I would not recommend using East Lake Realty for any type of property management. They were very difficult to work with and the way they send out monthly invoices and tracking of rental expenses is outdated. They charge 10% a month and dont provide very much assistance. When there is a maintenance issue, they use their own employee and charge the owner of the property way more than they should. When my tenants moved out they were required to either show a receipt of professional cleaning or be charged. My property manager didnt provide me receipts nor did they charge them. I had to pay additional money to clean my property.

I only gave this a 3 star because they dont allow you to pay your rent online and make you have to drive in each month and drop off a check. Come on people, catch up with the times. Your like dinosaurs. Everything is payable online now days. Its a huge inconvenience!

We had an excellent experience with Century 21 East Lake Realty. We rented a home in Palm Harbor and they took great care of us (and we were not easy to deal with). The owner of the property was very nice and the maintenance staff went the extra yard to make sure we were taken care of. I know not enough people go the extra yard like they did and I wanted to express my gratitude. Thank you Century 21 East Lake - I will recommend you to my friends and family.

We recently rented our home through Century 21 Eastlake. They have been wonderful to work with - very detailed and very responsive. This is a big step for us (we live out of state) so having someone we can trust to manage our property is very important. So far they have exceeded our expectations. They have treated the management of our property the way they would treat their own property. Thank you and keep up the good work.

These realtors dont care about the neighborhood you live in. They are in charge of a rental house in a Tarpon Springs neighborhood. They were contacted months ago about criminal activity coming from this rental house. The first contact was with Fred Heldt and he was advised of what was occurring. Fred could not believe it because the lady I rented to is a good church-going lady and no males are on the application to live there. Fred is so naive or just sticks his head in the sand because he is afraid to do the right thing. Karen Sewell was contacted next who also stated she needed hard evidence the people that live there are involved in criminal activity and the male is living there. Well Karen how about the three police reports which document the activity along with a crash report where the male stated he lives at that address, which she was provided???? Months later and the people are still causing problems and living at this residence. The people at this Century 21 office are a bunch of liars and only care about the neighborhood they live in and the bottom line....$$$$$. I wonder where Kathy and Fred live and if they would feel differently if someone lived next to them that was involved in frequent criminal activity. I wonder if they would act a little differently. Be aware of this office and the smoke they are going blow up your behind. Remember, realtors are salesman, they tell you what you want to hear so they can sell you a house. They dont care about you or the neighborhood you move to, unless it is theirs.The reply is complete b.s.. Your company does have the authority to evict as you were hired to care for the property by the owners who reside in Kentucky. You have proven criminal acts going on at the residence as documented in police reports. That should violate any normal contract. If that is not in your contracts, you are simply incompetent or afraid to upset the renters for another reason, and we know what that is. You did not want to take the proper action because it did not affect you in your posh little neighborhood and God forbid you lose a few dollars to do the right thing. Go ahead and stand behind your we simply did not renew the lease as you doing the right thing. And yes the neighborhood did not like having people dealing drugs in our neighborhood. Im sure you looked hard to find them a house to rent in your neighborhood. I hope everyone reading this review sees how horrible this office is. Excuses, more excuses and turning a blind eye instead of doing their job. I hope they dont rent or show houses in your neighborhood.

We have rented a home in Palm Harbor for just under three years. We have had nothing but an extremely positive experience with Century 21 East Lake. While we have had very few maintenance issues, they have always been quick to respond to any requests. I was surprised to receive a call one day that during a property drive by they noticed the fence was in need of repair and would be sending someone to repair it. It turned out it was the neighbors portion of the fence, but I was happy to know they keep an eye out on the property. We have received excellent communication through all phases of our lease. Everyone that works at this office are professional and kind. Additionally, their office is conveniently located and they have extended hours (including weekends) that make working with them much easier. I highly recommend this agency for renting or purchasing a home.

Laudia was definitely an asset in our real estate experience. She was so knowledgeable. She was aggressive when she needed to be but not overpowering. She makes it a point to give you what YOU want. And what a lovely smile. We would definitely recommend her and would use her for any real estate dealings we would have. Thanks

Dont generally leave many 3 stars almost always 5 stars they were great when we were renting our townhouse for three years. When we moved out the experience could have been better. They made everything right in the end.

Search elsewhere if you want a professional experience. Hiring them costed me six months of financial loss. Signed up to sell my desirable condo and after four months of hardly any showings, no open houses and no advertising through mailings, magazines, etc I started to speak up and voice my discontentment with their service. I had given my realtor an original copy of the condo rules and regulations which I paid someone 50.00 to retrieve. She copied them for me and when I fired her after good cause at the six month mark I asked for my condo documents back and she shredded them! Her boss defended this action by telling me well we copied them. Lack of professionalism is buzzing all around the building so don’t waste a trip to this office.

We sold our house a few months ago and cannot say enough good things about Century 21 East Lake Realty. The whole process was a lot of of work - but it was much easier because we had a great company we were working with.

Karen Sewell has been an excellent leasing agent for me. She is extremely professional. She takes care of her tenants. Never once has Karen been anything but helpful and honest with me all the years I have leased through her. The rental/ property leasing agent Karen was rude and unprofessional. We have been great tenets for over two years and once we placed our 30 day notice this woman was nothing but rude and disrespectful. It ranged from her giving me incorrect information like telling us we had to continue paying rent until the unit was rented, which was not correct because the lease was already expired.. We had multiple agents calling to show the property that we gave information to about our upcoming move which was not relayed to her and because they did not communicate that with her she basically called me a liar and told me they were all on vacation.. and that these people did not call me (Really??)...I guess my phone records and voice mails are a figment of my imagination too! She was also nasty when I did not return her call right a way to show the property.. and when I personally visited the office to let her know I had a sudden death in the family and was out of state for the funeral and did not get very good reception while i was out of town, she just gave me this blank cold stare and made it clear by her actions she could care less, she was more concerned about not showing the property and me not getting back to her two days prior..she was also very rude to my husband when he contacted her about getting our deposit back so I want to office to speak to her personally however, she was so rude and kept cutting me off, not allowing me to finish a sentence, I had to request a manager to settle our concerns. These are just a few examples.. its really sad that they treat good standing tenants that have always paid rent on time and never had any problems for the two years like this.

Horrible experience with them as property management, I rented in Eastlake Green through Century 21. Before I moved in there were multiple issues and many things in the home that needed fixing and were in disrepair. Windows didnt open, closet doors broken, Carpet was in bad shape. I tried many times to get them fixed.. The doorbell never worked from the day I moved in.. I lived there 2 years. spent over $1000 on landscaping and painted the porch that was never finished painting.. When I moved out they ruined my credit with over $4500 in bogus charges AND!!! Had the audacity to charge me $500 for a doorbell that never worked!!! NEVER rent from them!! This happened 3 yrs ago.. and yes dealing with their maintence lady Sherri is not fun.. she is rude.
