This barbershop caters classic mens haircuts, hot shave and some of the latest haircut trends. Their barbers were very jolly and accommodating. Their services were simply the best among other barbershops in town. My kids hair was done by, Alfie, one of their best barber. I love his clean-cut look!

Called on a Monday morning, asked about the wait time and price, they picked up the phone quickly and answered my questions. When I arrived I was attended to quickly, and got my haircut by Fresh. Very happy with my haircut; would come back.

I have lived in West Palm Beach for three years and have bounced around from different shops. I made an appointment for 1:00PM today and was promptly seated with Marcus. The care and attention that was given has superseded any barber shop I’ve been to here. For the first at the shop, I got the best cut I’ve ever had. I think there is a lot of laziness in the barber game and it reflects poorly on the people who actually consider it more of an art form. Ive been coming to the Palm Springs location for some time now (its conveniently close enough to 95 but yet far enough to avoid the headaches of the interstate) Dre is my Barber and I think hes going to be my barber for the rest of my natural life. Seems like an extreme statement to most but Im pretty sure of it. Theres better barbers out there but cutting hair is not about the best cut that day, its the consistency of the haircuts over time. I know what i want to look like and i think its hard (especially for guys) to give detailed descriptions or to be that open in general with another person. I dont go to a doctor and dictate how I want the session to go. I sit there and trust the process. Dre has a way of listening to me and then leaving a lot up to his professional judgment. People may think thats uncomfortable but to me it changed the way I look at the service. I went from getting a haircut once every few months to wanting one almost every week. He turned me onto ways of getting my beard looking trim and keeping my top edged out nice. I dont think I would of ever asked for or knew how to ask for all the extra things he did but after the haircut I looked real good and trust was exchanged. You just dont get that confidence unless you have people who look at their service as an art form. The same goes for Marcos as well. These guys are on the same side as you are, they want to make you look good when you leave and want to keep on making you look good in the future.

I have been going to Ideal Cutz for years and can truly say that this is a barber shop unlike any other. Nahshon ALWAYS goes the extra mile to deliver exceptional service to his clients and my being able to schedule appointments for my haircuts is an invaluable, time saving tool that I have never seen any other barber shop use before. This second location is easy to get to from central Palm Beach County and is clean, nicely appointed and well maintained with PLENTY of seating AND a pool table! So stop by for a haircut but come back for the experience!

The barbers at Ideal Cutz are very professional and always find a way to accommodate my schedule. I bring in both of my sons (14 year old and toddler), bring in a picture of what we want ant they’re always great. They also speak Spanish.

I walked in and no one said hello and sat there for 20 minutes before anyone can take my son. There were 3 more people who walked in and they said hi to them and got them out right away. Granted I didn’t have an appointment but at least a hello. The barber also screwed up my son’s hair. Why don’t Barbers’ listen when you tell them how you want your hair cut? Now my son’s hairline is pushed back after I told him not to push it back. I’m not coming back here ever again. I’m very disgusted by their service.

Made an appt for 8am, and no one is there at 8am, waited 40min and the guy whose supposed to cut my hair never shows up, asked the other guy if he could cut my hair. And tells me to keep waiting, my first time at that shop, dont bother making appts.

When I moved here from NY I had a very tough time finding a barber who was available during the times I needed. Nashon is always flexible as well as accommodating. I travel for business quarterly and I am always able to take care of my grooming needs before departure and as soon as I return. Well run and professional establishment.

This place deserves more then 5 stars, I’ve flip flopped from barbershops and was never loyal to a specific one until I stepped into ideal cutz in Palm Springs. Nay has now been cutting my hair for a year and I know that when I’m in his chair I’m going to get just what I asked for. This man takes his time and I’ve never seen anyone question their barbers after their haircuts. To top it off they have an app which makes it so much easier for you to commit to an appointment with your barber.
