Everyone was very kind, yet professional! I went in for a simple oil change and after recommending that they check the diagnostics to see why my check engine light was on, we found an $8500 problem with my car! Now Im getting it fixed under warranty. Thanks again guys for your diligence and patience.

Super honest guys! I didn’t need an oil change at the moment and the manager gave me a choice to leave it or change it. Most places would have jumped on the chance to make a sale. If I lived closer this would be my go to place. I just stopped in because I was in town on other business!

They get you in and out quickly. they offer more than just oil changes...had my air filter replaced after 66K miles, they showed it to me, pretty dirty!! offered an injection clean out that I passed on. but they are not pushy. been trading here for 5 years, both for oil changes and state inspections.

We had our truck serviced here and they left the plug out of our rear end. It has burned up. They refuse to repair it or take responsibility for it. Do not take your vehicle here. Ours is not the first vehicle they have damaged. They have had to replace motors due to poor workmanship. These people are not mechanics in any way.

This place appears to be lazy, unless Im missing something. They told me they are required by the state of Texas to stop inspections at noon on Saturdays so they turned me away at 12:25 pm. However, Matterns Tire is able to do inspections till 3 pm on the same day in the same town... funny how that works.1/5 at best, I recommend you go else where.

Theyre fast and did what I needed. Only thing I didnt care for was, they drove my care on the road. No inspection place Ive ever used before has done this. My brain was yelling the whole time. Telling me to keep my big mouth shut. If a accident had occurred who would pay for damages???? It just seems unnecessary, to drive out of the parking lot.

I had what I thought was a bad experience but turned out to be wonderful. The owner, Brian, truly cares about pleasing his customers and his employees. Brian called me after I had left a voicemail. To most business owners in this world you are just a number but Brian wants to be sure that his customers are pleased and if there is a problem he wants to make sure it is taken care of. Had no issues with oil change even tho my car is little strange (busted hole in pan & self repaired) & has few issues w-pan. Everything still fine after driving all day. No drips from spilled oil during change. Im happy! Will def return here to change it from now on.

After telling these guys my make and model they told me they could change my fuel filter for 10 bucks. Bought the filter and brought it in for service. When they couldnt find it they just defaulted to its in the gas tank. I told them the location and even gave them step by step directions on how to get to it. All the could say is I dont know what to tell you man. Its in the gas tank. This poor review isnt about the fact they couldnt do it, but the fact that they were so arrogantly dismissive. I took my vehicle to a knowledgeable mechanic that didnt try and chase away my business. Turns out the filter was right were I said it was. To these guys credit they do an oil change super fast.

My first time here. I have a 2014 Chevy that I bought new in 2014. Free maintenance ran out so I took it to this place .they where fast, too fast apparently because when I got home and detailed my truck there where oil spots on my driveway and I can see it leaking from the undercarriage .now on saturday its 4 pm and there closed and hope I dont run low on oil till I can return. Never had this problem before ever

Don’t even think about getting any service done at 4:45 in the afternoon cuz they apparently don’t work after that time even tho they are open until 5 and there are no customers there and they are lounging about. I’d give a zero if I could.

I work in south Texas. Wife had oil change done there and asked technician to see if tires were OK for a long vacation drive. Great shape was the answer from technician. 3 out 4 were in the steel when I met them in south padre Island. Wonder what they consider bad?

This place is a scam. Just because I am the opposite sex of a male, and the oil change is a male dominated industry does not under any circumstances mean I am not knowledgeable about my vehicle. My vehicle is my investment, not your sales target! I change my own oil, upkeep my own vehicle with its basic maintenance. Sadly, I went in for my state inspection and failed. I was wrongfully failed. For an active power steering leak, I was scared into thinking it would be an $800 repair. I looked at it myself, I got a second and even a third look at my vehicle: no active power steering leaks! My husband who is a state inspector went to speak with them about it and they cursed and threatened my love, they were absolutely unethical and I hope their facility gets shut down. Now I am dreadfully waiting to get my inspection elsewhere.

I took an Altima in last year to get an oil change. I was the only customer there at the time. Several employees were standing around my car, so I figured I would get the job done right and be out in no time. I was right about one thing, I got in and out quickly, but thats where it stopped. Since they vacuum the car as part of the deal, I figured Id go get it washed. The first thing I noticed was that the back seat area was not vacuumed at all. Oh well, the car wash had free vacuums, so I did it myself. About a month and a half later (this car is not driven a lot) I was under the hood and decided to check the oil level. It was over a quart short and the oil seemed rather dirty for only being driven 1100 miles. My first thought was that the car was burning oil, so I added a quart, which didnt completely fill it. I noted the level on the dipstick and wrote down the mileage. After some additional time had passed and I had driven another 1100 miles, I checked the oil level again. It was exactly where I filled to when I added the quart of oil. This car isnt burning oil, the Oil Exchange shorted me over a quart of oil. Based on the color of the oil. I wonder if they ever changed it at all. Maybe they just put on a new filter and left it like that. Im not sure, but you can bet I wont be going back there for another oil change. A car is too big of an investment to risk having it ruined by an incompetent service facility.
