Finesse Nails and Spa is clean, their operations are very sanitary, keeping their customers’ safety in mind at all times. Lori has taken care of my nails for a very long time. And her nail design talent is amazing! ❤️

I love go in here and getting my nails done by the guy who when you first walk in has his stand right there I think his name is VU anyways he’s the best like if you go there definitely ask for him he’s quick and he’s good and he’s just the best one there and I appreciate when he does my nails

Went in to ask if they had timeFor nail to be fixed and they have attitude and asked if I got it done there I said no, and they acted as if they couldn’t do the service . Didnt feel welcomed at all will not be going back for any service as a business owner my self that is not how you handle a client or the situation

I made a 3 o clock appointment to get my nails done, I got there at 2:48 and there was another lady that walked at 3:12 with another appointment at the same time as me we waited 39 minutes and then she was called before me so I asked why was she going before me. Their response was because she had a 3 o clock appointment and I said well me too! So I said you know what I can just go somewhere else but I still had to wait for my daughter and after 13 min she came back to me and asked me to go to one of their stations to do my nails and when I said I wanted acrylic they said that my appointment was for manicure not acrylic! Here is where I said “You know what you don’t have to do my nails anymore” so upset! Bad customer service!I had to change my review, the ladies did approached me after I all that happened and asked me if I wanted to do my nails and apologized. They said there was a misunderstanding since my two daughters and I went there to get their service, but they made my day after all. Did my nails and they look beautiful! Will definitely come back again!

Had a really great experience getting a pedicure here! Very health/Covid conscious - there are little dividers between you and staff, people are seated spaced out, the staff wears gloves, and there are liners in the tubs where you put your feet. Staff take their time to ensure your nails are perfect, and the hot stone massage that accompanies the pedicure feels amazing! Would definitely go back if I lived locally.

The few times I have been here it has been such a pleasant experience! The whole staff is nice & they have always done an amazing job! Especially BEN!!! Hes super sweet & talented too!

Scheduled a pedicure for me and my two friends... wonderful and kind staff, easy to get an appointment, and CLEAN! Lovely place!! Went for a little luxury and got the Detox Spa Pedicure ($65), and it was worth every penny! I highly recommend!!!

It was first time here, referred from a close friend of mine. I went in as a walk in was taking care of right there and then (I guess my luck) Danny took care of my pedi, which was amazing and relaxed one👏, and Vu took care of my full set, freakin did awesome👌very straight forward which I like👍. Overall its a great place to get pampered, clean, friendly, prices are a little up there but totally worth it!

Not worth the price. The establishment is very clean and aesthetically pleasing. If you are in desperate need of getting your nails done go here if not, plan in advance and book somewhere else.

Had an appointment for 6pm. Was told Id be helped next. Another lady of a much lighter shade came in 20 min later with the same appointment time as I but was escorted within 2 min to a chair. 🤷🏽 You tell me.

We called for an appointment and still had to wait an hour. But they did a nice job. We came on a Sunday and that is usually a busy day so I guess I understand.

This place is a rip off. They charged me for a pedicure and my 11 year old granddaughter who had a mani/pedi 78.00!! The excuse was that because of Covid they have to use gel! Seriously??? And I bought my own polish. The woman in charge was shaking her head when I told her my grand dtr was 11 and should get a child’s price, like she didn’t believe me. Beware of going here. There are many other salons to use. Will not use again. Very poor customer service.

TERRIBLE SERVICE, i went to the salon recently for a manioedi with 2 friends, the biggest problem they had sas they were very biased to mymale friend who wanted acrylics,even tho we had an appointment at 3:30 wme and my othe female friend was just about done,yet our male friend was not waited on. I had to stand from my seat to tell the nail tech what they were doing because they took 2 customers before him IT WAS NOW 5:30 AND DIDNT GET OUT TIL 7, THE MALE TECHNICIAN WAS MAD RUDEEEEEE, at the end of the of it all i came out mith my nails sore, my female friend didnt get the shape right(we just wanted to leave) her nails were sore for and hour and the prices that are shown on the lobby and booklet is 20 -30 dollars off, mine cost $88, femail friend had a total of 115 dollars and my male friend had short acrylic with a shiny color for 98 dollars. I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS SALON, EVErrrRRRRRR

Every single staff member has been nothing but sweet and so hardworking. They all are time conscious. Clean and perfectionist with my nails! I appreciate that! It is worth the cost.

Called to make an appointment, the lady said she I could come in at 5:30 for a Mani/PediThen I was put in a chair till 6:00pm till the water went cold . After a half an hour I left . Rude and inconsiderate. Unprofessional. If they can’t honor an appointment, they shouldn’t be business .

Very relaxing atmosphere. Danny gave me the best pedicure! It has been a while since Ive had a really good massage when getting my toes done I just about feel asleep 😍. Lori was very nice as well great customer service and prices are well worth the service. Thank you for keeping everything clean and safe during these times.

Had a pedicure and it was wonderful, had a nap in the massage chair, and continued to relax while polish was drying.Close to Ross’s and Marshall’s nice morning out.

Salon doesn’t know how to do SNS. They would rather drill your nails and ruin your natural nails when they are supposed to soak them in acetone with foil.
