A-key did a great job on getting my house under control from carpenter ants. Chris came in and sprayed the inside and I didn’t see more than a few after several weeks. Very friendly and professional. I highly recommend their service.

A-Key came out because of multiple anthills on my driveway after I had it stained. I was told that it may take a little time before the ants were killed and their colonies destroyed.It is now a month later, and the prevalence of anthills is not there. They are professional, on time, and do what they say. Very pleased with my overall experience with A-Key.

My Mom called Chris about a German Roach problem in our home. He came out promptly and put gel out to kill them. 3 weeks later, I found 1 live one and a few days later a couple more. I called him back and he came back the next day. Re-applied and was concerned that it should have taken the first time, but none the less, took his time and did the whole job over at no additional cost even when I asked if I could at least pay for the service charge. It has been a while now, and so far, so good. No sightings. I would highly this family owned business because not only are they on the ball, honest and trustworthy, but courteous and professional. What more would you be looking for?

Chris is knowledgeable, friendly and flexible. If we ever have a need for additional traps or treatments between regularly scheduled appointments, he is right there either that day or the next. Hes organized and alerts you to when your scheduled treatment is coming up, and has created a streamlined process to make getting your home treated effortless. Wonderful company, wonderful people. If this tells you anything, A-Key has been my exterminator since 2002! Prior to that, I used other services (major chain stores) and did not get consistently good service or customer service. A friend of mine referred me to A-Key Exterminators. Not only do I prefer to support a local family owned business, but they are friendly, trustworthy, reasonably priced, dependable, and very effective! No bugs! They care about my pets and use products that are safe. I have two cats, two turtles and a Koi pond. I highly recommend this father and son business.
