I wanted a dramatic change and she helped me decide and made it so much fun.Heidi did color and cut and did an AMAZING job!Highly recommend.

LOVE this salon! Had my hair cut and colored by Tori. She knew exactly what I wanted and did it perfectly. I came in with grown out over bleached hair, with an uneven cut done by a student. She fixed everything and I left with hair way better than I expected. Highly reccomend!!

I went and seen Gena for the first time at lash lounge in palm harbor and she was everything I was hoping for. She took no time at all getting to know me, and sharing her professional experience she has. Gena did an amazing job about communicating to me about instructions of the care I should be taking with my lashes, making sure if I had allergic reactions to anything call her ASAP. Her personality is off the charts on time waiting for me soon as I walked in, super sweet, humble, and hilarious once you get her going. The place was clean, good quality in product selections, and clean. I absolutely love my lashes, and adore 🥰 my new lash queen. THANKS AGAIN GENA!!!

I just moved to Tarpon Springs from Tennessee. I had been with my lash and hair girl for 12 years so needless to say I was nervous about finding someone! I was in dire need of lashes so I called and they got me in the very next morning. Kristen did a fabulous job!! She’s so gentle and super friendly! I love her. Now she’s doing my hair. I’m blonde and kinda picky about it and i am thrilled with her abilities! Super professional and goes above and beyond to do whatever I ask! So happy to have found my girl! Go see these ladies!! I used this salon through a Groupon deal and I was a little nervous..no need for that I found out. Tori was fabulous. She educated me. She explained everything she was doing and BEST OF ALL, I love what she did. Color and cut were PERGECT... If you are reading the review, give this salon a try, you wont be sorry. Words you never want to hear from your hairdresser:“It’s the lighting in here” and “If you go home and wash it a couple times it’ll blend more”.To be as concise as possible, I paid for a cool blonde balayage and received a gold/orange with no balayage and no contrast. I went to have it fixed, but wasn’t scheduled enough time (only a little over an hour) so they expected me to come back a third time. Between the poor hair and failed fix attempts this experience was very lackluster. When did the customer spending $100s of dollars wanting what they paid for become the bad guy? The manger Stephanie had poor customer service skills, and the owner was supposed to touch base and I never heard from her. My experience overall was my hair was better before I came in.

Lauren did an amazing job on my lash lift and tint! I couldnt be happier with my results. She made sure I was comfortable through out the entire procedure and thoroughly explained after care. Everyone was extremely friendly, I will definitely be back!

This place and Tori are both Professional and clean. Also my hair is really beautiful now. Definitely recommend Tori and will be back soon.

I found my new salon!!!Ive recently had my hair cut, colored, and partial highlights done by Randi, and today a full set of lash extensions. She has done an amazing job on both visits. I went today and had my lashes done by Gena. She did a wonderful job and was very professional. She explained how to care for them and made sure I understood. She talked with me about the look I was wanting and offered suggestions. The shop is very charming and all the ladies make you feel like family. I highly recommend!

The atmosphere of her private room is calming and very relaxing and she ensures 100% attention to complete that relaxed area, and ambiance you are searching for!I am am heading back tomorrow to get a full leg wax which is her specialty. When calling to make an appointment, my call was promptly returned and they were able to get me in within a few days for my haircut. Tori cut my hair and she was a pleasure. She took her time to listen to what I was looking for in a cut and explained all the products she was using. I am very happy with my cut and would definitely return.

I cant say a negative thing about my hair stylist, Tori Morris, or my overall experience at Lash Lounge and Spa in Palm Harbor. I got a full balayage with Olafex treatment and haircut. The end result and amount of fun I thought Id have, spending 2-3 hours sitting in a chair at the salon, far exceeded what i hoped and expected!First off, the salon is set in a cozy, historic-looking home right on alt 19. Inside, the home is beautifully updated and modernized. It has a homey/glam, shabby/sheek aesthetic, thats inviting and immediately promps relaxation.Tori was ready for me when I arrived and I loved her personality right away. I really appreciated how much time she took consulting with me on cut and color. She asked for photos and really zeroed in on exactly what I wanted.My 2 and 1/2 hours in the chair, getting the full balayage, didnt seem nearly as long because I honestly really enjoyed Toris company. Shes sharp, funny, authentic and doesnt take herself too seriously, which is a sharp contrast in terms of the high standards she places on her work.My end result was flawless! I can honestly say, I have never in my life, left a salon and not tweaked with the end result. Ive lightened my hair from dark to light brown every spring for years and no ever nailed the color and placement as well as Tori. The tone and demension is so striking, without looking unnatural.She even managed to get me to love a center part. I always cant wait to leave the salon and find my perfect part, thats just a ways off center. Its been a week since my appt, and Im still rocking a center part.Tori is a rare find. Shes extremely talented and has really honed her craft. She definitely has a client for life!

Dawn is amazing at permanent make-up. I have eyebrows that are unbelievably natural looking - color is perfect & my coloring was not easy to match but she did an excellent job. Do not look anywhere else for your spa needs.

I was very, very disappointed in the lash extension service from Dawn Larsen. She was professional, friendly and experienced, but the lashes only lasted 1 week! I followed all instructions carefully in their care, but they started coming off and poking me in the eye! I called her 4 times and texted to ask if there was something I did wrong or something she could do or recommend, but she never answered me! I even called the office several times (they were very friendly), but when they gave her the message she never even had the courtesy or professionalism and integrity to call me back or answer me!!!! I will NOT be back! Even if I am a bad candidate for lash extensions or did something wrong, why would she ignore my calls asking for help!?!!!!!??? Michelle P.
