We have been using Green Tech for a while now. Have used other companies and they are good for a few months and then thats it. Green Tech and our Tech Ricky are the best. He listens to what I have to say and then explains things to me to where I understand and know what needs to be done. They do our lawn, mosquito spray and bugs. Keep up the good work Ricky and Green Tech.

Scammed right off the bat. I purchased a house that the previous owners used this company once a year. The sales guy came out and informed me that I MUST do a transfer of service. I thought this was strange but I paid for this. Then he went through paperwork so quick, took our check and left. The guy who treated our home was here for 8 minutes. Less than 30 days later I am starting to see bugs. My house is clean and I understand that bug are Normal in Florida but come on less than 30 days? I called our service guy and he text me that someone would come out that day. I waited and nobody showed up. I contacted him the next day and he informed me that someone would be out that day. Again nobody. I contacted him the 3rd day and he informed me they would get to me asap as his tech was sick. You only have 1 tech??? Really???So I informed him to cancel our contract with him and as soon as he heard that he said I can have someone come today between 2-4. To which I said no thank you cancel our services with you. So I called the office to cancel as this is what the sales guy told me to do. We paid plenty of Money upfront for a service we were told would be every couple of months of them coming out and spraying only to find out it is ONCE A YEAR. This is unacceptable. When I called the office to discuss some sort of refund I was told no sorry we did your service. SO you did the service and when I see bugs you cant get people out here to take care of it. This is GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Almost 800.00 for 1 month of no bugs or issues. What the office told me was we did your service and you deserve no refund. WOW I will never recommend or use this company. The worst advertising for a company is an unhappy customer!!!!!

Robert came to my house and I was so incredibly pleased from start to finish. First, as a mom at home with my kids he made me feel safe and was respectful. Second he came with mask and shoe covers. Third, he was knowledgeable and patient and walked around different areas of my house with me while I showed him areas of concern which werent even the catalyst of why I had him come out. He was a pleasure to work with and his quality is obvious. Thank you!!

I appreciate how well Green-Tech communicates with me, letting me know when theyll be here and promptly coming additional times on the two occasions when I needed that. They were also terrific in helping me address the problem of a critter getting into my attic, not only setting traps but discovering where the critter entered and sealing off that spot so that Id avoid future problems.

I asked that I be present when they administered the application. They scheduled me to observe during the first appt, but then the next time they showed up unannounced. I again told them I wanted to be present during the application. I suspected they were cheating on the application. They showed again unannounced and fortunately I was home but didnt answer the door. I observed the tech by-pass one of the three portals even though he looked at the portal. He left me a bill for full service. Typical, if you arent home many businesses will take advantage of consumers and this company is a prime example. STAY AWAY!

I have been with Frank-Owner, Melissa-Office, Greg-Tech for about 15 years. The quality of service is exceptional. I have never had any issues with them. I have referred my friends, family, and use them on my commercial building. They go from Palm Harbor to Oldsmar, and Indian Shores. Anytime I hear someone needing pest control, I always refer them to Green Tech. The are a fantastic, long term company here to stay. By the way, their prices are unbeatable.

Personable providers and office staff. I worked with them because they dont use harsh chemicals and stayed with them for their effective services and fair pricing.

I am disappointed. The front lawn used to be thick St. Augustine grass. After several years of service, it has significantly deteriorated and there is not much St. Augustine left. I was clear that what we wanted was a St. Augustine lawn. We did not have time to fertilize and treat for insects and weeds ourselves and that is why we signed up for the Green-tech service.When we called, Green tech personnel are always polite and responsive but the proof is in the pudding and the lawn has definitely deteriorated.

