POOR SERVICE. It was like a Ghost Town. No one was at the front desk. Told us to come back after 2 oclock so we did. We sat for at least 30 minutes before any realized we were here. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

I went to BA after a tree attacked my car. Tony managed it remove any trace of the vicious tree attack and now my car looks brand new.

Slow service-you have to call them, they wont call you for an update on your vehicle, rude on phone but probably stressed out, small cramped up parking lot- overall the body work they did on my vehicle is phenomenal, looks brand new as if nothing happened. They hand clean vehicles and vacuum after every service. Tony is a very nice guy!

Poor service. Sent my wife in because she noticed a pop & a wobble on the interstate. They offered a used tire for $300 (she had a busted belt). I sent her to Grover, by Noble Park, where she was given 2 new tires for $280. BA are crooks. Dont use them.

I have a mini-van that has been trashed by three small children over the past several years. I am so impressed and so pleased with their work. They were professional and did an outstanding job restoring a 1978 vs bus with trailers. As I travel the country people say where did you get it restored and I tell them B As automotive Paducah Kentucky. I couldnt be more please in how they approach teamwork on ideas, getting parts and the quality of work. I have been in the insurance business 35 years and I have never been so impressed with a shop.

Amazing staff

I have used BAs several times over the past 10 years, & they have always done phenominal work. They are customer service centered, & go above & beyond to make you happy. The staff & owner Tony are great to work with. It was raining when I picked my car up, & I had several things to load in the trunk. Heather asked the gentleman in the garage to pull it back into the bay so I didnt have to load my stuff in the rain. Little things like that go a long way with me. I will take my vehicles to BAs anytime I need body work done. Thanks BAs!

This business has performed oil changes and worked on my brakes before. Tonys very likable, honest, reasonable, and they thoroughly clean my car for free after every service.

They can handle almost anything about your vehicles mechanical needs and body needs. Very friendly and willing to give others a second chance.
