Great tire and auto service place. They gave me 4 brand new tires for my car 453; plus I paid an extra 60 to get free rotation and they will fix the tire for free. That 60 also includes roadside assistance for a year. It only took them 40 minutes to put 4 brand new tires on was very impressed.

I used to go to Bratz for everything. I have invested thousands of dollars here and now I feel ripped off! I ran over a razor blade on a tire with barely 10000 miles on it. I had to get two tires which cost me close to 200! I was very upset that I paid 800 dollars for tires with a good warranty and then I find out Im still shelling out 200 for two damaged tires with barely 10000 miles on them. It doesnt even stop there. He charged me for another warranty on both of my tires and another set up Fee! Dont you think 800 dollar tires should come with all that?! I had them replace my brake pads once and they wore out in less than a year. Recently he told me my rear brake pads were bad so I took my business elsewhere. Come to find out my rear brake pads were in great condition! He just looked on the computer and saw that I had new front pads and assumed that I needed rear pads. My father and I have had are oil changes done here. Both my father and I had terrible oil changes. We dont even know if the changed the oil. They didnt fill up any fluids, put in a sticker, or reset the trucks odometer that gives the oil change warning. I paid close to 80 dollars for my oil change! This place will no longer get any of my familys business. I have also purchased rims from Bratz before and then not even 15000 miles later they claimed that my rims were warped. I paid a substantial amount of money for quality rims and then they supposedly warp after 15000 highway miles. This place just wants your money. Steer away and get your tires from somewhere else.
