Literally the best dentist I’ve ever been to! I’ve had bad fillings done and my teeth never felt right. When I decided to come here I was not expecting to have a perfect fix, and be treated like I was family! The amount of care and focus put into fixing my teeth was 2nd to none. The amount of communication and understanding of what I needed and what was provided was perfect. This dentist is a real listener and a great, gentle, dentist who is not only great at what he does but also warm, welcoming and family oriented. It’s good to have a dentist you can trust, I’ll never use another dentist

Went in for a cleaning today with Dr. Zacharopoulos and was very satisfied with not only the efficiency, but the results. This office is very welcoming with a friendly staff. The cleaning was very thorough and the results were a noticeable improvement. I would recommend Dr. Zacharopoulos if you are looking for a nice dentist that gets the job done. I will be back and will be bringing my family as well.

This office just recently reopened with a fantastic dentist and operator! Dr. Zacharopoulos is highly experienced, kind, and respectful. He recently took care of my cleaning and offers affordable plans for the uninsured like myself.

I’ve been trying to call their locations for two weeks and no one picks up the phone there !!! Also Do NOT EVER GO TO the country side mall dentist office the receptionist is horrible, they also charged me $75 for mouth wash and pretended it was medication for after a deep cleaning. I called them out on it and they called the cops on me for questioning them before paying. They didn’t have change & they didn’t even clean my teeth. No polish no nothing, just picked at them and charges my insurance and then on top charged me $75 for mouth wash!!! Always over a hour behind too because they have one dentist between 3 offices and don’t know how to schedule people correctly! Moved here from GA and can’t find any dentists in the area that have any decent reviews! So scared to get any work done now in florida!!!

Was told I needed a crown and 2 fillings. After paying double the price for a mouth guard that I was quoted, I went to cobbe dental nearby... they just told me I have 0 cavities and to watch a couple that7 may form into one if I’m not careful. Will never recommend this place to anyone. So glad I didn’t waste 400+$ here. Avoid at all cost!

We had been patients of this Greenberg office since relocating from Orlando in 2017. While the office is clean, decor & patient comfort is not on their list of priorities as well as answering the phone!Why did we keep going back? Because we absolutely adore Dr. Ashley Bradley! She was the only thing that kept us returning. We live in Hudson, so this meant a 45 minute commute to the dentist, but again, Dr. Bradley made it all worth the drive.While my review of Dr. Bradley is 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, my review of Greenberg Dental would be less than 1 Star. Calling Greenberg Dental and reaching a real person takes an act of Congress. They don’t answer, nor do they return calls if you leave a message. It appears that they get rid of any & all staff that does their job! So while we kept going back for Dr. Bradley, now that Greenberg Dental has removed her, there is no longer reason for us to return! We will find Dr. Bradley when she johns a new practice. This is 2019 & they might get rid of great staff, but that doesn’t mean we have to stay!

This place is a lot better than my last dental place and is much nicer. They got rid of buildup the other office couldn’t fix. They also have better tools that I didn’t see in the other office. I definitely recommend this place.

I have had 2 good experiences so far at this clinic. Staff was friendly and the cleaning was painless and easy. I am happy with the time we were scheduled for both visits, I was seen right away which is always nice not having to wait. The office is clean and even has a TV in the waiting room. 👍

Very pleased with this facility and their staff. We left from a chaotic pediatric dentist and this was such a wonderful transition for my daughter who thought she was you going to be a nervous wreck. Waiting room was clean and spacious. Having evening appointments are a plus as well. An assistant, Jesse, there was amazing, talked to her through everything she was doing. She was gentle and patient. The Dr there was just as great and didnt discourage her once. Thank you for being so wonderful.

While our in-person experiences have always been positive, we have had several problems over the years with scheduling, confirming apts, and getting a hold of anyone on the phone. We have had multiple apts canceled without notice or a phone call (causing me to take off work and get my kids out of school early for no reason). They never call to confirm apts, which I always try to do since we have had so many problems in the past. However, it is impossible to confirm, because all phone numbers always go to voicemail. After leaving multiple messages calls are usually not returned before the apt or at all.

Dr Ashley Bradley is an artist & perfectionist. She & her staff are professional and so pleasant. And the best part???? Absolutely no pain. Thank you.

The whole staff very kind, the doctor Aida and her assistants where very kind and professional with my kids, they explain everything during the appointment and they are right on schedule I didnt have to wait at all. Im very happy that Dr. Aida is the new dentist for my kids.

