I had Kevin come and treat my lawn for bugs and fertilizer. It looks amazing. He is very knowledgeable and thorough with his work and I would recommend him and Bug Master to all my neighbors. I am so pleased with this company! I have been battling fleas and other mites inside my home for months. From the first call to Bug Master I knew I was dealing with a reputable company. This company cares about their customers!! My situation has been a nightmare and I have called them numerous times asking for help and they have always been so friendly. They always fit me into their schedule and made it so convenient for me time after time. I had a 60 day guarantee and I definitely got my money’s worth! When they say they “ guarantee “ their work, THEY DO!!! The staff is wonderful and very knowledgeable. We just bought a house and called bug masters. Let me start by saying their customer service on POINT ! Very helpful staff! Allen showed up early and was super friendly and explained everything he was doing. We chose the annual package and was much more reasonable than other quotes.. very happy

Unfortunately I tried to avoid writing this but the owner Mr. Zervos was given every opportunity to simply admit that my lawn had Fungus present. He chose not to. 4 different services came to my house and inspected the lawn and all 4 said a Fungus was present. I e-mailed Mr. Zervos 6 times simply asking for him to admit what I already knew. Thus I am writing this review. I would never had written this if Mr. Zervos could have been open minded. Enough said!

The owner of this business was outstanding. She took the time to listen to my concern of the ant invasion and help diagnose what might be the problem. I never felt rushed or pressured into purchasing their products. She offered several suggestions to help treat the invasion and with that said- we identified that I already owned similar products at home. I would recommend the bug master to my friends and family....as well as any stranger I may over hear discussing bug issues. I called and they answered the phone immediately. I was able to schedule an appointment within a week. They have a bunch options for spraying our house. The technician was punctual and professional. I will continue to use their services.

I recently moved to the area and wanted to get a pest control company. I saw Bug Master was local so I spoke with them and thought Id give them a try. Set up an appointment for service which was a three hour window, not my choice, but OK. They didnt show and when I called they said their technician had a medical emergency so they could not come. I wonder to myself, do they only have one truck and one technician, but OK, a medical emergency is a medical emergency. Make a second appointment. This time got a 2 1/2 hour window. I patiently wait and once again, a no show. Called and they said they had not received a contract from me (which I had sent them twice by e-mail) so they simply chose not to show up (although they had a week to notify me of this). Seems like just another small business being poorly managed and run with no desire to provide customer service. Im sure there will be a new building for rent soon where they are currently located.

Brian came out and treated my house very thoroughly. He answered all my questions and made the whole process personable instead of just coming to spray and leave! Family business that employs great people to extend the welcoming feeling! Truly gifted in the now lost art of genuine customer service! As with anything you get what you pay for. Go for a big company if you want a person to come spray your lawn with water monthly, go with Bug Master if you actually want to treat the problems and learn how to better prevent them!

Very helpful and friendly office staff and technician. I walked in to schedule a service and was pleasantly surprised that they squeezed me in between appointments the next day. The technician they sent, Alan was very knowledgeable and was able to figure out where the carpenter ants were at and took care of the issue for me. Would use them again and will continue to recommend them.

I was currently using another service, that I paid quite a bit to come exterminate our rental a month or so before. I was constantly battling mystery bug bites, and was about to lose my mind. Which was my initial reason for having the service. Our furniture had been in storage for two months so I had my suspicions about what may be going on.Finally after being woke up one night itching like CRAZY I flipped on the light and saw what I was sure to be a bed bug. The next morning first thing I called my pest control service. The owner said hed be out the next morning. That was as soon as he could come. The following day by 1 oclock I hadnt heard anything. So a friend of recommended I call Bug Masters. They had a technician out here in a half hour!! He did identify that the bug I caught was a bed bug, and did a very thorough search of our room. He said somehow it appeared there was only that one. So he gave me a guideline of things I could do, and told me of a spray they sold in the shop that was very inexpensive. He couldve told me I needed a full fumigation and I would have been believed him! He was very thorough, and honest. He also quoted me a very reasonable price if I was to need them to come back. As well as beating the price I was paying for service every three months.HIGHLY recommend this company!!! My previous service will be getting cancelled.

We utilize Joshs services at our office complex. Bug Master Pest Control is very reliable and knowledgeable in his field. Rates are reasonable and staff is very professional no matter who you talk to you.

Bug Master is fantastic, they have a great knowledgeable staff and great prices. The monthly mosquito control is amazing, I never knew there was a way to be rid of them but Bug Master figured it out. I highly recommend this company for any and all pest control needs.

Called to get pricing for some type of large ants in my house and someone came out the next day. The technician that came out was good and knew what he was talking about. Last year I had the same problem and never got rid of it with my landlords pest company and after hiring Bug Master the problem is gone and I am very pleased.

I would not recommend this company!! This is a picture of a large fire ant mound that was left untreated (again) after I had taken off work to meet with the owner of this company to discuss my concerns about the deteriorating condition of my lawn. He apparently did not care enough to take notes or relay my concerns to the technician, who only spent about 10 minutes spraying a one acre property. I did not even get an apology or an offer to re-service when I called to tell them about this, so I canceled their service. What I did get however was excuses, attitude and zero accountability!

Seriously horrible staff was told I was going to have someone come out early Wednesday morning to spray for fire ants and I get called saying they will be here between 11-12 thats not early so I asked if we could do a different time I had to work thats why I said early Wednesday she said nope or he can come out September 7th. She was very rude acted like she didnt care it was there mess up. Very horrible customer service and the staff is very unfriendly as well.

I would not recommend this service to any one. This company destroyed my grass on my couple of properties and I trusted them so much. I called owner who came to the property checked and started argument saying that he cant do anything and told me that this is normal????? I will provide you pictures. Now I have company who really know the business and care for the lawn. The new company fixed all issues that bug master couldnt do it for just one month. Very pleased.DO NOT USE BUG MASTER . My experience is so bad with this company and dont wish to anyone like this.

Josh is the most knowledgeable pest control professional I’ve ever met!

I am more than unhappy. I signed up for monthly (!) service (because they guaranteed everything that way), and after a year of their service my lawn looks worse than a year ago. It is mostly nutsedge now, with a lot of bare spots.They come as they pleased, different people every time, and the last one even had no clue what areas are included in the contract!!! I was lucky to catch him, but many times they came and go unnoticed, since there is no warning whatsoever...
