They even fixed my botched prior color/highlights from another salon.Kendall is amazing- sweet, listens, makes great suggestions and nails it every time w my color. You wont go wrong trusting them w/ your hair!

Cassie is a PROFESSIONAL with bobs! I’ve gone to so many different hair stylists over the years for both my pixie and my bob and I am not exaggerating when I say that I have received the best haircut I have ever gotten today. I will most certainly be coming back to Cassie every time I need a trim. She is so sweet and takes her time and knows exactly what to do to get you the cut you want. 🤗

I just left the salon after going in for a drastic color correction...a correction that 2 other stylists in different salons caused and could not get right. Jessica did my hair and she did an AMAZING job!!! Jessica (and the entire team really, bc yes my hair really was that tragic) truly listened to me. They listened to the background of what went wrong, listened to what I wanted and absolutely blew me away with the results!!!! It was Jessica’s first day working in this salon and she has already gained a forever client!!! She far exceeded what I expected and even what I thought anyone was capable of doing!!!! I am sincerely grateful!!!!

Taylor is a great stylist. She has cut my curly hair for years and does a wonderful job.

We let our daughter get her hair done here as we trusted them with safety measures regarding COVID. She has been before and masks were worn. However this visit was different. It seems like the masks are no longer required and therefor not worn. Our daughter was further invited to take her mask off which is something we are not at all encouraging. The stylist asked if our daughter would like her to wear a mask and she said she would, but she never put one on. Be advised to ask before you visit a business if masks are worn. I wouldnt have let our daughter go here had I known that their policy had changed.

I called to make an appointment “first time customer” whomever answered the phone I found to be very rude and impatient. I did not end up making an appointment!

Kris gave me such a great cut with lovely layers. It was super sleek, very simple, and everything I wanted. Thank you, Ill be back soon!

Pricey but good salon

LOVE SALON RAW!! Taylor and Chris are amazing!! They do a wonderful job every time! They’re very patient and definitely take care of their clients! The atmosphere is fun and I always feel relaxed after leaving Salon Raw. Kendall did my grandmas hair when she was visiting and my grandma was so happy she kept it up even after going back home. I would highly recommend!!

I have been having my hair done by Taylor and Chris for many years now. Watching the growth and success of their salon has been amazing. These ladies and there staff are the best around. Very personable and lots of smiles. Not to mention the Aveda products are the best. The atmosphere the decor just every detail is “wow”. And don’t forget to schedule a massage with Liz. This is the best place to be in downtown Palm Harbor! Love these ladies! Love my hair!!

Incredible artists, stylists and altogether some of the best professionals in their industry! I would choose this Aveda Salon over any other in the Tampa Bay Area! Not only do they give incredible cuts, styles, color, hair treatments, etc... but also have hair and lash extension services, as well as massage!

Took my daughter in to get her hair done for her birthday. We had an appointment and she was excited all week. The receptionist I set the appointment up with in person knew she my daughter wanted her hair done purple. We show up for our appointment on her birthday and wait an hour past our appointment time to be seen. The stylist then tells my daughter that the isnt enough time to do what she wants and coaxes her into highlights. My daughters hair is brown and she was told she would be getting Auburn highlights. I could see she wasnt happy, but my daughter told me she was thankful to be doing this anyway.... Well after the stylist finishes her hair I could barely tell she had even one highlight. My daughter told me to let it go and lets just go. $130.00 dollars for something we cant see and not what we wanted to begin with. The worst part is the stylist by us was stripping 2 ladies hair for dye after we were heading out. The exact thing we were told the wasnt enough time for.

Recently visited the new spa side of the salon and WOW fantastic! So clean and first class services provided. I tested all areas; Facial with Kris ~ Outstanding! Manicure and Pedicure with Nicole ~ exceptionally good! 90 Massage with Dawn ~ Fantastic. And after all this Chris, on the Salon side, washed and fixed my hair.... I was able to go to dinner without going home to fix my hair after these services. Great place I will definitely visit often and I highly recommend without reservation! Thank you to the entire staff at Avenue Salon and Spa!

Went in to see if they could help me. I had brain surgery and needed the hair on the back of my head trimmed to match the front. Wanted to ask how much they would charge to even it out . Also needed him to know what I could tolerate and what I cant. He said, given your circumstances, Im not going to charge you anything. How amazing is that. ? Best place ever!!! Lovely people.

I hardly ever write reviews - especially negative ones. Im making an exception this time mostly because Im hoping Ill help someone else not make the same mistake I did. Its been a week since Taylor cut my hair and Chris cut my daughters -- were both still fighting tears every morning when we look at ourselves in the mirror.First off, the good: I found Salon Raw about a year ago when I first moved to Palm Harbor. I chose it because Ive gone to Aveda Salons for years. Ive grown to expect a high level of quality & service from them so I expected the same here. My first few cuts with Joe were awesome! Too bad hes not there anymore :(I dont go to places like Fantastic Sams and typically steer away from quick, cheap chop shops. I prefer stylists who seem interested enough in me to take the time to get to know me, so they can understand what I want. Im willing to pay for that.My mistake is that I expected the quality and service that Ive gotten in the past from other Aveda Salons. I didnt expect to be in and out in less than 30 minutes with practically no hair left!!I told Taylor that I loved my current style and that all I wanted was a trim. I came out with an extremely short military-style butch cut that isnt remotely like what I had! Its going to take months to grow out :(The down side of quick & cheap is that you get what you pay for, I guess.So, hopefully this review will give you an alternative viewpoint to consider. My experience was that its more like a barber shop than an Aveda salon. Chris and Taylor ARE nice, the salon is cute and in a convenient location. But - if youre looking for a higher end Aveda salon like I was, it may not work for you, either.----------As a point of clarification (in response to Chris), I think my daughters haircut is cute. Its not at all like the picture my daughter gave her, though. The picture was a short bob with long fringe around the face. Her haircut is a very short pixie cut. Shes upset because a) the cut isnt at all like the picture she brought and b) her friends are all telling her she looks like a boy. Unfortunately, theres nothing that can be done about hair thats cut way too short (other than wait for it to grow.)

This is my go-to salon for myself and my daughters. All three of us have very curly hair, and most stylists dont know how to handle it. But Taylor (and all of the stylists there!) know exactly what they are doing, and I feel like a rockstar every time I leave.
