Dr. Eric has been the best dentist I have ever had. My whole family goes there he is always friendly very nice and he’s very clear in communication on how to maximize our dental hygiene and what is needed for preventative. My son had an emergency problem and Dr. Eric went over and above in order to help him out during Covid while he was in pain. You don’t find many dentists to go above and beyond for their patients.When we go to Flagler Dental we feel like they treat us like family they know us by name always smiling and cheerful. I was greeted with a smile and kindness from the moment I arrived, by the Front Office Staff. I enjoyed my entire day with the incredible team that works here. The dentists are kind and very knowledgeable. The hygienist put you right at ease with their great personalities. Hygienist Brandy took me right under her wing, despite her full schedule, and gave me her time so graciously. In fact, all the hygienist were all too happy to share their knowledge and experience which is I found to be so giving. I will never forget the impression that was left upon me. I would never recommend Dr. Erik Olson to anyone I know or care about.He personally inflicted pain on me for no reason, the first time I met him.I was in the office for a minor procedure when Dr. Olson intentionally put tremendous force on an implant that I had, nearly breaking it loose from my upper jaw, when I got up he ran out of the exam room like a little girl.This was my experience with Dr. Olson.

I had an appointment today for a build up on a cracked molar. I have never had such a smooth appointment. I felt not an ounce of pain and the whole procedure was quick, painless and smooth. Dr. Olson was very gentle and Lisa was wonderful . Both very pleasant, attentive, friendly and personable. I definitely recommend going to see them at Flagler Dental. Thank you!

Everyone at Flagler Dental Associates (in Palm Coast- North office) was so nice and welcoming!! Brandy was the hygienist that helped me and she made me feel so comfortable from start to finish. I dont love going to the dentist, however my experience at Flagler Dental was pleasant. The staff was amazing, had a very short waiting time, and they explained my costs so I had no unexpected surprises. The dentist was knowledgeable and very conscious of my concerns. I felt comfortable under his care. Will definitely return.

I called and told them the problem I was having and they were able to fit me into the schedule for the next day, while other places I called couldn’t see me for a month. Although I love my my dentist, Dr Lacy, and has been for 10 years, I have also seen Dr Smith and Dr Olsen. I have found them all to be very skilled and professional. I especially like the fact that this office has two offices and several excellent dentists and therefore in an emergency there is always someone that can help you, usually on the day you call!! Believe me, that is important when you are suffering from a toothache!! I highly recommend Flagler Dental. Brandy is my dental tech for teeth cleaning and I think she is excellent too. Dr. Olson went above and beyond in solving my dental problem. He was extremely professional and considerate, and he definitely exceeded my expectations in his care for me. His assistants, Lisa and Ashley, were very caring and considerate as well. In all, what could have been a very stressful experience was definitely less so, with the best possible outcome.
