I am beyond pleased with my new hearing aids and I am hearing sounds I haven’t heard in many years! Serge was very knowledgeable, professional and kind and he made sure I got the right testing and the right devices. He even recommended something new just for me, so I would get the best hearing results! Plus, Elle, the Office Manager, was very considerate and helpful through the process. Finally, the Palm Beach Gardens office is very clean and quite lovely. Again, I highly recommend this business!

Thanks to Dr Maya Berenson, Serge, and Ella at Palm Beach Hearing, my 85-year-young mom is now enjoying the best hearing of her life. We researched many hearing aid options, models, and prices. What we have learned is that the service is what makes hearing aids work. Being able to go in for tune-ups, programming, and device maintenance makes all the difference in the world. The first set of hearing aids over 15 years ago from a different doctor was a completely difference experience (I remember my mom left that office in tears... took us years to realize that we needed better service providers). Buying a lower priced pair of hearing aids at a big box store seemed like a good idea, but my mom did not hear as well and did not have the tuning service that adjusts as her hearing loss changed over the years. Dr. Berenson was super thorough explaining to my mom her options from the basic hearing aids to the most expensive! She was ok with the option we went with to possible upgrading if needed! Even though the office did not accept my moms HMO insurance, they where still cheaper! The places that except insurance, hikes up their prices and make you feel like they are giving you a discount.
