost abt 20 dollars more. 🙄 lies and lies they just want you to Enter the store and waste your money.

I’ve been coming here for a LONG time. Never had any major issues...John gives amazing pedicures and Jenna has always been very personable. I’m not sure what has changed in recent months, but things seem to be going downhill. The place isn’t as well kept, it doesn’t seem very sanitary, and any service takes a long time. I’ve recently tried other places and have realized that it’s probably time to switch to somewhere else given I haven’t had a good experience at Fancy’s in a while...

My daughter and I absolutely love this place we travel all the way from Boynton jus to see Kelly. She always takes great care of us. She really cares and will not finish until your nails are beautiful and perfect, she even gets excited about it. This shows you that she is really passionate about her job.

LISTEN.....I’ve been to thousands of nail salons. But this one is the MOST AMAZING, INCREDIBLE, EXTRAORDINARY one I’ve ever cane across. I saw my classmate nails and said I have to go. So after going to one that gave away my appointment slot I decide to try this one. They turned my whole weekend around. The customer service was EXCELLENT I started crying. (Ask Kelly, the manager if you don’t believe me). EVERYONE PLEASE VISIT THIS YOU WILL NEVER REGRET IT. All the other salons around I have already tried and won’t go back after finding this place. Imaging having two people working on your nails at the same time, ensuring you’re 100% satisfied!!!!! VISIT THEM YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!!!! oh and my nails looks so fabulous. Don’t you ever go here they just charged me 25$ to paint my daughters nail with gel! Is like i just bought her a new gel polish bottle! Not to say they did a horrible job in my nails and the lady had to fix it! Never ever going back unless they change owners

I’ve been going to Fancy Hair and Nails since they opened. John, Tammy, Jenna and Kelly my nail tech are the best! They are always friendly and I love going there to get the best manicure and pedicure in town! Their hair stylist is awesome as well!

Quality work! I go for pedicures, waxing, and Nexgen nails. I love the massage chairs too. It helps them and yourself to call ahead and go during non-peak hours.This place is a family owned and operated business. They work very, very, very hard - 7 days per week, 12 hour days and I feel as if they are an extended part of my own family.

I highly recommend this nail salon. I have been a customer of Jennas about 5 years. She never disappoints! In fact, the entire staff is skilled and you will never leave unhappy.

Do not come here !I got a pedicure with my boyfriend, showing him the world of pedicures and how awesome they are. The man who helped us was awful. First while we sat down on the message chairs and put our feet in the barley warm water the man started doing my feet first while my boyfriend sat through my whole pedicure with his feet soaking for about 35 min. Before we began he didn’t put a plastic cover Where you put your feet in... kinda felt gross to me :/ The man cut my nails really close to the nail bed making me squirm and say “ouch” a couple of times. The part where he put the towel on my legs literally burned me! They were so so hot. When he messaged my legs he was going way to hard and it felt so uncomfortable and not relaxing at all. My boyfriend literally bleed on two of his toes. To say the least this was an awful experience :( the man was nice but not good for pedicures.

This is a nice clean location-John is awesome with pedicures. I would not recommend to see Kelly for any nail service. She’s very rude, and not willing to listen to clients request. She’s constantly rushing. Polish is never a clean smooth finish(regular &gel polish). Nails are not filed properly. I’ve tried her 3x to give her the benefit of the doubt, smh 🤦🏾‍♀️, bad idea. My last appointment, my gel polish was lumpy by the second day 3 nails were chipped. Avoid kelly and try the other’s at the shop. Her sister on the other hand seems to be amazing but is always booked.

I am in love with this nail shop! Im new to Palm Beach. Very picky about my nails! But, these ppl were so nice! & did such a good job! Prices were lower than I even expected. Which is great. Im not complaining.Im sure this is my new nail home in Palm Beach. I wont have to look else. Very happy customerReturn 16 days later: They fixed a ripped off nail that no other shop could or would fix. A nail that i jammed a month ago & it finally ripped. They have a solid customer here. I will continue to come here.

