We took our boat seats in today and Jim the owner met us at the door. Everyone was so nice there. Our only need was to have two snaps on the seat straps replaced and the owner took them in immediately, removed the old snaps and replaced them with new ones. He even carried them to the truck. When I went to pay, he said no charge, just send some new people their way. Needless to say we were very impressed!D Manley
