I initially had some issues with the first set of nails I got, I expressed my concerns to Sylvia and she gladly had me come in to fix them, I still wasn’t happy with the nails and she had me come in and did a fresh set for me. All I can say is WOW!!! The BEST SET IVE EVER GOTTEN! Sylvia takes pride in her salon and the quality of her work and happiness of her customers. Thank you so much for caring and giving me PERFECT nails!! P.S. she spent 2 hours making sure they were gorgeous!!

Absolutely happy with this nail salon. Ive only been there three times. Very clean, lots of colors to choose from. I have my nails dippes and it comes out so pretty each time. The staff is super sweet. I highly recommend 😁

Amazing service here! The technicians are very professional and welcoming, I did my first dip manicure here and it took about 1 hr. Absolutely stunning. I’m rather impressed how the technician listened to my needs and delivered manicure per my request.

I had such an amazing experience here end to end. Great service on the phone when making my appointment! Easy parking. Was warmly welcomed and checked on throughout my appointment. EXACTLY 1 WEEK after spending $70 +15% tip.. a whole nail comes clean off... I knew it would.. the tech had trouble sticking it on but didn’t file the nail-bed enough. Mini pedi states callus removal are not included but does not mention a simple pumice rub for dead cells is not included.. so I was a bit shocked when they brought out the disposable pumice rock but didn’t use it. 🙄 I asked and was told the price; I didn’t ask for the price I asked why they didn’t include a simple foot scrub.. That is a severe and different level of skin damage! I went home soaked and scrubbed my own feet.. now a nail comes clean off with no trauma to the nail bed.. what a disappointment! Didn’t feel like I was heard at all... happy birthday to me - 🙁Edit- I’m sorry- callus removal and dry/dead skin exfoliate are two way different services, see added google photos for reference. If your kit comes with the disposable equipment then you should at least properly scrub the clients foot to offer a proper mini pedi cleanse. A callus is a hardening of the skin and requires extra attention, rip off service! But that’s in my opinion 🤷🏼‍♀️

Everyone was incredible, they have such a good dynamic as coworkers. Kayla did mine and she was a ray of sunshine, my nails are the perfect shape and consistent. My boyfriends nails were really difficult but Sylvia and Shayla were so patient and worked with him to give him what he wanted. Pedi’s were relaxing and done really well. Super accommodating team and overall just a fantastic experience. I’d recommend them to anyone especially if you want to feel pampered and special.

Yvonne did a great job! It was an excellent experience. I was a little conscious about going for a pedicure as a guy but she made it very comfortable for me to relax and enjoy.The whole store has a unique, elegant feel. They offer champagne, snacks, coffee, etc. definitely will come back.

I came here with a female of mine, she was a super fan of this spot. Though I didnt need a manicure, I did enjoy my pedicure here. Very lovely little salon. Yvonne is such a warm-hearted charming lady, she made my feet as smooth as babys from those cute commercials, best experience ever. I chose this nail salon based on all of the past positive reviews, and I’m glad to say I was not disappointed. Sylvia is incredibly sweet. I wasn’t 100% sure about what I wanted, and she took the time to help pick a color and a design. Keyla did my nails, and she is an amazing and talented tech. You can tell everyone in this salon cares about their work and making sure you leave with only the best. The environment was clean and calm, super well kept. My nails were long over due and needed some TLC. The place is clean and have plastic dividers for covid precautions. I had a vision of what I wanted and Jennifer delivered! I just moved here and back home I had a salon that I went to consistently, every 3 weeks, for years! Its a small boutique salon with two nail technicians, so it always felt like hanging out with my friends. After moving here I was nervous that I wouldnt be able to find something like I had back home, but luckily, after a lot of research I found Sylvias! I am so happy I stumbled upon Sylvias. This is a small salon, only a few stations so it is always a peaceful atmosphere. Sylvia goes out of her way to make sure everyone is comfortable and enjoying their experience. The salon is always immaculately clean. The staff is fabulous. I would not see anyone else for Pink and White but Vasana. My nails always look super clean and natural. I cannot say enough good things about Sylvias.

