First of all, the staff is incredible! Miracle-Ear Hearing Aid Center is THE place to visit for anyone requiring hearing aid solutions. I was in town visiting my aunt who needs an updated hearing aid. Jasmine went above and beyond to explain options and helped my aunt feel great with her selection. I highly recommend this location if you, or anyone in your family requires a hearing aid - this place goes above and beyond!

Due to having COVID-19 I lost my hearing in my right ear. I have been calling multiple places. By far this is the last office i called and spoke to a women named Jasmine. The comfort and reassuring feeling he gave me. She made me feel more then welcomed and understood my struggle with my right ear. I found my place once I am back in town I will set my appointment up with Jasmine.

The office manager, Jasmine, is an absolute pleasure. She is so patient and willing to help with all of my hearing aid needs. Derek is very knowledgeable and he knows how to make his clients feel comfortable while they’re learning how to use their new hearing aids.

Jasmine Barragan is an outstanding representative for Miracle-ear. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Was in about a month ago with my grandma. Her hearing was beyond awful. She was always yelling and screaming and could not literally hear anything. Came in with my grandmother sometime last week, just to see what her options were in regards to hearing aids. Was greeted so politely by Jasmine at the front desk. She was so informative, even though the specialist was not in at the time she was quick to bring us back just to give grandmother & I am idea of what it will be like when she is tested & what the hearing aids look like. Unfortunately my grandmother was not ready to set up an appointment quite yet but I know where we will be setting it up when she is ready.

Service is OUTSTANDING.Jasmine is always waiting outside at the door waiting to greet me.Follow ups unbelievable, so superior to prior hearing aids that I have returned because no follow up no care. . Also I was not previously taught how to put the aid in or change the battery. Scott is really the best.The other place was a call in if you need help not like Miracle Ear.Glad my friend referred me.

Walked in yesterday because of an issue with my non-miracle ear hearing aids that just quit working. I walked right in and was greeted by Jasmine; despite not having an appointment, she offered me a cup of coffee and was very warm and friendly. Paul came out and made me feel at home despite not knowing who I was. He took the time to explain to me what went wrong with my hearing aids and offered me complimentary cleanings whenever I’m in town visiting. Thank you so much to Paul and Jasmine, you guys rock!

Recently I took a boat trip to Florida and while at Riviera Beach Marina I needed to have my hearing aids corrected. As I left for the audiologist’s office in my rush I left my iPhone on my boat. Without it I lacked the gps directions to their office and could not call to tell them I’d be late. I stopped along the way to try to make a call but new to the area I got lost. I happened to see a sigh for a miracle ear office. That of course was not the make of my new hearing aids that needs repair. I went on and a gracious receptionist named Jasmine heard my problem and offered to help. Scott Aitken, the hearing aid specialist overheard my story and came out to see if he too could help. He in fact solved the issues with my Aids in minutes. I offered to pay him and he declined saying he was glad to help. I can’t overstate how impressed I am with his professionalism and more, his caring about my situation. With him it was not about the money but rather another helping a patient in need.
