Alena has been my hairstylist from the first day. She does a great job that many people comment on when Im done, they say stuff like nice haircut. Shes awesome and a genuinely nice person. You should definitely give her a shot. Very professional and consistent quality after a dozen or so cuts.

Kept me waiting 20 minutes, stylist didn’t even greet me, or apologize. Gushed all over regular customers, it barely civil to me, just not on par with the friendliness I’ve been accustomed to, especially as a new client. Needless to say, not going back!

I have known Sandy C. for several years. She has never failed to help me achieve what I need. She was very sensitive to my needs as I was losing my hair to cancer and continues to encourage me to keep letting it grow so I can get it back to where it was. Her hours are perfect and can always get in on the day requested. I definitely will continue to return to this salon.

I was apprehensive about going to one of these chains. As my stylist for 19 years has retired. After reading great reviews about Shea the manager at this location I decided to make an appointment with her. Very easy to get appointment and time I needed. She is very nice and informative. She does not rush through she takes her time. She seems to treat her customers as individuals and addresses their needs and concerns.I was very happy with my overall experience. I had a color and cut. She listened to me about the length I wanted to keep. They have a lot of specials and coupons. They also have senior citizen discounts. I will be returning!

Robert was great! Ask for him!!! He listened to what I told him and got it right. My sons hair looked great and so did mine. He knows his craft and clearly keeps educating himself and even educated us. That was priceless. Ive never had a stylist teach me as much as he did. Well be back in to see him and you should, too! Great Salon! Would have NEVER thought I would be a regular client at a Fantastic Sams (no shade)... BUT I AM! For almost 2 years I have been going, and cant see leaving! The Salon is clean, decorated nicely, the products are fantastic (pun intended), all the employees are friendly, professional and ALWAYS busy. My hair has not been this healthy and beautiful in years!!!! Shea to save the day😁 Not only is she the manager, which attributes to the great salon, but she is an amazing stylist who ALWAYS has you leaving there feeling BEAUTIFUL and saying, I cant believe this is my hair!!!! ❤her😚😚😚

I cant say enough good things about this location! Their stylists are very friendly and talented and the salon is very clean and well maintained. Shea saved my hair after I made the mistake of going to an overpriced salon. My hair had bleach damage at the ends, and she not only corrected the color, she treated the damaged hair. She is always attentive to exactly what color Im looking for and she has been spot on every single time.

Shea is the best! I travel several miles to have her do my coloring and cuts (I have severe hair trust issues). She has not let me down not once, color/cut is always amazing and I know I can trust her to do exactly what I’m asking for. The atmosphere at the salon is always inviting, which is alway a plus!

Went there a few months ago for a quick haircut since summer was coming up and my hair came down past my butt. I didnt want to take off much length but they ended up taking off way more than I expected when I asked for a layered haircut. But I ended up loving it! My suggestion would just be to get a better client consultation before starting your services. I ended up loving it anyways though, even though I was in shock for a week LOL

I went to the salon for over three years. Liked being able to make next appointment with the same stylist. Thought I was fortunate to have the owner. The last time was an absolute disaster. I called the day before and was told no appointment was scheduled. Made an appointment for the following week. Got to the salon to find out that the owner wasnt going to be there. One of the stylists called the owners cell phone and was told she left a message on my home phone. Told her I wanted to talk to the owner and was given a lame excuse. Started to leave but decided - what the heck. I was there already and needed a cut. Good job. Used the same person twice more before moving.

I’ve been going to Fantastic Sam’s for a number of years. Shea the manager has always been extremely polite and professional. Shea genuinely cares about her clients. She always does a phenomenal job with my hair. I highly recommend her and this location and will continue to return!!

I love love love this salon! Very clean and very professional! My hair stylist if Shae Williams and she has done a perfect job every single time I have my hair done or changed! Trust me she has took me from Black to blonde and red back to blonde in one sitting! I’ve lived here for only two years now and I found her right when I got here and she does my whole family and never disappoints! And did I mention how clean the shop is? 👌

We came on short notice for a very specific need, and not only did we get a wonderful price, the service was absolutely wonderful! Our hairdresser / stylist was amazing and we hope to come see her again very soon for our needs! I am so glad we found her because we were really in a jam!

Run dont walk from here. I have tried every stylist here to find someone who can cut my sons hair the way I ask. Only one person was capable and she left. We tried Elizabeth the other day. I told her how I wanted his haircut and requested that she NOT shave his cowlick. She took the clippers and cut it right off. Now he has this awkward spot in the back of his head. Anyone who is a competent hairstylist knows to work with a cowlick not shave it off. Then she argued with me that she couldnt hear me even though I was standing right next to her.

My birthday was on mothers day and I wanted a new cut and color I had called all around been turned away from several high end places, having had good experiences with other fantastic Sams I called my closest one and they got me in ! I was very specific on what color and cut I wanted as I have very curly hair and after the lady repeated exactly what I wanted, she screwed the color up and cut off all my beautiful hair ... After days of crying I decided to call the salon and talk to the shop supervisor.... While she offered to fix the color herself, you cant replace all my long beautiful curly hair. I should have left when another girl that was sitting next to me was going off in the guy hair stylist next to me about her color and his promises to make it right .... Next time I will trust my instincts. . Stay away from this place

We usually come here to get my 4 year olds hair cut. But last time I was super disappointed with the staff. As we were up next to get his hair cut the lady got the booster seat and put it in another hair dresses chair and gave the man a snark look as if she was insinuating she didnt want to do his hair cut assuming since he was 4 that he would be an issue. Well my son does vary well with hair cuts! Well the guy began cutting my sons hair, was done in 5 minutes if that and he asked me what I thought first of all it looked like hell! I looked at him and told him we do a 1 on his hair. And he said he had no idea what he was doing he didnt cut kids hair. Now why in the world wouldnt he tell me that off the bat??? Completely unprofessional! We will not be going back...

I had my hair highlighted, was awful and uneven, went back the next day to get it fixed. Since the stylist didnt fully dry my hair couldnt tell until I got home now I have multicolored uneven hair!!Never been so unhappy !! Will never go back there !! Not only did I lose 4-6 hours I also lost $139.00 !! Never again!!