This is the first bad review that I have written regarding a company. We were customers for both pest service and lawn/bushes fertilizing service with GreenTech for approximately 2 years. At the time of the estimate I was told that signs would be placed in the yard to make us aware when they had treated the lawn so that we could protect our older dogs. During the first few treatments, no signs were left so I called the office only to be told that signs would only be placed in the yard ‘upon request’ so I again ‘requested’ them to be placed after each service. The yard signs continued to not be left after any service and after the first year we noticed our lawn and shrubs had deteriorated. I called the office again to express concern regarding the lawn and shrubs as well as to share that signs were still not being left. I was discounted a service and promised a different technician to service my home. After the next service my house was stained with an overspray 3 feet up all exterior walls and again no signs were left. I contacted the office and sent an email with pictures of the stains on our home exterior. Although I was offered and declined the option to meet with a manager at my home, a manager and a tech showed at our door to talk with us anyway. My husband and I shared our complete dissatisfaction with their service, shared our concerns and showed them the stains on the house. The manager said that the stains were caused from an iron spray for the lawn and that other customers had also complained and that he had a safe solution to remove the stains. He also stated that the company was required by law to leave lawn stakes after lawn applications and assured me that he would resolve the issues including removing the stains without causing additional damage. A week later a tech came out to spray a solution to remove the staining and treat our lawn and shrubs but told me before leaving that he didn’t have the equipment needed to treat the bushes. After being charged automatically for the full lawn and bushes service, the next morning my husband informed me that our grass had died where the house staining was sprayed off (only half of the house staining was removed). I sent two emails to the Manager who came to our home and the office manager showing the attached picture of the dead grass and requested a refund for the lawn and shrub service since they ruined the grass where the stains were removed and never treated the bushes. I requested a response by email due to the communication issues previously experienced over the phone and have not received a response to either email. All of these issues took place as our home was on the market and in negotiations with buyers. Please avoid the frustration of dealing with this company and the potential damage to your property by selecting another company to service your home.

I have been a customer with Green Tech for over a year. I love that Green Tech sends the same person to perform service every month so that youre not dealing with a stranger, they know your house and your service needs. Rob is amazing. He always remembers what we discussed the previous visit and is always on time. He is knowledgeable about his work and informs me on everything that he is doing. Also, when I need to pay a bill or reschedule a service, the phone staff is kind and courteous. Green Tech is a great Company to deal with!

They just up and quit showing up dent repair whole left a one-way attached to my house on the roof Ive had to empty traps myself but they left in my attic no I would not recommend them

Im a realtor and needed a termite inspection done the day I called, Saturday. Outstanding customer service! Spoke with the owner Frank during my initial call. Super nice guy, very helpful. Rob Olsen responded and initiated an inspection for FHA. Very knowledgeable and Professional. Didnt charge extra for emergency or weekend. Highly recommended

The technician is great, but the office keeps harassing me for payment only four days after service and receipt of invoice which arrives by email on the day of service. Our condo association cannot have a debit card by law. We are small and do not have a credit card. Yet they call me four days after service bothering me for payment on a 15-day net invoice. We are never late on our payments. We will need to find a new company that understands good business practice.

This company is fantastic. The gentlemen that was sent to me went above and beyond to help me in my situation with my apartment complex, he was kind and friendly. He was very honest and straight forward, and did not try to sell me something that was not there. I will most definitely keep this company in mind for any future services I may need. Terrible in so many ways. Green Tech serviced our lawn pesticide & bat removal within our townhome community. They were out 10 times with 5 different managers over a 2 year time period to remove bats. Long story short, bats still live in the attic after our HOA paid tens of thousands of dollars to Green Tech. With the lawn pesticide, every time they sprayed it ends up all over my brand new vehicle parked in the driveway. Just a joke of a company. I dont know how they are still in business.

I had these folks come out to evaluate my property and all I got was a verbal number$ thrown out at me for service. No quote, no evaluation, no follow-up, no nothing. I called 1 week later and spoke with Robert Sciriha (Palm Harbor Solutions Manager) expressing my concerns with quality of service in quoting my property, and he put it off to on Tech and promised I would receive a written evaluation and quote. Guess what, never received anything. Pretty telling of what Id receive as a customer. They sure are quick to take your money but slow to provide expected services. Id be cautious using these folks and this company for anything...

The Techs were great and they texted me back and forth and keep in constant communication. No more ant problem in my house! Those guys were through. Rob and Michael were great and friendly to work with!

We discovered subterranean termite damage to our oak flooring and hired Green Tech Pest Control to treat the property. Treatment was completed August 2019. New oak flooring was replaced December 2019. February of 2020 same area of flooring started showing signs of exact same damage. Notified termite company who said could not be damage related to termite must be something else said only way to know for sure was to remove new flooring again. Flooring company came back and removed section of oak floor and found live termites again. Termite company refuses to pay for new flooring and honor the guaranty. Frank, (the owner) says treatment was not done properly therefore not their problem. Update 8/26/20. Heres proof that the termite were still in the the area that they treated. No matter they say, this is the proof. These guys cannot be trusted and the so called warranty and guaranty is worthless.

