I have used several companies in the past for weekly service and maintenance and they all are nothing compared to Pool Wizard! I finally found the best company! One of my favorite tools they use is a portable vacuum. Its great that when they vacuum, all that debris goes with theminstead of being sucked into my pool filter. Ask for Leo Mastrota he is the man!

My pool was a green, opaque swamp a few weeks after moving into my new place. Now it’s pristine and blue. Service is good. Very polite and helpful and patient with my questions as a first time pool owner.

When we moved to the area a good pool servicing company was one of our top priorities. We are first time home buyers and pool owners, so we had a lot of questions. We saw great reviews of Pool Wizards and gave them a try. When we arrived at our brand new house, Leo from Pool Wizards was there right away to assess our “mess.” We had not moved into the home for about a month after purchase, so the pool needed servicing immediately and was a disgusting green with thick algae and smelled awful. Leo spoke to us about a process they use to shock the pool and make it “blue” again. He said it could take as long as two weeks, but we saw results in a matter of days. We were blown away and able to enjoy the pool fully a week later. Alex from Pool Wizards has also been servicing the weekly pool cleaning we have done, and he is also fantastic. The staff in the office has been exceptional and extremely professional and friendly. This has been a great experience in the short time since we moved here, and we truly feel we have a worry free pool now, thanks to Pool Wizards. If you are looking for a pool servicing company, I highly recommend these guys. They are really energetic and positive, and I appreciate their enthusiasm for the craft. Five star experience.

Paid several hundred dollars for a leak inspection, which went fine I suppose. A coiiple of days later noticed an issue. I called and left detailed message and they never bothered to return my call. I suppose they had my $$$ so why bother!

I have used their services for over 6 months now and I could not be more pleased. I have an open pool with trees near by and I simply couldnt maintain it myself. They maintain the water balance as expected and do a great job cleaning the walls and bottom. Any accidental mistakes that are made they own up to and fix asap. Honest, hard working owner and crew. Great service!Update: 11/12/19Pool Wizard released us from their services today due to hardware limitations on my pool. Cleanings at my location apparently took 2-3x longer to work on then their other clients. Apparently my pool does not have a functional bottom filter thus the pump is not able to cycle as much water as needed. This results in difficultly in keeping the pool clean. I struggled and failed to keep it clean when we first bought the house, thus I seeked professional help. Things were going well (I thought) until fall when pollen and leafs were causing additional labor.Pool Wizard informed me that it was costing the company too much to keep maintaining my location. I asked if they had the ability to come twice a week to battle it and was advised no. I even offored to have them charge me more and was declined that offer. I pitched one final question to see if they would do chemicals only while I do the cleaning and that was also refused. So apparently Pool Wizard seems to care more about quick easy money then willing to keep customers who are are willing to pay more. My pool has had a green tint to it for the past couple weeks due to this struggle so now Im left with a decaying pool and little to no knowledge of how to maintain it properly.Im disappointed that they would not review other options in order to keep me as a paying customer. When the going got tough, they backed out. Not sure I can respect that. I understand they are a small company and costs are everything. However, I think reputation pulls more weight. Again, I offered to pay more or even have them do less work to speed up the visits.Suppose its time to look for another company, and this saddens me.

These guys were taking care of a rental we were in when we moved to FL. Once we bought our house, we asked them to take care of our new pool since they are awesome at what they do. They replaced a pump and got our pool sparkling clean. A+ service from these guys.

The man who show up had a passive lackadaisical attitude but the reviews appeared good so I let him clean the pool and I went to look at the pool the next day and it was filthy.The man was supposed to see me when he was done and he just left. Beware of reviews - they are not always authentic.

Dude with all the tattoos and black hair was extremely rude had a very bad energy and atmosphere I would never have him clean my pool let alone step foot on my property

This was not a good experience. On two occasions the pool water was low, they did not turn off the pump before leaving. They left the pump running with low water levels.Also, after suspicion of the pool not being cleaned well, we took the water to pinch-a-penny for analysis to find that the chemicals in the pool were way off.