I absolutely love this place. I booked my first appointment because the reviews were so wonderful and now I understand why. I had a great experience with Sylvia and her team last weekend. I got there 15 mins earlier and Sylvia greeted me with coffee and chocolate. I expressed my interest in doing the dip powder and she helped me pick out a color. The appointment started on time with Emma who’s very professional and efficient. She learned that I’m getting a photoshoot in a few days and she made sure my nails are strong and the quality is good to last for weeks. Also Sylvia is so thoughtful that she remembers all her customer’s names and our last conversations! My experience here was always pleasant and I highly recommend it!

This was such a lovely place with amazing costumer service and even more amazing quality. Sylvia is very welcoming and it’s a top priority for her that customers are happy. I wasn’t rushed and it was very important to my tech (Vasana) to make sure I liked every step of what she did. I did dip powder and it was perfect! A lot of times dip powder can look too thick or doesn’t last, but my nails look better than ever because of the attention to detail on Vasana’s part, and I’m on week two and they still look amazing! I live in Boca Raton and I drive up to Palm Beach Gardens just to get my nails done here. It is a small but beautiful nail salon - Sylvia the owner greats you by name every time and the girls are all fabulous. They take their time (no rush) and want to make sure that you’re happy before you leave. They have plastic shields up and are EXTREMELY clean - wiping down all the surfaces right after you. Scheduling is easy and everyone is so friendly. Please, if you’re going to get your nails done, do yourself a favor and come here! Also a nice touch is that all clients are offered water on a nice tray with a napkin and a chocolate. I have never seen anyone put their heart and soul into their business like Sylvia does. Extremely professional and organized: not to mention the best pedicure chair I’ve ever sat in, like something from a spaceship. Please consider supporting local businesses like this during these times where you get fabulous customized care.

Sylvias made a great first impression for me. From my call to make an appointment to check out, the customer service was great! They were very understanding when I called to say I was running late in traffic. When I arrived, I was greeted, guided on my nail polish choice, directed to my nail technician promptly, and given water to drink and chocolate! I enjoyed the manicure. She did a great job cleaning up my cuticles, shaping and buffing my nails. I was very impressed how quickly the polish dried. Usually I mess manicures up as soon as I leave the salon, but not this time! It was a nice event. The only trouble I had was navigating. It was a bit tricky to get to the plaza coming from the south.

The salon is in a typical Florida strip mall which means ample parking! Upon check-in I was guided to select a nail color. When I wasn’t struck by anything the manager suggested a glorious peachy color (spoiler alert - a new fave) and asked me if I’d like a drink. She brought back water on a cute wooden tray with napkin and Ghirardelli dark chocolate caramel with sea salt - classy touch. The decor is also nice and modern, and the restroom was very clean.My technician was running just a few minutes late but there were magazines to keep me busy. I enjoyed a very thorough manicure after complaining of my ragged cuticles. I didn’t have time for a full pedicure because of a conflicting doctor appointment, but I’ll definitely return. The technician was so friendly and detail-oriented. There are only five manicure tables and four pedicure chairs so it feels much more private and spa-like than most competitors. Great job!

What an elegant salon. Small intimate and spotless. Upon entering, I received VIP treatment from Sylvia. I arrived about 15 minutes early, Sylvia greeted me and asked if I’d like anything to drink. I asked for water and she brought me a water and a little fruit snack (packaged). The atmosphere was very relaxing and my wait went fast. I was introduced to my nail tech, Vansana. She was super friendly. I got a gel French manicure and it’s perfect! She did an outstanding job. The hand massage was also very nice. Sylvia’s salon is beautiful and immaculate.

After just moving to the area I was looking for somewhere to get a manicure. Ive been to many nail salons in my 27 years but NONE hold a candle to Sylvias. Appointment only sets the standard for their clients so you are never rushed through your appointment or forgotten about. Sylvia greets every client at the door by name, offers something to drink and brings you chocolates. While waiting she brings color options to you and shows you exactly what they will look like on your nails. The salon is clean, comfortable and stylish. Appointment confirmations & reminders are sent via text message which is very convenient. I personally recommend Keyla but I have no doubt in my mind whatever technician you see you will be happy with the results!

