Plaza treated me great! i was having some problems with my tires and needed an alignment. i called and scheduled and appointment for today and they took care of my car in no time. they brought me attention to two tires that had knots in them and i was able to replace them. so thankful for the help i received! the staff is very nice and took their time to explain everything and make sure my car would ride safely!

Plaza Tire did a great job taking care of my tire need. The salesman knew his tires, they got me in and out in 45 minutes. I arrived after 4:30 p.m. and there was no hesitation to take care of me close to the end of the day. I will be bringing in my Explorer today.

I had a very positive experience at Plaza Tire today. They werent expecting me but the attendant remembered my name and got my car right in. I always feel I can trust them to take care of my car the way they would their own. They got my car back in a timely manner and did what needed to be done in a professional way. Very pleased with my visit.

My tire pressure indicator light came on today, and as it happens, the place I was headed to was actually next door to a Plaza Tire Service. The employees checked all my tires, and decided that one needed a closer look. It turns out there was a piece of metal stuck in my tire! The employees were able to remove the metal from my tire, repair my tire, and send me on my merry way in an amazingly short amount of time, especially considering that I was a drop-in.

AM Jason was extremely helpful, going over pricing before any service was started. Team was quick and efficient. Will definitely used them again.

I made an appointment for just tire rotation and wondered how the service would be since its just a minor service that doesnt cost much (not much revenue to the store). I arrived at my appointment time and it was about 15 minutes before they took my car into the shop. Although I felt it took a little longer than I expected with an appointment, it wasnt bad. Once it was in the shop they only took about 15 minutes so all total about 30 min. When I arrived the guy at the counter was very courteous and took care of me right away. This was a huge improvement over my experience at another Plaza Tire location where I had walked in, and waited a few minutes. After no one greeted or acknowledged me I ended up walking out (there were 2 employees in the front that basically ignored me) so I made the appointment at this location and was skeptical about how it might go, but I was very pleased with how the service was handled. Once they finished they brought my car out to the front by the door as well. Overall very polite service so I will be back when its time for an oil change.

Took my car in for tire rotation and oil change. Found I NEEDED front brake pad and rotors. I trust this company and know they would not cheat me on any service needed. Good people and good mechanics!

Got me in on time for scheduled tune up. Always very courteous and prompt. They did find an issue but it was fixed quickly and didnt cost more than originally stated. The Plaza Tire card has great rates. Very happy with the service at the Lone Oak store.

We are from South Central Nebraska and were eastbound on I-24 just into Kentucky when we blew a tire very late on a Friday afternoon. Luckily it was a run flat tire. We called Plaza Tire Service and ‘limped’ in right after closing time. However, they never blinked ... just took great and timely care of us and got us on the road. I tried to give the technician an extra tip but he turned it down in a firm, friendly manner with a simple “It’s my job sir”. You’ll find good people wherever you go but we certainly found them at Plaza Tire in Paducah, Kentucky

I feel that the employees take advantage of women. Every time I get my oil changed, they want to sell me something else. Last time it was a brake fluid service. All the guys I talked to later said they have never had their brake fluid changed. That made me pretty upset. The only reason I still go there is because I bought the tire service package which I also regret buying.

We spent 300 on Friday and our tire issue is not fixed. I don’t think anyone even checked the air pressure in the other tires. The tire we spent almost 200 on looked dirty. It was supposed to be new. Now they are closed today. SMH.

If there was a way to give this Plaza Tiree more than 5 stars I would. This is the only Plaza Tire my family goes to because they will get you took care of here. They will work you to the best of their ability. If they dont have what you need they will get it in with in the next 2 days but most of time its the next day. They are super friendly and will make you feel at home and welcome there. Great job guys on our vehieverything. time.

Second try at a different location to get a balance and rotation and I’m not sure if it’s just laziness but both locations gave me the go around with if they “had time” for me. I left the first location with them actually looking busy and pulled into another with just a couple of cars insight and no one waiting and AGAIN the guy says they are slammed and the wait time will be very long. I’m pretty sure that’s the game they play to get out of physically doing work. I told him I’d wait it out this time and I was out of there in 40 minutes, which to me wasn’t a long wait at all considering the job. Must be a hard job to stand at a desk and try to turn people away. (Insert eye roll)

I would highly recommend Plaza Tire Service. We had an issue with a tire while we were traveling from Tennessee to Illinois. They fixed our tire and had us back on the road in 30 minutes. Great service, and quick!

Took my older Cadillac in with a slow leak in front tire. Plaza employee got my car in quick and reported a nail in the side wall of tire. My tire needed replacing. This location always does a fine job for me. They don’t seem to push me into services I don’t want and appear to be thorough. Lower cost than dealers for basic services like brakes, fluid changes and flushes and lifetime alignment is worth the money. Need to plan ahead for scheduling appointment though. Busy shop.

I would like to know why you would not accept the coupon my daughter had for her oil change? Your response to her was that she did not present that coupon earlier. No where in the store does it say present coupon first. Another reason for not accepting coupon was that she would have gotten a different oil change? A better oil change? So my daughter got a worse oil change for more money? Then you offer to take $5.00 off for the trouble but the total price is still the same? Been a customer for a long time and not the first time rules suddenly change - appt needed / don’t take appointments?

Fastest & most efficient On-Demand Service in town! I got a flat tire passing through Paducah and had to stay overnight.First, I went to another different Tire Store physically in person. I had waited around at least 20 minutes attempting to speak to someone while there were many associates standing around doing nothing.I eventually got impatient and called this store and was greeted with polite expedited customer service right away! It was only less than a couple of miles away. After driving to this store and having my service completed took just less than 30 minutes. Fast and friendly service. No complaints regarding my tire purchase, or ongoing service offered.

Had an alignment done here, originally it wasn’t done correctly and I was told they did the best they could but considering it was a 20 year old truck they couldn’t get it perfect and they added 2 used tires to my truck. Fast forward 2 months and one of those tires was showing steel only on the inside where the alignment wasn’t done correctly. I brought the tire in, explained the situation and the management fixed the mistake free of charge, and were extremely kind and professional.

Excellent service: Got me in immediately and completed all services in about an hour. Not bad for new tires, alignment and back brakes. Tony was friendly, helpful and honest. Will definitely use them again.