Great experience with Green Tech! Initial home inspection was thorough and also informative! Their local guy, Rob, then did a complete service on the house, finding a small wasp nest and some holes where rats could get in, and handled it all. And the spray they did for roaches worked great! Place has been roach free consistently with their regular spray service. Rob even came out on short notice a few times when we needed to leave town unexpectedly.

Im so glad my friend recconmended me to Green Tech. I had a very bad problem with bed bugs. No over the counter prodcts worked. Robert from Green Tech gave us a walk thru and determined we would need a tent over the house as the bugs were through the house. My husband agreed and a time was scheduled. I received a recommendation for Greem Tech Termite & Pest Control from my realtor to do a termite inspection prior to closing on a new home. I called Green Tech on Friday and they came out first thing Monday morning. Justin did a great job with performing an inspection and providing an estimate to do a preventive treatment. I decided to schedule the preventive treatment and after talking to the owner Frank I also decided to do a Pest Control treatment. Justin came out the day after I closed on the house to do both treatments. He was in contact with me prior to arriving at the house and very responsive. Upon arrival he explained explained what was entailed with the services and how long I would need to be out of the house. He also recommended some additional services that would be beneficial and left a proposal with an estimate. Overall I was satisfied with the service. Honest, reliable, and responsive. I will definitely be using their services again.

Ive had an awesome experience so far with green tech pest control. I called them when I was having an ant problem and they were able to get somebody out the quickly to come and give me a free estimate. Once they assessed the problem we scheduled for regular Treatments and they work with my schedule to have the tech come out and spray. Derrick arrived on time and explain to me exactly what he be doing. He completed the work quickly and efficiently and Im very happy with the service. Hell be coming out again every couple months to spray to make sure that all the bugs stay away. Im also happy that the spray to use is pet and child friendly because I have both. Will definitely keep using

GreenTech did an excellent job on the termite treatment for my 3 cottages on Treasure Island Beach. They were able to accommodate some minor fence removal and take care of other items while I was out of town. They completed the job on time without any. Rob, came by to examine my house for termites. I had other estimates for the work, but he took much more time to examine the house from top to bottom. It was obvious that he knew much more about termite eradication than any other persons from other companies. His price was more than the estimate given from a very well-known company who I used for another issue who did superficial work at a very high cost. I have heard nothing but great comments about this company. Rob was not a salesman. He gave us the facts and calmly answered a plethora of questions without any irritation. I called and scheduled a quote for my one acre property and told the receptionist that I needed the entire acre treated, not just the fenced area and to convey this message to the tech for the quote. The tech came out and provided the quote at a reasonable price. I scheduled the tech to return to complete the work. I met with him the day of and asked if treated my entire acre as I requested when I asked for the quote. He stated he did not know to treat the entire area and the quoted price would have to increase. He completed the lawn treatment, and a few days after, the ants and bugs moved to the areas he clearly did not treat and set up shop there. Now, my perimeter of my property is lined with fire ant hills. When an online account was created for me, the price again showed another increased price for the recurring treatments. I called today to cancel my account and services with them for this lack of trust and increasing prices, and the receptionist asked for my address and name, cancelled my account and disconnected the call. She never asked why or how to maintain the account or keep me as a customer. Poor customer service if you ask me.

I have been receiving services from this company since the beginning of this year and have seen a tremendous difference of our big problem. Every time I call, the same person answers the phone and she is always very professional and polite. Rob is the exterminator who treats the property and is also polite and very knowledgeable ofbthe products being used. He asks questions on the status of any issues and makes sure our problems stay away with joint effort. Great service. Thank you!

Rob was great! He was always willing to work with my schedule. The pest problem is eradicated and that is the best news. I would recommend Green Tech for sure to anyone looking for a job well done. High five to Rob!!

I called Green Tech Pest Control and from the start it was a very pleasant experience making the appointment. The technician that came to my house is Rob Olson, he was great and honest and did a very good job on my furniture, he was very knowledgeable and patient. overall a very good experience.

I am happy i called green tech for my carpenter ant invasion. My tech Gregg had it cleared and done in three days after i was told to expect two weeks. I guess you cant complain about that. Thanks again green tech