Lucy did an absolutely amazing job on my pedicure. She was thorough, neat, gentle and a joy to interact with from start to finish. Charged way too much. I should’ve just went back to the nail salon that charges $75 for acrylics, mani-pedi. I thought the mini pedi was going to be work on the whole foot since they charged about $20. And the acrylics were alright except there were areas that she missed with nail polish and they were shaped uneven. She left a lot of dip under my nails. They ended up charging me $105. Which is way too much! The girl that was doing my nails never started a conversation so I just sat there staring at the wall. And yes I did try to talk but she only answer with one word answers. She looked like a nice girl but was very quiet. Sorry but will not be coming back.

I’ve never found a “go to” nail salon till I found Sylvia’s Nail Salon! I refuse to go anywhere else! Sylvia is so friendly and welcoming! My nail tech Keyla is the sweetest! She does an amazing job. My nails come out perfect EVERY TIME. Not to mention they are taking extra extra precautions to assure everyone is safe and healthy. They require all clients to wear their masks. They have limited Nail Techs working in the salon to avoid too many clients at once. 15 mins. between each appointment to disinfect. Keyla wears her mask and uses a sneeze guard to limit direct contact so I KNOW that I am in good hands when I come in for my appointments. I can’t rave about them enough. If you’re looking for a new Go To Nail Salon, look no further, Sylvia’s Nail Salon is it. You will NOT be disappointed! 💕

Today, 7/16/2020 was my first visit to Sylvias, and this will not be my last. The ambiance is inviting, with a warm welcome from the owner. Vasana did an excellent mani/pedi for me; she is skilled and has a light touch, which I truly appreciated:). The salon was clean and well-maintained with barriers in place for the manicures and all social distancing measures in force between clients. There is a sign at the front during requiring masks to be worn by all that enter, which is the hallmark of safety awareness doing the current COVID crisis.

I had a gel pedicure and Ombre dip nails done for Christmas and they are wonderful. I took pictures but they dont do the work justice. All the girls here are very skilled at what they do. I dont usually get my nails done but I will be going back. Ive gotten tons of compliments on my fingernails. I had them do red fading into white sparkle at the tips for the holiday and its beautiful. The pedicure was so relaxing Im going to make a regular thing of it. Thank you Tracy, Keyla and Sylvia!

Bonnie has been my manicurist for over 30 years. She does an excellent job and is punctual. As a working woman, this is always important to me.Sylvias Nail Salon is very clean and Bonnie keeps her supplies clean as well. I have never had any problems. In some salons the products are cheap or watered down. NOT at Sylvias. In this salon everything is the best quality. After all these years Bonnie has become a family friend. I have sent her many referrals and everyone has been happy.Sylvia also believes in taking care of the customers.

While visiting from out of town I was desperate for a proper pedicure. I found Sylvias located nearby and was treated like an old friend. They worked me in same day, champagne awaited along with a great massage chair while Yvonne gave me what could be the best pedicure ever! I was a mess too and she was funny, efficient and we chatted. Sylvia the owner makes sure everyone feels welcome. The price was reasonable with 5 star service. Ill be back!

Great nail salon, they do amazing nails. They did my girlfriends nails for a reasonable price. I really recommend Keyla, she’s a great tech, very nice and caring and will have a great conversation with you. 10/10

Beautiful manicure! Sylvia suggested a color for me and I LOVE it! Lucy did a great job on my mani and it looks fabulous! Returning for pedicure with Lucy. Very clean !!!!!!Sylvia is very professional and speaks perfect English. You will really feel pampered here.

It was my first time at this salon and what a nice surprise. The shop is lovely and the owner and technicians are all very professional. I was greated and asked if i wanted a drnk, so I had a water and mimosa with chocolates. The whole time it was very relaxing and Im always nervous that my tech may be rough, but very much the opposite was true. I highly recommend this place for a great experience.

Thank you Sylvia’s Nail Salon for a great experience! After searching for so long for a good nail salon it was la breathe of fresh air! Vasana did so perfect. My dips were square, short and thin, JUST how I like them. Not only did they ask me on the phone, Vasana listened to exactly how I wanted everything without making me feel bad for askinor did I feel like she was rushing me through! She was also willing to do more that one color! I got tea and chocolate with my manicure. Everyone was sweet and friendly despite having to move my appointment around!
