You get what you pay for. They are a little pricey but they do excellent work.Both techs took their time with me and my daughter and made sure we were comfortable and pleased.

I had a pedi first and it went well no complaints, however they kept me waiting between time to get my nails done. The plexiglass separating us was so dirty and the chair was not cleaned between clients. My nails looked like a 3 year old had done them. I went back 2 times and she just added polish each time. I have never left a nail appt with wet nails however I did this time. I have never had to share a nail tech however I did this time. She did a little to me then moved to someone else did a little to them moved to another then back to me, each time left me sitting. I won’t be back and if you care about the money you spend I would not trust them to do your nails. I have been to the one by the mall and have NO complaints. I have fumed and fumed about the entire visit. However, you live and learn, I learned these people don’t care about their craft, it’s all about the money.

We went here for a Easter nail day my daughter wanted these cute sunflower nails and I liked them too! She was very unprofessional and spilled nail glue ALL over my daughters hand! THAT STUFF DOESNT COME OF!!! The picture I showed her and what I got was horrible i get it if it might had been to much to do if so they should have said “ we can’t do that” it also smelled VERY chemically -10/10 would never go agian here’s a side by side of what we wanted .vrs. What we got

I just wanted my real nails painted with the French mani and she did a wonderful job and had a sweet and kind personality. My 17yr old daughter also had her eyebrows waxed and they are beautiful. Very happy with our visit.

I came to this salon for my shellac manis. Its the best place! Its like they have been known me a long time. Extremely awesome! And gave me exactly what I asked for!!! It is so beautiful and clean. I have an experience especially at here. Really love my staff.

Took my girlfriend here during a spontaneous beach trip, and we couldnt have been more satisfied. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Being by the seawall, I was impressed on how clean the salon was. My gf and I trekked sand into the salon, but they were quick to clean our mess with no hesitation.I highly recommend the their spot. My girlfriend also got a gel manicure, and she raved about how she didnt have to wait for her nails to dry.Next time we come back to there, we will definitely be back.

When my girl went from the other location to this one, I followed and for a long time was happy with the continually amazing nails she would do for me, plus the lashes and pedicures. Sadly, she left the company and I have been unable to find anyone that I can trust to do my nails, let alone lashes.They would break easily, they were uneven. They were hastily done and I felt rushed. They did so much damage to my nail beds that eventually I had to let them all come off and have been working on letting my cuticles and natural nails recover. I have deep ridges from over-zealous drilling and that doesnt just go away.Queen nails quickly became a quantity over quality salon, and it shows. I wont be back.

Very clean and beautiful place. Very hygienic with the sterilized equipment and the foot tub liners. Felt a little rushed, but had 2 services done in a timely matter. Disappointed that I didnt get what I actually wanted, I feel the nail technician should have asked the shape of the nail before the length, being new to getting my nails done I dont know exactly how to ask for what I want. One of my nails is crooked, another one bulky and my toes got stepped on messing up my fresh polish, didnt want to pay extra to fix any of it. A little pricey for the result, but I think it would be better another time.Will try some other day when its earlier in the day, seeing as I was there at 3pm on a Sunday, that may be why they felt the need to rush. But all in all, I would recommend, maybe do a little more research beforehand if youre new to it.

It was friendly!!! They do a great job!!! The wait time was long... but they said it is always busiest on Friday and Saturday. So I will try and go on weekdays from now on!! But I will definitely be a repeat customer!!!

First time going there they did my nails and messaged my arms .second they didnt.

The first time I went my nails looked great. Everyone said my nails were beautiful. Also my nails looked natural. This time they look thick and the person was in a rush.

Had my nails done by Jinny on 5/3. She did not do my nails correctly. She didnt polish my nails completely 2 of them were different lengths. I went back on Thursday 5/9 but she was busy and I told the receptionist I would come back the next day which I did. Jinny cut my one nail down to match the others but would not republish them. She did not honor my one week warranty. I paid $50.00 plus tip to have my nails done which didnt even look good one day later.

I called around 5:30 and the lady said yes and very happy for services here. I never feel be rushed. Attention to detail was perfect. Look my hands/fingers are so natural. 10 points for my nails.

I was there today (June 29th) at 10 am....but i will not go back!!! Yes, they take their time and the guy did a great job but some of the prices are outrageous! I dont mind paying for my service but they want to charge extra for EVERYTHING.....at my hometown (Madisonville, Ky) they put #shellac or #gel on your nails/toes they do not charge to take it off!!

I called to get info regarding this salon because I am not so pleased with how the salon at the mall does my nails and how incredibly expensive they end up being because they nickel and dime you to death. They charge to cut down your nails to a shorter length, they charged me extra to fill my nails because they were long and said it requires more acrylic. My nails have always been that length and Ive never been charged extra for that, even at that salon. And God forbid I have a nail or two that broke because they charge to fix those as well. Even though its ultimately their shabby work that caused them to break,!!! Praying that this nail salon does a much better job than the salon at Kentucky oaks Mall. Ill let you know

Staff super friendly. Very clean salon. Pedi super relaxing. Prices should be clarified a little better as far as different services are considered. There was a misunderstanding in our visit but overall really good experience.

I was visiting home/family from out of town and wanted to take my mom for a mani pedi. I called ahead to ensure that my mom and I could get services at the same time. After some back and forth at what seemed like an unreasonable request to them they said yes and gave a time. We arrived and they took us back and got us set up in pedi chairs, initially together, but that was the only thing that happened at the same time. From there on someone came to do my pedi and my mom just continued to wait. When I asked the guy he said someone was coming. Well, time went on and no one came so he eventually did hers too after he finished mine (which was so-so and rushed), and then we had the same experience for the manicures. The qualtity of the services wasnt that great (I have something to compare to as I get mani pedis all the time at home), and since it was one guy doing both while the other waited it took longer than it should have. Also, I got a gel mani and in 2 days some of them started to peel off. I went back and a girl fixed them, and while there there was another employee who was acting like a complete nut case...singing very loudly in a very crazy manner. Lastly, their prices are high for the level of service received. If we had received excellent service and quality work I would not have a problem with the price. I went to this place because of the good reviews and convenient location. Bottom line, its sad if this is the best there is to offer in Paducah. Next time Ill try somewhere else. Not worth the $$$.

My wife was here on 07/26/2019 9:30 am the nails looked beautiful but the tech needs a bit of training getting callous removed she wanted to let it go but almo$150.00 and ended up at urgent care getting antibiotics and a tetanus shot 😡

Brought my daughter, Kaylee to get her nails done. Everyone was so nice & they did a wonderful job.Do yourself a favor and go visit the southside Queen nail location!!
