Long wait time

I had to go here tho have a tire checked and Jonathon Ervin helped me and he was very polite and courteous. He had done exactly what he said he would do and with a smile on his face and very pleasant. I will be going back to have other work done their. Thank you for being so courteous.

There one in Palestine is okay, they will be better if they were consistent. I take my car to Tyler, because they put antiseize on my lugs and the bays are much cleaner.

2.5 hrs to get 2 tires. Would have been faster of the guys werent joking around, and stopping every 5 minutes to talk.

Do not take your car here unless you want to wait three hours and deal with people that have no direction in how to run the place. You will be irritated by the time you leave.

Traveling from out of state they had my tire fixed and back on the road in thirty min. Couldnt have been happier.

Horrible customer service! This tire center damaged my $880 rim and is trying to get out of paying for it. They are not taking any responsibility for the fact that this was done by them. This is a brand new car that had NO damage to the rims before they fixed the flat. This was the first time I tried to use them and I will never take a vehicle to them for service.

Bought a set of tires, went home and about an hour later one of the tires was completely flat.