Hello all,I just wanted to express my total satisfaction with my excellent dental care at this Greenberg Dental & Orthodontics office in Palm Harbor. I transferred from the same in Tampa. I have had root canals, crowns and the usual fillings all done at this location. The staff are always very pleasant, professional and accommodate my working schedule. My Dentist is Dr. Aida Davoodi Kermani is excellent! I am very pleased with their work and will continue to be their customer. I recommend them to everyone I know. You wont be disappointed!!!

The new doctor here is simply amazing. You don’t wait long in the waiting room. They take you back quick and all the dental assistants are fantastic. Used to come here before and I believe everyone is the office is new. Will be coming back!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! My insurance covers two cleanings per year. Dentist entered, poke around a bit, used the ultra sound on my teeth for 10 minutes or so and left. Dental assistant says that is it (no scraping, polishing or flossing) and by the way I have to pay $35 because that constituted a deep cleaning. I tell her that every cleaning I have had for 20 years included ultra sound (same as they did), scraping, polishing, and flossing. She agrees that is a cleaning but they could not do that on me as I needed a deep cleaning. I explain to her that she just told me a cleaning was ultrasound (which they did), scraping, polishing and flossing so how is it that I have to pay $35 (my insurance covers cleaning 100%) for less. She again says its a deep cleaning. I inform her I wont be back. As I exit my wife (who was in the waiting room after her cleaning) informs me all they did was scrape (no ultrasound) and polish and it was the worst she has ever experienced.

Never in 50 yrs have I seen such INCOMPETENCE !From scheduling... To professionalism... To even remembering WHY or WHAT your appointment was even for.Please do yourself a favor ....stay away

By far one of the best dental offices Ive ever been to. The staff was very friendly, and I didnt wait long in the waiting room. The doctor helped me get my teeth fixed in 2 appointments, and I couldnt be happier. 11/10 will be returning soon!

I went there for a cleaning and they were able to do a procedure the same day, and even scheduled another one 3 days later. The staff was very professional and helpful

Dr. Ashley Bradley was very ill-tempered and aggressive with my 9 year old son. He was very scared since he’s never had a needle in his mouth. Instead of showing my son proper bedside manner and explaining to him what she was doing, Dr. Ashley Bradley continued to threaten my son that if he didn’t stop by the time she counted to 3 she was kicking him out and he would have to go somewhere else. My son was fidgeting out of fear. When my son sat in her chair she said, “If you are in pain or uncomfortable at any time raise your hand and I will stop.” My son raised his hands several times and she pushed it back down and said, “Stop!” On top of that, she misdiagnosed my son with a cavity and tried to get me to come back to fill it after the horrible experience of her filling the one. We went to a new dentist today and the new dentist took new X-rays and the result...my son had no cavity which makes me wonder if he had one that day she treated him so badly. The new dentist assured me that my son’s teeth are healthy and his teeth are not showing any signs of cavities anywhere!

Not sure where all the negative reviews are coming from. Perhaps angry people that cannot be pleased no matter what. Anyway, a wonder experience with my12 year old daughter. She needed 2 cavities taken care of.The dentist was gentle,kind,and patient. Such a great experience for my nervous child that afterwards she asked the Dr how to become a dentist.Thank you!

They lied about the appointment time. I thought it was my faught but i waited around and three more customers arrived and all three were two hours earily. This all happened within thirty minutes of sitting. The dentist drilled a hole in my sons tooth for a filling and could not get it numb enough. So they put a temp filling and made another appointment for four days later.My son is 14 and wants a new dentist. Calling new ones now ! Got a new dentist appointment with new dentist.

Im not one to complain However I wanted to warn other people about my experience with the orthodontics side of this office. They are incompetent and incapable of making and keeping any appointments! Ive gotten nothing but the run-around for 6 months and then when it finally came to getting my childs braces on today after months of scheduling and rescheduling they screwed it up again so walked out today & I will never go to this Palm Harbor office again! They lost $4200 of my business today just for starters. I hope this review will prevent you from wasting as much time as I have in the last 6 months with these people.... you can do better than this office!

Awful. They dont respect your time. I was there on time and waited an half hour in the waiting room. Then they called me back and I waited another half hour. Finally, the dentist came in and did not say hello or apologize. In fact, there was an awkward silence. In the middle of my cleaning, the only time she spoke to me was to ask me if I had been in with my son in November. (By the way, I left early because we waited for an hour and half that time and he had to get to school). It felt like she was rushing through my cleaning and then walked out. Without saying a word. My daughter is an orthodontics patient at the central location in Tampa, and it is nothing short of a nightmare to get anyone on the orthodontics team on the phone. Frustrated, disappointed, and completely unsatisfied. Would not recommend to ANYONE!!!!

