My first time going here. Great atmosphere. Very relaxing. Deidra was great. It was only my 3rd massage ever, but definitely the best I have had. I will be going back.

My hubby and I order the couples package with lunch. We absolutely loved every minute of our experience. Everyone communicated with us what we would be doing and our experience was so peaceful and relaxing which is definitely what we needed in our high stress lives! Can’t wait to go again!!

Deidra was great and gave me a good massage. This review is not a reflection of her but rather the front desk staff / environment.I scheduled this massage about 10 days in advance. I was told because the service was over $100, I needed to pay half to schedule. It was a weird policy, but I went ahead and gave my card info via phone and moved on. Fast forward to the day of my appointment, I got a phone call 90 minutes prior asking if I could come 30 or so minutes earlier than my scheduled time. Unfortunately I live about an hour away and this wasn’t an option but I tried to get there as soon as I could.I arrived about 10 mins early for my appointment and from there the experience just felt very rushed. It felt like a hurry up and get me in and out the door experience. What was most upsetting is I paid for 90 minutes of a massage and was off the table 15 minute before it was scheduled to end.When I checked out, I was then told I owed the full amount despite giving my card information and anticipating half had already been paid. It was overall very awkward.I’m not sure if they are short staffed or what, but it’s upsetting to pay for 90 minutes, be rushed through, and not even get the full time. I was literally out of the spa driving home before my scheduled time was supposed to end. Overall a disappointing experience, which is sad because Diedra was really nice but I don’t see myself returning.

My favorite spa. The atmosphere is very private and relaxed. You are not in an open room with other clients receiving manicures or pedicures. You are in a private room, dimly lit with relaxing music and a water fountain. Patricia does a wonderful job.

I had the Signature Facial done today by Brittany and oh my gosh. Best. Thing. You. Can. Get. Done. Most relaxing hour of my life. Everyone was super friendly and made it such a nice experience. Already scheduled another appointment!

The spa over all was great a lot my experience with the girl selling me a gift card was not I asked her name she quickly responded with Taylor I said okay I love your name she then rolls her eyes and sarcastically goes “k” I go on about getting my gift card and I say thanks and she just walks away to the back I assume just awful do better please.

I have only been here once for a Orthopedic massage and it was literally the best I have felt in my life.i have scoliosis and normally always hurt after this massage i felt amazing for almost a month after heres hoping santa brings me gift certificates for Elysian Fields massage and spa.

Unprofessional and unkind people. Antimaskers at least one of whom has contracted covid and bragged about it /while/ giving massage, which means now recipient of massage is forced to be in quarantine and just hopeful they wont contract it from this massage and suffer intense physical health issues. In addition to trying to get you sick, they dont respect gift card purchases and will encourage you to leave early without delivering the kind or length of massage purchased because they arent getting as immediate pay for it. Protect yourself and dont go here.

If all of your muscles are ripped and youve never had a massage before it could be nice, but if you want anymore pressure than what a 6year old girl could apply, I suggest you go to a different place. Idk how there are so many GOOD reviews, probably fake. Also is it professional for the masseuse to get defensive and insulting when you ask them to do something more specific to your needs? If so I dont think spas are for me.

My sister and I received the best treatment today! Patricia and her staff KNOW what they are doing and specializing strictly in spa services! I highly recommend the hot stone massage! It took a massage to the next level. Thank you for letting us mommas enjoy our day spa and feel pampered!

This review is outdated, will attempt to schedule with the spa and post a new review.Never made it in. The one star is purely for the idea that I would have pay a deposit for the services I was asking for (a body treatment and facial) because they were over a $100 limit. I was told it was 50% for existing customers and 100% for new customers... which is insane. I refuse to pay for a service that has not been rendered, and this practice of requiring a deposit for such a small amount of time being requested irritates me. This Is a predatory act towards customers, and I’d say new customers be warned you are gonna have to cough up the money before you even get there. I’m sure this is coming from no show issues, but punishing everyone for the acts of a few ain’t the way to go. Good luck all who book, and may life align so you can make it to the appointment you already paid for.

Melissa was kind and greeted me with a smile. She explained everything. Scott was informative, professional, respectful, and put me at ease. After the session, I had immediate positive results. My facial was fabulous and relaxing. Dons the best. Lunch was delicious and the environment to eat that lunch was peaceful. Patricia gently administered my pedicure and was very easy to talk with. Best day ever!

Long over due!! Staff was very friendly, informative, and courteous.. I did receive a wax and it did not hurt much at all! Don made me feel really comfortable, and the whole process went smoothly. Definitely will be back soon!!

There are words that describe how much I love this spa and their staff. I have only been there a couple of times but the first was a great from my sister in law. We did the ultimate heaven package and oh my gosh I never wanted to leave. The staff is beyond welcoming, the lunch provided is delicious, the spa its self is relaxing and clean. I will be back!

I got the signature package and it was amazing the staff is so sweet and professional Martha did my facial and pedicure she did a great job and snacks were so good I have never been so relaxed. Guys u need something for ur sweetheart stop here!!!!

Very nice and relaxing place. The moment i walked in, I felt at home! Not only was the staff amazing but so were the services! Id recommend this wonderful spa over any other spa most definitely. I messaged them trough web site to make reservation. I never got any answer back!!! In a day a called them. Melissa answered. She wasnt friendly at all! They also wanted all kind of my personal information! Address, full name, phone numbers, credit card... Im sorry Im not ready to give my credit card details on phone... There are other places around with the way better service!

I made an appointment for my birthday about 2 weeks ago. They collected half the price of the massage as the deposit, which I had no issue with. I took a nap and must not have had my alarm set even though I changed the time. Elysian Fields actually woke me up!Even though you dont know me, Im actually a punctual person, like the kind of person who thinks that 5 minutes is on time and on time is late. I know they must have people cancel all the time with excuses, so I was annoyed but accepted what happened next.When Elysian Fields woke me up I instantly understood that I would probably lose my deposit. I called to explain and the woman I spoke with told me that I would have to pay the full price of the massage because I cancled without 24hr notice. I asked if I could come in late and pay the full amount and only get half the massage (I paid for a 2 hr massage so half would still be an hour) the woman told me no, that they would not do that, and that its not worth it for the masseuse cause he was staying late for me, I was annoyed but I do understand cancelation policies, so I paid.The woman asked if I wanted to schedule another appointment. I told her that no, I didnt want to schedule another appointment because they had just taken $120 from me and I got nothing. We hung up.A few minutes later they called me back and said if I scheduled another appointment, since I had paid up front for a full massage, I wouldnt have to pay for the massage for the appointment I scheduled. I was very grateful so I scheduled one for 2 weeks out, working around their schedule, whenever they could fit me in I would be there even if it wasnt great for me since it was my fault that it was missed. So I unded up with a tuesday early afternoon appointment.I just called to confirm the time for this afternoon and they said that the massage was cancled. The woman Melissa mentioned that she knew who I was because she had been told about the girl who overslept and that she wasnt here when it was scheduled and didnt know who cancled.I understand a penalty for missing an appointment, but isnt that what the deposit is for? I got charged full price for not giving 24hrs notice and yet they canceled (and if I hadnt called to confirm I would have showed up and been turned away) and its just a ohh oops, sorry about that sort of response from them.I decided due to the double standard coming from this spa, and what I have perceived as them talking badly about me, is not worth the massage I might get. I understand that I may be misinterpreting slightly because there are always two sides of the story. But my feelings about how they handled this situatuon are negative and thats not a good feeling to have about people who are supposed to relax me.
