I have been putting off getting my hearing tested again since my test a year ago didnt go so well but I found this place and it is conveniently located so I made the appointment.Ariel did the very detailed hearing test after getting some background info and examining my ears. Turns out I do have some mild hearing loss but I also.have severe tinnitus and we discussed how hearing aids will actually help my hearing and my tinnitus.Ariel was very informative and so kind and professional. I completely trust her.Also There was never any pressure to make the decision at that moment.My hearing aids will be coming in some time next week so I will come back to review how they are! I have faith that I will love them!I also must add that Polly, the front desk receptionist is an absolute doll and made me comfortable from the moment we walked in the door.I highly reccomend the place.

My wife and I both went to Hear Again to have our hearing tested. We were greeted by Polly at the front desk who went above and beyond to help us with our visit as well as our insurance. I had my hearing tested with Aerial, who was knowledgeable and proficient. My wife had her hearing tested with Tim, who was also, knowledgeable and proficient. The most impressive thing about this establishment is their honesty. My hearing is borderline and I will be tested again in 6 months. My wifes hearing was fine. We appreciate their honesty and they were able to provide us with a copy of our results for our records. I would not hesitate to get hearing aids from them. While we were in the waiting room people were coming in and they were assisting them with their hearing aids and was very patient with the elderly people. Very impressed.

Ive been going to Audiology & Speech Pathology since living in the Palm Beach area 3 years ago and probably made half a dozen visits. John Moore and his staff could not be more professional, knowledgable, friendly and personally helpful. Since wearing hearing aids for just over 5 years, I have not come across anyone better. Their advice, suggestions and technical knowledge is superior which has materially contributed to better hearing and a corresponding improvement in life quality. We were in town from Pennsylvania and my friend had a problem with her hearing aid, we googled up and found a hearing aid center nearby. Upon entering the Receptionist was warm, friendly and knowledgeable. The office was impeccably neat clean and pleasant. I want to share a note of gratitude. One of my backup in-canal hearing aids lost its extractor wire. While other folks were quoting $350-365 for servicing, Dr. Tim BOHL asked me to drop by his office, show his staff the problem, and hed see what could be done. He asked if I were a veteran, I mentioned that I was a retired Marine, and he said that, IF it could be done, it would be of no expense to me. Staff fulfilled their promises. Provided excellent ongoing support after the sale.I had an issue with my left hearing aid. It was handled quickly. They sent it back to the Manufacturer who returned it in new condition again. Took about a week.

John Moore is terrific. He is so patient and works to make your hearing aids perfect.He listens to the types of situations you find yourself in most frequently then adjust the aids to maximize your hearing comfort. I got the Halo 2’s and I love them.

Ive been wearing a hearing aid for five years ( I bought them at an ENT specialist) and havent been at all happy with the performance. I went to see John Moore today and had a very thorough hearing test and simulated the hearing aids I bought. Im waiting to get them and though Im generally a pessimist Im really optimistic about the ones I bought. John is very professional, knowledgeable and also important very nice.
