They did a great job with my a/c. Honest. They said what they thought it probably was and gave a very accurate estimate. They text you that it has been checked in and then text again when they are actively working on car. I recommend them for your auto repair needs and plan on using them again when I have additional repairs.

I was not impressed with my service here. My tahoe was having a issue with not starting and they fixed that problem but the exact same day I paid 1500 to get my car back within i hours it messed up again. This time the starter would not disengage after being started. I had to have it towed back and was charged and additional diagnostic fee. I would not recommend.

They are more than welcoming and they make sure they address all of your needs/concerns. I dropped my vehicle off and after a few hours they told me that my vehicle was fine and I did not need any maintenance done. They offered to pick me up in their shuttle to get my vehicle and saved me an Uber ride! They are truly amazing and trustworthy!

I am from Arizona and was helping my cousin to get her car to a good place to get her A/C fixed. She had even had a dealer look at it and they supposedly had it fixed but it stopped blowing cold air not long after she had taken ut there. I drove it for her to Christian Brothers and they diagnosed it and their shuttle took me back to my cousins apt. They fixed it and they came and picked me up again to pick up her car. Their shuttle car driver was so kind and personable. They even drove the car to the entrance and had the door opened and air on with nice, cold air. Some of the most polite, and professional people ever. I so appreciate their kind words towards my cousin who is going through some health issues. A very solid and professional business that gives you text updates along the way as they are servicing your vehicle so that you are never in the dark, very good and fair prices as well. I brought my 95 jeep grand cherokee in because it was having some bad electrical problems that would cause it to just randomly die while i was driving. I dropped my car off friday evening and saturday they called me around noon letting me know it was ready for pick-up. Your transportation is important and trusting someone to get it fixed the right way- the first time is rare to find. I will be coming back if I have any car problems in the future.

Horrible! Cost me $225 for a hose fixture, and while my pickup was there getting repairs someone STOLEN catalytic converters. They told me this is happening a lot at the shop, but nothing is being tone to prevent it. And of course they wont be liable! Would never recommend having a vehicle taken there.(To make it very clear, was the shop at 81st and Mingo in Tulsa, not in Owasso )

Brought my sons car in and they were able to get it in and looked at right away. I was kept up to date on the whole process and any changes that needed to be done. Very courteous.

Was unhappy I was charged for a $20 additve that not one person asked me if I wanted in the car. Plus they are just very high compared to most places.

I made an appointment on line gave 2 choices and got an email really fast that said they would contact me later. Since I didn’t have any contact by 2days before my 1st choice I called and Chris looked me up and said I was was scheduled for my 1st choice. I live about an hour from the shop so I would suggest that someone contact back and confirm the appointment. Service was great finished in about an hour. I get my F350 diesel changed at the dealership and it normally cost $110.00 so $78.++ seems a little steep for a small car. Like I said service was good and everyone was very pleasant to deal with overall I’m satisfied.

Made me feel comfortable.My car was in for a basic oil change, which they took care of right away, and a leak!The technician found the cause of the leak while they were diagnosing it and fixed it at no charge. He said it was an simple fix and he was happy to do it.It’s not as common in this day and age to be taken care of by a company that cares more about the customer than the cost.It was a great experience and I will continue to go back to them with peace of mind every time!

Ive taken 2 different trucks into Christian Brothers to do purchase inspections and they have done very thorough jobs both times. The first time I ended up buying a lemon with a salvaged engine that came another vehicle and Christian Brothers pointed that out to me. This second time around this did a very thorough job again.

Used to be good, not so much. Was quoted a large number, went to the dealership and got it done for $400 less.... But the parts were more expensive there.... So wont be going back when the dealership is cheaper.

Took my vehicle in for suspected torque convertor/ transmission issues on a 96 Chevy Express. I ended up paying $215.91 for engine/ computer performance diagnostic testing. $95.96 of that was to remove the doghouse. (which wasnt put back together correctly.) It was determined that I had 2 spark plug misfires (45k on 100k plugs). I opted to change all plugs and wires for $659.07.My alarm system caused an issue when the battery was plugged back in. They asked me how to bypass, but I was working/ driving and didnt know. I told them to try the key in the door or the ignition. In doing so, the door lock cylinder fell inside the door. They quoted a price of $119.95 to repair it. They said my van is old and these things happen. Not cool. (I bought a kit at OReillys for $10 and fixed it myself.) They did program a key fob to bypass the alarm though ($227.21)I had a total bill of $1338.46 (included a fuel injection service).According to my detailed receipt, the torque convertor issue was never addressed. Not only was it not addressed/ fixed, the TCC caused a break down a week later, while I was out of state. I use this vehicle for OTR work and drove it 2 hours to this location because Id heard great things and am in the market for a trustworthy mechanic. Still looking! Im highly disappointed and feel like my concerns were ignored. I wont return and cant recommend.

