I had a terrible experience working with Tiffany Whitehead. I sent her two e-mails requesting information on her listing and received no response. Since Tiffany was unresponsive, I contacted another agent to get information on the home. I then wrote a review on the TNT sells facebook page and within minutes she contacted me and told me that the Keller Williams server had been down for 2 days, but was now fixed. OK, fine. I asked her for specific information about the home (disclosures, mold remediation info) she stated that she was expecting them from the out of state owner at any minute. (My agent told me that the owner lives locally) She did say she could send me an air quality report immediately and the disclosures on the home the next day. 36 hours go by I had received neither report from Tiffany. I contacted her again and she sent only the air quality report which was conducted in the living room of the house. I questioned Tiffany about this as the mold remediation was not done in the family or living room, but in a bonus room at the back of the house. My agent told me that a comprehensive mold/ air quality study had been conducted on the home in 2013. I asked Tiffany to send this to me. 24 hours go by, I never received the comprehensive study or the sellers disclosures. I e-mail Tiffany again asking for those documents. I told her if she did not have them, to contact the previous agent who had listed the house and get them from her. I sent Tiffany the previous listing agents name and phone number. Tiffany e-mails me back stating that she can see the documents are on the MLS, but she hasnt had access to a computer and they wont pull up on her cell phone. She instructed me to ask my agent to get the information. I contacted my agent and requested the documents and received them via e-mail within 5 minutes. Upon reading the comprehensive study which was provided by my agent-- I e-mailed Tiffany to let her know that I was no longer interested in the home. She sent me an e-mail stating that she had reached out to my agent Geri and left a message for her to contact Servpro to get information about the mold remediation. I never told Tiffany the name of the agent I was working with, but it was not Geri. and there is no Geri in the office of the agency I was using. Long story short, she could not answer any questions on her own listing, she was unresponsive and I believe dishonest in stating the Keller Williams Server had been down for two days and stating that the owner lived out of state. Her listing is infected with mold and the study conducted in 2013 (which was on the MLS) stated that all drywall and every organic piece of material in the house needed to be replaced. None of this work was done. The listing I am speaking about is located at 33942 Americana Avenue, Dade City, Florida 33525. I believe Tiffany avoided me because she knew of the mold problem, but did not wish to disclose it on her $599,000.00 listing. I think that if she fails to disclose this information which she is now aware of to each potential buyer, she is putting this agency at risk for a lawsuit. Also- as far as dishonesty- she removed my honest comments from the TNT sells Facebook page. DO NOT USE THIS DISHONEST and UNRESPONSIVE agency!!!
