First time using Troys. If you want someone who is fair, trustworthily, and very helpful, You must try this business. Took car in for engine trouble. Was either head gasket or bad heads. After diagnosing they gave me the bad news and highly recommended that I take it back to dealer to be covered by warranty. A very special thank you to Troys Auto Service..

High quality work at a steep price

Had appointment first things in the morning, dropped off at 7:30am. On my way home walking so an older vehicle going in that direction. Later around noon called and said I was next up. Call around 1:30 and they told me it was on the rack. Walked back up to Troys at 3:15. My car was parked at the same spot I left it. Went in and asked if it was done and they said they never pulled it in, said they thought it was in the shop when I previously talked to them,which I believe was not true. The older vehicle I saw on the way there was in the shop but my car hadn’t been touched. They just seemed to act as if they could care less. Piss poor costumer service will not be going there again.

I have depended on Troys for many years, always honest and upfront about repairs, use only OEM or equal quality parts and found Troys mechanics to be far sharper than dealerships especially with older vehicles.

Friendly, fast, affordable. We were passing through town and needed a routine oil change. They took he car in that day and had it ready quickly. The people there also could not have been nicer. Highly recommended.

This is heartbreaking to post, because my family has gone to Troy’s for repairs for years with minimal issues. On the most recent trip, I paid a grand for them to fix my catalytic converter. I finally got it back over three weeks later (they said it would take 3 days) and they had not only drilled a hole in it, but the welding job was so ridiculously horrible that they filled the holes with SPRAY FOAM. I wish there was an insert photo option. There is absolutely NO way that I will EVER return to this joke of a business. Fumes were created in doing so that could have put me or my passengers in a hospital. 0 stars would be more fitting.

Made an appointment to have a jasper rebuilt engine warranty work done. Took three weeks to get the appointment, took the vehicle and dropped it off and received a call four hours later that they could not put the jasper motor in because they were not the original installers. They told me that Jasper has a policy that if it was put in within 100 mile radius but I had to go back to the original installer. Called Jasper and they stated they have no such policy. Long and short they should not Jasper Authorized. Would give no stars if that was an option. Not a truthful business in my opinion

The only place I ever go to get maintenance on my car. I had to get my car towed off the side of the road unexpectedly, and they were able to fix my car the same day it came in! Everything is done well, and in a timely manner.

Incredible service! Down to earth and caring, while still being professional and top notch! After having a horrible blowout at 2am on a lonely road in the middle of nowhere, I was dropped at his service shop with my car and no clue what kind of monetary damage might be coming. Woke up to instant assistance and courtesy. They got me in and out fast with great prices and no trouble. Huge thank-you Troy and his staff, they were amazing!

Excellent customer service! They quoted my a price for labor and when I came to pick up my vehicle they told me the labor was not as difficult as they thought and charged me way less! Not many auto services would be that honest.

Basic 85 bucks an hour mechanic. Not great not bad. Good if you have to use them.

They quoted me a price and it raised three times then when o got my van back the belt was not on and it came off as my wife drove it home they did come and fix but it was expensive so go some where else these guys are high and dont do good work 😯