This shop is exactly what your looking for! I spoke to Ray when I called and he walked me through the problem over the phone. He had a good idea what the problem was from that conversation and turned out he was exactly right. Extremely knowledgeable! I left my truck with them and they gave me a courtesy ride home! They looked at my truck and fixed it same day! I know thats not always possible for every repair but they got me in right away and diagnosed the problem with a courtesy inspection. They stayed in touch with me the entire process and updated me with photos and text messages. The cherry on top is their genuine customer service. They were friendly and basically really nice guys. They even gave me a ride back to the shop! Cant say enough good things about this company. Honest, reliable, fair, and excellent customer service.

Asked for tire rotation, they charged me 10 dollars, other shops do it for free, i paid for the service, recieved my keys and left, i noticed my tires were not rotated, i went back to verify and they said Mechanic forgot to do it. So once again my vehicle had to go back on the lift. I just hope the mechanic didnt forget to change my oil?

Instead of taking advantage of my ignorance they only replaced the front and cleaned and adjusted the tears which is all they needed. Saving me some money. I went in with motor mounts that needed to be replaced. I was under the assumption from another shop that all my motor mounts needed to be replaced. I wanted to get a 2nd opinion on the matter. Christian Brothers found that only 2 needed replacing, the others were still in good condition. They were able to do the work same day and saved me several hundred dollars.Honestly, this is the first shop Ive been to where I felt like I wasnt being hustled for more money.Thanks yall, really!

Not an awful shop just know what you’re doing when going in because they will try to upsell you on things you don’t necessarily need. But other than that about 3-4 months ago they did my wheel bearings. When I got my car back it was squeaking and sounding awful. It turns out I had no grease bushings on my control arms. When I called they said they never had to touch them to do the repairs. I know you have to take them off to press the bearing so I knew they were blatantly lying. Anyways now my car is at Mazda and they just told me my front wheel bearings I just had done have already gone bad and look poorly installed.

Called to have a job done on my Toyota. Are they part of the job and was about $500 more then the other place Id taken it to. When I asked why the difference in price or what makes their job that much more. I was told because they at least know what theyre doing. I have tried to support their business multiple times but after that type of attitude I will not. secondly the only reason why I even called is because I believe its amazing what the owasso location is doing for their manager that had lost his life. That is also why they got two stars and not zero

Overpriced and dishonest. Not only did they overcharge me for a diagnostic test and a serpentine belt; they did their best to convince me that my car was going to “fall apart” if I didn’t spend $2k+ on a problem unrelated to the reason I brought my car in. Funny thing is...they didn’t bother trying to sell my husband these ridiculous services... only when I showed up did they start trying to tell me other things were wrong with my vehicle. Save yourself time and money and don’t bother giving this place your business.

When I take my vehicle to an automotive repair shop I always make an effort try an ascertain whether or not there are competent technicians and if I am not convinced they are I typically try another shop. I can say that here at the Owasso Christian Brothers they have high level techs that can accurately troubleshoot, diagnose and repair your vehicle. I will definitely bring my vehicle back when the need arises again and I would definitely recommend this place to others.

I gave specific instructions as to what I wanted and needed for my vehicle. Those were completely ignored. I paid for the service and the unwanted service, and then was followed out to my vehicle by an employee. I felt threatened and asked him to please go away. He persisted, and I had no choice to drive off. I will never return to this place!!

I had my van towed in after breaking down on the highway. They tried to charge me 650.00 to change a wheel hub assembly. I declined.....and I had it towed to a different shop and paid 305.00. The part cost 115.00. They said it was over 400!!! Just be sure to take lots of money if you have any work done at this shop.

I was needing work done fast. They got me in and out and didnt try to force a bunch of other repairs on me like other garages. I highly recommend coming here first.

I really enjoyed my experience here. I brought my car in to have the alignment checked after buying tires at Discount Tire and they told me my car was in alignment. Saving me the cost. They also did a bumper to bumper check and gave me a detailed account of what my car needed. They list several items they suggested to be done and went over each one with us in detail. I was able to choose which services I wanted have done without hassle. They didn’t try to pressure me into anything I didn’t want done. The staff was friendly and pleasant to talk to. The text updates and communication was great and they even provided a link to see pictures of the things they found. Will definitely take my car back to Christian Brothers Automotive. Thanks guys!

Great service! Made an appointment to get my alignment checked on my F250. Toe was out on front driver’s side. Started my appointment on time and I was out the door in 30 minutes. Truck ride rides great again. Comfortable waiting area too.Had another visit recently to have my alignment done again after I changed out my lower tie rods. 100% satisfied with the work. Truck drives like a dream. The alignment tech that works on Fridays is the man. It took him two hours but my toe was pretty out. The alignment is perfect. This guy is the man when it comes to alignments. He doesnt accept just barely in spec and good enough. He wants perfection. I would give 10 stars if I could.As always a friendly staff inside.
