Made an appointment, dropped my car off, and when I picked up my car ....oh my! 1 the front windshield was cracked 2 the light tan interior was covered in grease 3 the repairs cost 150.00 more than quoted! 4 I had coolant in the front seat to be used, i was told he did not see it ...in the front seat! Iwould not recommend this place!

I was at a loss as to what exactly was wrong with my vehicle. I had auto zone put it on their deal to get a code read out. It was none of the things on the code print out. I took my vehicle to J&R Automotive to be repaired and J&R figured out what it was and repaired it. While test driving, he noted that it had another issue and gave a quote for that. He repaired that a few days later. The actual price was cheaper because it took less time than expected. Very honest of them! He was nice, patient and explained the issues my vehicle was having. My SUV works perfectly now. No more running hot or wheel bearing issues. My daughter drives this vehicle so I really appreciate his and his staffs knowledge. I highly recommend them and would not have a problem using them in the future. Thanks!

This is a gem of a business tucked away near the Palestine loop. They turned my roadside breakdown disaster into a happy ending with a fierce dedication to turning the repairs around quickly, and more cheaply than I would have found in my native city. He gave full inspection and found other things that were unsafe, like brake pads wearing out, sending me back on the road in a vehicle that purred with renewed life. If you need to wait for repairs, you will find a welcoming room full of overstuffed comfy chairs and a VCR player with tapes, attesting to the decades long life of the business that has served East Texas well.

They work they did was good ... however I asked them to mount the spare tire BEFORE they took it down to the muffler shop. They didnt do it and because of that, the exhaust is in the way of me mounting the spare. When I called to discuss this, they said I never told them to mount the spare when I know I didBasically they called me a liar so they dont have to fix their mistake!!! Will not ever take my stuff back there if this is what I can expect from guys that seemed so good!!!

Was broke down in Palestine,Tx heading for Waco. Happened upon this shop. Jeromy stopped what he was doing and came to help me. He diagnosed the problem quickly,bad fuel pump, and worked after hours to fix it. I was back on the road. Walt took us to local Kentucky-fried chicken as we waited. All were kind,considerate and professional. The price for the fix was very reasonable.I got to Waco and back to North Carolina without any more problems. Thanks!!