The new dentist Aida is highly skilled, friendly and informative.

I was seen as a walk-in. Dr. Bradley saw me quickly and did a nice job. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Horrible experience. I am a sixty eight year old retired teacher and not one to complain readily. Greenberg dental is the worst dental experience I have ever encountered. In pain for months with a tooth and was referred to three different Greenberg offices over a six week period of time. I had to travel over twenty miles away from my home to the different locations and in one office the doctor did not even show up for my appointment.The staff was nice and made me an appointment three weeks later. Needless to say my tooth pain became more unbearable and I went somewhere else. You get what you pay for. Spend some extra money and go to real professionals who care.

My oldest daughter has been going here for a few years now. We have never had any problems and the dentist is always friendly and will to answer any and all questions.

Horrible experience! I will not be returning. I dont usually write reviews but this place was like walking into a horror show! The front office ladys were wonderful. But the people who actually clean your teeth were rude & disrespectful. I came here because it is right across the street from my house and was excited but I will not have someone judge me and tell me you need to floss more and proceed to tell me my teeth are gross! Plus the office was disgusting. I can get way better customer service than that somewhere else!

This office is not open saturdays. The answering service couldnt answer any of my questions. They didnt even know the office hours! This is a shame! I dont appreciate false advertisement!!! RED FLAG, RED FLAG! VIP Dental Center was open on saturday and able to see me right away! I recommend them!

I scheduled an appointment two weeks out and they waited until my appointment to verify my insurance. They had trouble reaching my provider and could not verify my insurance so I had to reschedule. Same thing happened again. I will not be going back nor would I recommend going here.

Made a new patient appt. for my 9 year old daughter for a routine cleaning/exam. No problems getting a 4:00 appt. check in was fine. Waiting room was decent/ clean, comfortable. Waited long considering we were the only ones there. The dental assistant brought us back to the room and The whole area was rundown and sketchy. Plain walls, bad lighting, no decor or pictures, or TVs on the walls.NOT inviting for a child or anyone really. The whole back section was very Institutionalized feeling. The dental assistant seemed new and incompetent and had no idea what she was doing with xrays. First, hand held machine wasn’t working properly. So she had to keep redoing it.Then, took about 10 times of poking and prodding my daughter’s small mouth with the X-ray mouth pieces before I finally asked what the problem was. She couldn’t get all the teeth to show up. So I had to ask if there was a different size mouthpiece??? She was using the adult sized one! and then another dental assistant came on to assist. She then took over and used the pediatric size instead and had to redo the xrays all over again. It took 30 min. To get X-rays that usually take no more than 5 min. I couldn’t believe it. I would have walked out and left if we hadn’t already been there for an hour. The cleaning was ok, the dentist exam was ok, The whole experience was sketchy and less than mediocre. Nothing like I’ve ever experienced before. I feel very bad my daughter had to go through that. We will not be back. We have had excellent experiences elsewhere but unfortunately they stopped taking our insurance.

Terrible customer service!! They NEVER answer the phone, so you have to leave a message with their answering service and if they call back it is usually 4 to 5 hours later. Finally got a call back to schedule a simple cleaning; however, they couldnt find me in their system which I had been there several times over the last 2 years. I give up and will be finding another dentist.

My dental insurance company showed this dental group when searching for dentists. I scheduled an appointment with their call center when they called me the next morning after submitting an inquiry on their website. I made the appointment for a Thursday morning. The Palm Harbor office phones me the evening before my appointment at nearly 5:00PM to confirm the appt, and to ask about insurance. The woman who called me is apparently the office manager also. I was awaiting a call back after we briefly argued over how my insurance was not affiliated with Medicaid, which she claimed it was. I have an individual plan I pay for monthly. As its getting later, and still no call back. I tried to call them to see if I should even bother going in for my appt tomorrow because they claim my insurance isnt accepted. I was hung up on after being asked to hold. I immediately call back, and that when I ask for an office manager. I tell her I am waiting to hear back, and she tells me we are open till 7 and I told you I would call you back at the end of the day I am DEALING with customers and dont have time to follow up right now. RUDE, no customer service ability in this employee. The attitude she gave on the initial phone call soured my experience. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Do NOT go there. The dentist never goes to work! I have had 2 Appointments for the same procedure that have been cancelled the morning of because the doctor called out. Absolutely horrible!

I didnt get to go inside because THEY NEVER OPENED!!!! WAITED OUTSIDE FOR OVER AN HOUR. NEVER AGAIN. GO TO COAST DENTAL, THEYRE EVERYWHERE AND ARE NICE, CLEAN, AND OPEN UP EARLIER IF NEEDED.
