Pool pump went down Tuesday and my daughters’s birthday party was the following Saturday!! I called Bluwater and they said they would be by either that day or early the next morning.They never showed up or called. Luckily I managed to slow the leak and ordered parts online. Don’t waste your time with this company. I understand if you’re busy but don’t waste my time.

I feel Shane and the company have been responsive to my needs and professional in how they have handled everything. They were prompt with their service and I appreciated being emailed the written summary of the services they had provided that day. Before we started the routine cleanings, they were also able to fix my pool pump and timer to get me back on-line and working. I would highly recommend their work.
