Off the top of my head theres a few things in life that we all hate to do. These decisions can be daunting, anxiety ridden, & downright unpleasant. For example, Id rather be dragged thru glass than to find a new car mechanic, lawyer, change banks or find a realtor. All these things are something we usually dont like to do. I cant help you with any of the other items but I can tell you about the most amazing realtor that you will want as YOUR realtor! ERIC JENKINS with Keller Williams is someone you want on your side. He literally called me within 15 mins after I spoke with an agent. Eric, from the first moment, was immediately engaging & said he wanted to compete for my business - he wasnt kidding. His commission rates are extraordinarily competitive & he works with you on every aspect in the sale or purchase of your home.After speaking with him, I looked at his online reviews.reviews online. I could not find one bad or even semi-bad review. Impressive, I thought. I talked with other realtors but I kept coming back to Eric. He impressed me, hes energetic, respectful, an extrovert that is extremely personable, hes sincere & has proved to be honest. He has experience & proves it the moment he takes over & becomes a team member for you, the seller (in my case). I grew up as a military brat & so did he - that sealed the deal! In my mind, I had a figure of what I thought we could sell our condo for. Eric on the other hand after doing research had an entirely different philosophy & a number in mind for the sale. To me the number was jaw dropping - it was much more than I thought we could list it for! Eric has great analogies by the way. I wont go into them but hopefully, you will experience them for yourself. In any event, Eric is the experienced pro & so we took his advice & listed our condo for way more than I thought possible. We also had a full time tenant living in the condo & Eric suggested we have a one hour open house so that we werent constantly parading people thru our tenants life. We all both happily agreed to this idea. After signing up with Eric he went to work putting our condo on the MLS - hes speedy too! Our first & only open house had 14 guests. Two serious contenders & an offer by the next morning! Honestly, I was in shock & deliriously happy. Not only did we get an offer but it was for our FULL ASKING PRICE! Something I thought was not possible. More than impressive, right? It doesnt stop there as you can expect a call back from him quickly or an answer to an email in the same amount of time.Not one time have I ever talked to another realtor, secretary or anyone else in the office. Eric is 100% dedicated to you. For many of us when we are in the same job for some time, we can get de-sensitized to the basic info we are used to. I hadnt been thru this process before but Eric was very patient & answered all my questions as a newbie. Much appreciated for sure! Jamie Mumma a buyers agent was highly unethical during the buying/selling process. She misrepresented her client and me the seller several times during transaction. Put re pair work that I was ordering and paying for in her buyers name pre closing. She was disrespectful to my realtor on numerous occasions. She scheduled repair work for Windows without consent. Had electricians scheduled and did not inform us that they would be putting holes in ceiling, etc. BEWARE OF THIS REAL ESTATE AGENT!

Stay away from this realtor company!!! They are very sneaky and not trustworthy. David Zusman one of their realtor will tell you what ever you want to here to get a sale and screw you. I just purchased a house from a seller they represented and I have to say this office is far worst than any other realtor company I have dealt with and this was the third house I have purchased in 6 years so it’s safe to say I know a little bit about buying a house.
