Peter Dorwin is the most unethical realtor I’ve ever met. He lied to us on several occasions, he took 3days to respond in communication and he illegally broke a legal and binding signed contract for a purchase of one of his homes. He also tried bullying us. Peter Dorwin cheated me out of a home to sell it to someone else when I had a signed agreed contract. He did this at the day of the inspection after I had already paid my escrow and inspector. He cheated me out of time, money and a home to live in just so he could make more money. Peter Dorwin you’re a liar and cheat. I will go through every measure in reporting you.

RUN AWAY!We made an offer on a perfect home. Peter kept delaying all deadlines. We had to write a contract 3 times because of his delays. We jumped through hoops doing what he asked. We had a verbal agreed upon contract from him and the seller with the intentions of sending us the paperwork the following morning. We didn’t hear from him for over 24 hours. We even got his broker and the agent purchasing our home involved due to lack of communication. We had a perfect contract on our home. He kept avoiding all communications.
