I was very happy with Galaxy Pools. I replaced my pool pump and filter with them. The turnaround time for Chris the owner of the company to come out and give me an estimate and then to have the equipment installed took about three days from start to finish. He even came out on a Saturday morning to install the unit as my system had not been running for a few days.Their pricing was good and the knowledge and advice he shared throughout the process was genuine and appreciated. You can tell that he appreciates his customers and the business he receives by the service he provides. I never felt at any time that he was trying to sell stuff that was not necessary unlike another company I got a quote from.He’s also very honest when recommending other companies to do refinishing work in the pool after feedback he has heard from his own customers.It’s nice to find a company that you can trust and is truly trying to do what’s best for you. I would highly recommend Chris and Galaxy Pools!

Chris, from Galaxy pool, gave us exceptional service. He replaced our old sand filter with a new cartridge filter. Not only did he do that, he went above and beyond by his patience, honesty, expertise, and willingness to help us solve some other issues we were having with the chlorinator, cleaning the pool water, and some skimmer issues. My pool pump motor seized up on me Wednesday evening. Thursday I called a whole host of pool technicians and most could not provide me service for about a week. I found Galaxy Pool Services through Google and called the number. Chris spoke with me, listened to my concerns and offered to come out the following afternoon to replace the motor. I was very grateful that Chris could accommodate my need so quickly. He was right on time. He took a look at my equipment and efficiently diagnosed the problem to in fact be the motor. He recommended that I consider a variable speed pool pump that would be more upfront cost but would save me money in the long run in electricity costs. I agreed and watched him work as he very confidently did all of the plumbing and electrical work to install the new system. When the job was complete, he spent time answering all of my questions and showed me everything I needed to know to operate the new pump. The following day, I had a question and sent him a text. He immediately offered to call me and was able to resolve my question easily. I was very pleased with his professionalism and will continue to use him in the future as the need arises. I will also be happy to recommend him to anyone I encounter that needs a knowledgeable pool technician. Thanks Chris!

I have been getting my pool serviced by Galaxy Pool for about two months now and I couldnt be more happy with the way my pool is looking. I recently got my pool re-surfaced and needed to be very careful with maintaining it and keeping the water at a very specific pH level the first two weeks, and Chris from Galaxy Pool was able to do just that for me, and more! Are you frustrated with a dirty pool and you think no one can ever make it look nice EVER again!!!!That was me.Until I found Galaxy PoolsI can’t say enough things about this business.My pool was green ! Almost black !!!We just redid our deck and the contractors for the pavers dropped tons of dirt in it, brick pieces.I hired another company in town and were not able to get it all out.Disappointed I decided to try one more time so I heard that Galaxy Pool does a great job so I call him and Woow!!! He cleaned it so well, went above and beyond, even cleaned my pool filter just to be nice. Very nice guy, very respectable and polite.

First off let me start by stating that I dont really like to post negative reviews, but I feel this is something that needs to be addressed.I spoke with the owner about installing some new pool equipment (pump, filter, salt system) and he gave me a price that was fair, however thats all I ever got from him. We had a date scheduled for a Saturday early AM appointment and thought everything was on schedule until I got a text at 10:22 PM Friday night before he was supposed to do the work stating he wouldnt be coming, but would be here on Sunday instead. I just tried to call the person back a couple times today, but no answer.Long story short I am also a local business owner as well and when you make commitments to people you should keep them. It not only makes you look bad, but also your business.Now I have to scramble to find someone else to do the work for me.
