Met Lauren and she took extra special care of me and made me feel like a new person. I really like the atmosphere of the shop but I would strongly suggest that you have Lauren take care of you and if shes not available then come back when she is.

Becky was amazing!! Previously went to a place that messed up my eyebrows really bad so I was so happy when she did them and they turned out PERFECT!! Will definitely be my go to place for now on.

Been there 4 times now in the last 2 weeks and never able to get a haircut for my son and myself. I am told they aren’t taking anymore customers for the day because they are closing in 30 minutes or like today they are completely booked up! There were 2 stylists there I assume, one was doing someone’s hair and the other one was sitting at the front desk combing on a wig. I ask if there was not going to be anymore stylist coming in and was told no. I always liked Costcutters because you could walk in and get you’re hair cut in an hour or two at the most. Now it’s impossible to even get in a chair without an appointment it seems. I have a 2 year son and making an appointment is not feasible with him because you never know his mood or when he’s gonna be tired. I’m very disappointed in the way they’ve become and the lack of stylist on duty. Guess I’ll have to go to Great Clips or Supercuts!

Everyone there is so very friendly and polite. They make you feel so welcome while you are there. And they make sure to take all the precautionary measures to keep you safe during your visit. I would highly recommend all my family and friends to go there. I know I will go back.

Pelaiah is my stylist. She does my natural hair, cuts my son’s hair and does my oldest son’s dreads as well. She also does my crochet at times. A consistent, well rounded hairstylist in this city is hard to come by. She does a wonderful job. I recommend her to plenty and she will always be my stylist. Great job landing this one.

I come here and get a military haircut. It’s nice these ladies recognize service members and always make me feel like family. Ashley seems to always be there on Thursday’s ready to cut my hair. Very pleased with my haircuts and the quality price.

You always tend to hear horrible things about cost cutters, so believe me when I say I was a bit hesitant at first. Im typically not the kind to complain but It was awful asked for three inches to be cut off and she practically cut it shoulder length I asked her to trim my bangs as well and she only did one side of them ..and towards the end she proceeded to tell me that it may not be even when I straighten it because she cut my hair while it was curly ? Butchered my hair I wouldnt recommend this place I definitely will bit be back.