Nasty people, disorganized and a very dirty salon. i came to this salon for years but now it’s totally changed. i didn’t see my nails technician there anymore(the lady offered me to try the new staff,she said they are all good and my nails came out like shi*), i believe they just changed the whole new staffs and it’s all horrible people now. they are just rushing to take your money.Would never go there got my nails done literally didn’t last 24 hours total rip off and they break many laws !!

The customer service experience here is atrocious. I have been going to this salon on and off for about a year. They are close and inexpensive and although my gel polish manicures never last longer than a week they do not do a terrible job. I only go in a pinch, when I dont have the time to make it to my favorite salon which is quite a drive for me.I went in with a design request, which I was told could be done. I was asked to pick out my color while the girl began to remove my polish. When I had chosen the colors in gel that I wanted, she informed me that I need to pick the colors for my design from the regular polish. As this was not what I wanted I told her that I was not going to get my nails done after all. It seemed silly to spend money on a manicure that I did not want.She wasnt apologetic, didnt even make eye contact as she finished what she was doing. She spoke to the rest of the staff in mandarin, but ignored me as she finished. Then said, you will still pay for the removal.As she walked me to the front, I told her that I didnt think that it was fair that I pay for something as I didnt get what I ask for. She did very little and what she did do was a poor job. There is still gel polish on my nails as I type this.She and the other two men working proceeded to gang up on me raising their voices, telling me that in Florida the law says I have to pay for services rendered. That they are calling the police, which they proceeded to do.If she had simply told me that she couldnt do what I was asking, I would never have sat down in her chair. I dont pay people to remove polish. If they had been polite and apologetic I probably wouldnt have been so incensed at being asked to pay for the service, but they were rude and neglectful the entire time I was in the store.The original cost for the removal was going to be $7. When I finally paid, because I didnt want to wait around for the police and have to deal with the hassle of charges being pressed, they charged me $10.I have never been treated so rudely by a business that caters solely to customer service. I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone, not ever.

The older guy basically put some cream on my nails, wiped it off, did not remove the dead cuticles and was ready to apply nail polish. When I told them my feet where not cleaned properly, they told me everyone like him why I don’t like him. I paid the $20 and left with an unfinished and poorly done pedicure. No apology, no offer for a solution. They speak their language among themselves and it is very rude. You can tell by their body language it’s nothing nice being said. I will never go back.

Do not go to this nail salon the man there who does acrylics does not know what hes doing me and my friend went to get our nails done and he totally jacked them up my nail looked like the Leaning Tower of Pisa it was so bad that I wanted to cry but instead me and my friend just laughed. then he kept cutting me with the drill and I started crying he called someone else to finish my nails and she had to fix the shape of my nails cause he did square and coffin nails

Ive been going here for many years. They all know me and my family by our names. The customer service is wonderful. I never spend more than two hrs there to get my nexgen removed, a pedicure and re-do my nexgen. Great place!

Terrible customer service..I walked in with my sister in law, both to get a new set of Nexgen. They sat us down in chairs to get our polish removed which took two hours...! Another hour to get the nails finished because they were only having one person work on nails even though there were three others doing nothing at all. (We went in on a Sunday) Both of us had nails break the very next day and went to get them fixed, for free of course. Now not even a week later we both once again have both hands needing to have nails fixed. They do a wonderful job theyre just done cheaply and thin. The end product is good for about a day.

Horrible service! This was my first time coming here and they rip me off. I decided to get strips lashes and the girl told me she can do it and did it. They next day one of my eye lashes halfway came off. So I came back to them to get it repaired and they charge me an extra $6 to have another girl who specialize in doing lashes repair the eye lash. The thing is the girl who did my lashes the first time doesnt specialize in lashes and instead of her saying that the first time I would have waited to get them done .
