We just moved here. Our stuff (including washer & dryer) will be shipped next month. In the meantime we have to go to the laundromat. Last week we went to another place in town. It didn’t compare. This place is clean, comfortable seating, TV’s, plenty of carts, & not overly crowded. Until our washer & dryer are shipped this is where we will do laundry.

Its no longer 24 hr which used to be its best feature.. half of the machines dont work, lose plenty of money here so bring extra

This place is dirty. Many machines not working and the ones that did took more money than it should have. Never saw anyone that worked here.

The floors were flooded, three different machines had water pouring onto the floors, dangerous slipping hazard for the elderly patrons that have to wash here. My clothes were dripping wet due to my machine not going into a spin cycle. Then to top it off .25 for 6 minutes of drying and 90 percent of the dryers dont get hot. Now why waste your hard earned money endanger your grandma and split what would have been one load into 5 different dryers just to still have dripping clothes, and dirty up the outfit youre wearing to try to get clean clothes...Managment is impossible to get ahold of tried three times and they need to fix the problems here...Not worth the money, the time, nor the trip.

They got brand new washers and fixed the dryers and they dropped the price of the drinks in the vending machine

Every other machine is broke. Dont know which dryer blows hot or cold air. Its like playing the lottery, you might finder a winner if your lucky.

Pretty nice laundry mat. Washers worked good bathroom was decent just out of tp. The whole place is clean and they have vending machines. Across the street from kroger.

Most all of the machines don’t work, they will take your money and then won’t work at all and lock your clothes in the machine. I would give zero stars, but that is not available.

Very disappointed. Wasted alot of money on dryers that didnt work and alot of the washers were broke as well.

Was helping someone get caught up on laundry... The washers worked great and the dryers had clothes dry within 30 min.

Half the dryers are broken, no one to talk to about it so you just lose money. Dirty, not well maintained- DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Out of 30 dryers, literally less than half are working, however they arent marked and dont have out of order signs. There are several of us in here all complaining because of losing quarters or the clothes still being wet etc. Advice given to me by another patron was to only put in 25 cents at a time otherwise you will lose the rest. I know of 4 of the dryers that just stop mid cycle and this is with only a 6 min timer. Wont be back. Surely there are other laundromats in Palestine?

I only write reviews when my experience is either extremely pleasant or the worst of the worst and this laundromat is absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had in any laundromat ever and the worst of any kinda business Ive dealt with in quite a while. I left with wet clothes because I refused to put another quarter in those thieving machines.

Safe place to wash your clothes

Too many machine malfunctions. Lots of them not washing or drying properly.

This place is ridiculously expensive and the change machine is very tempermental.Half the dryers dont work which you figure out after a half an hour.

All the largest washers were out of order and a few of the smaller ones. The washers hadnt been cleaned.

I mean its a laundromat so it not the funniest place to be but hey, itll get your clothes clean!

5 washers later and I findly found 2 to wash my clothes. 1 regular size washing machine is just filling up with water then just drains and then starts filling up again. This place is Dirty, bathrooms dirty washing machines are not working right someone needs to come over and fix it all the dryers are not getting hot dont come to this place I want again

07/23/2018The Manager came up to me interrupting a conversation with someone else... threatened me and tried to order me to leave ...for no reason...I dont know him and from what I could discern the family members he hired to work there dislike me ..Now I know this is a small town and I know he doesnt own this laundry as he pretends to...But if I have to deal with verbal abuse from someone with selective hearing and utter lack of discretion in this business again I will press charges.I will say that when he calmed down he was no less than semi vulgar versus completely so.I do not recommend this business and apparently it is not the owners fault this man acted of his own accord and I do believe that the owner should review the video of this encounter.Because if anything even remotely like this happens again...others will be looking at the film.

Great new equipment. Plenty of parking. You could even get a truck and trailer over here on the weekend maybe. Washers start at 1.75 all the way up to 6.25. 25 cents to start the dryer. Drop off wash-n-fold service available.

Was so upset when I left. It was dirty, the building and inside machine s. The washers and dryers dont half work. I lost so much money. You dont know if it works until you put your money in and loose it.

Machines rip you off several quarters at a time. We put in money and it doesnt work. Tried two more washers didnt work. No one on duty. Tried to call their phone number listed on the internet but needed a code, not one listed anywhere. We will go somewhere else and call better business bureau to report this rip off business.

Not very well maintained. Washers are hi and have a tendency of locking up. Never a number to get ahold of anybody.

Clean. Newer Machines, nothing came out smelling funny like at other local washaterias. AC works great, 3 TVs (dif channels), 3 vending machines (drink, snack, detergent), left clothes basket (buy for $1 each), mostly clean restroom. Dont let the exterior fool you.

Was great when they had an attendant but now you find homeless people sleeping there

This place is HORRIBLE! Save your time and MONEY. This place will nickle and dime you so much its crazy. Better to wash in a lake!!!!

Nasty toys in machine like went to a yard sale and put them in there not saintry..charging for hot water not getting no refunds machine brand new didnt wash my clothes so had to rewash and then dryer dont half work this was a laudrymat every one said go here never again better business bureau will be here soon

All change machines are down and there is know employee here and no phone number to call. Lame

Poor management, lost money in broken unmarked machines and dryers and vending machines. No numbers to call for help either.
