Our friends visiting us in the middle of their cross country trip had some car issues. They took it here. They got their car back 2 days later with the wrong part installed that caused major issues with their car. When they took it back to the shop to show them the issue, the mechanic told them his professional opinion was they would be fine to continue on their cross country trip!! They ended up getting a second opinion thankfully, which alerted them to the wrong part being installed. One thing I appreciate about this place is that they did give them a refund when asked.

Would not recommend this business to anyone, I brought my truck in for a death wobble in the front end. I ended up being charged 1800 for tires and a couple front end components and left with a crooked steering wheel and its been less than 2 months and my truck has a death wobble worse that before and they are telling me its going to be 2200 to fix an issue that should have been fixed 2 months ago

Needing help quickly I went to Quality Tire and I received the best customer service and also service. I went in as women not knowing exactly what all I would need but had an idea. To my surprise it was a quick fix and what I thought I needed fixed was checked over and drove for many more miles as they let me know I could purchase now or wait. To me that is service. They took care of me. Since then anytime I need an oil change or anything I have taken there and I know have piece of mind that they will take care things honestly and are reasonable. They dont sale me what is not needed. It is a hard business to be in and run on top of being family owned. Great job!

Brought my lawn tractor tire in for repair after I failed to fix it myself. In less then 5 minutes they brought me back my tire and said it’s fixed! Even better, NO CHARGE! They wouldn’t take my money! Now they’ve got a customer for life.

Great service and great price!!! There were a few cars in front of me for an oil change so I expected to be there a while but I was in and out in about 45 minutes. Family owned so I am always happy to help my neighbors.

I have used them only 3 times and I had my oil changed there all 3 times. Never a issue, that being said the 3rd time that I took my car there immediately after the service both of my rear struts began to leak which in my experience being that I was a mechanic for many years one of the oldest tricks that mechanics used to do was to either create a leaking valve or to squirt oil onto shock or struts to get more money out of customers. Its honestly kind of comical that both of my rear struts would start to leak immediately after taking it there to be serviced. Just so anyone else who goes there knows parts do not wear evenly. The odds of two parts that are identical going bad at the same time is extremely unlikely dependent on theyre function. Internal engine parts more likely. Suspension parts like struts not so much. Maybe my struts just went bad at the exact same time that happened to correlate with me having my oil changed. I just dont honestly believe that this is the case. When I called to voice my displeasure without cursing or being verbally abusive in any way the person that I spoke to which wouldnt give me theyre name continued to get an attitude about how they know that shocks and struts do leak and that it is possible that I just need to have them replaced and basically talk to me like I dont know what Im talking about. Given the fact that Im now going to have to spend my day replacing my rear struts and that I will be out the $300 for the new struts that did not have any problem or leak before Friday when I had my oil changed. Im not very happy with the service there. I hope no one else has an experience like this. I wont be using Quality tire anymore. Things like this are exactly why I have always serviced my own vehicles.

I recently had work done to my Honda and couldnt be happier! I called and got a quote for some services. It was over $200 cheaper than I quote I received from another shop. I scheduled the appointment and not only did they complete the work sooner than expected, but the actual cost was lower than the quote since they did not take as long for labor. My car is running great and I now know where I will be taking for the stuff we cannot do in our own garage. :)

I took my car in for an front wheel alignment. After the tech aligned the car he tells me that my mechanic that I had put my new tie rods on did it incorrectly, and that they would have to be properly installed. After researching the situation they were correct. The inner tie rods would need to be re installed correctly. They offered to do the work for $280. I declined the offer and told them i would take care of it my self. When i went to pick up my car and pay the $80 bill, I got no apologies. I would at least expect the business to express there sorrows that they had just charged me $80 worth of work that I couldnt use. I would have expected them to tell me that it was unfortunate and to come back after I get them corrected and they would take care of the issue. Im not saying I want a free alignment but I think they should have noticed and paid closer attention to the situation while they were performing the work. I bought $ 600 worth of rubber from them a few years ago but I will not be back. They had no compassion for my situation. I left there like I was bent over. I also had to get the car towed from there shop due to the state of condition they left it in. I drove it there. They said it was unsafe to drive and I had it towed back to the shop. Also to note... that seems odd that the previous google review posted two weeks ago also said they would repair his problem for $280. Loren D Kimes

Ive been coming here for tires for years,theyve always been straight with me on pricing and the service has been great!

I used to go there and was very satisfied with their service. There were a few times where I had wondered about their practices, but thought it was just my ignorance about auto services. Referred my mother in law to them. they claimed to have performed work on her car, including a VERY EXPENSIVE tune up, for over $600. They claimed they replaced the spark plug wires, but the wires still had grime on them... they were the same wires. Rather than clean the wires or replace them, they argued with us and claimed they even had the old wires from her car. And claimed those wires were the factory installed wires that came with the car. After 10 years. Except the wires on the car had been installed by a very reputable auto sales garage about 3 years prior. THEN, they CHANGED the wires when checking it a third time, and STILL argued and said they didnt change them that third visit. But instead claimed the NEW wires (now not grime covered) were the same ones they put on at the first visit. Except the wires they DIDNT really change the first time were dirty and were regular spark plug wires... and after the third visit, they now were squeaky clean and said performance grade on them. Yet, they wanted to argue and claim they didnt replace them AFTER we pointed out the grime and fact the wires were old the first two visits, but the new wires are clean and are clearly different.This location makes a very big deal about how they are christian based. That, I believe, is where they draw a lot of customers in. If having bible on the table is important in your choice of auto services, then they are right for you. If honesty and quality auto services are more important, then you might want to consider staying far away from them. I, for one, will not do business with a company that will flat out argue with a customer over something as simple and easy to confirm as whether spark plug wires are new or dirty, grimy, and clearly not new.

I usually have a 3 strike policy. The first two strikes are for mistakes or “oopsies.” The last strike is usually when the oopsies are normalized because they are accepted. I experienced more strikes than I can count and excuses for “mechanic problems.” I don’t care about excuses. I expect someone to take full responsibility about it when execution is dropped. Just say, “I’m really sorry” and leave it at that. However, I unfortunately didn’t experience that. I listened to a manager give excuses and then blame his mechanic/members of his team. Obviously, it’s a clear sign of poor management... and poor management leads to poor results, which is exactly what I experienced. I experienced delayed service, by a couple days. I was told when my car would be ready three times and that I would receive phone calls. Three times my car was not ready and I received one phone call. To me, I felt lied to and “led on.” I felt like my time was wasted and not respected. There was Poor or no communication about the work being done and the deadlines. Literally, I received one phone call for work that took 5 days and had several delays. I was told I’d be called back on several occasions and received no calls. So I called and followed up. Once my car was “finished,” I respectfully asked the management to show me the work just to make sure it got done. I shouldn’t have to ask for this, especially after a bad experience. If your customer has already experienced broken trust, you should do everything in your power to earn it back or at least make attempts to earn it back. The cherry on top was when I was told that I’d receive a price bump for inconvience... I received $30 dollars off for the 4 extra days I spent with just one vehicle. I guess when you spend over $1000, not to mention when you’re a regular customer and take all of your cars there for oil changes and maintenance, then a $30 discount is worth a lot. Next time, I will wait for the other more expensive mechanic because I know the work will be done right, I’ll be over-communicated with, and I’ll be given fair communication if mistakes or delays are made.

Long story short took my truck there wasn’t running right they told me pcm was bad 3 weeks later they say they can’t figure it out go figure 1100 dollars later took it to Larry’s auto in catoosa were they have state of art equipment 6 hours later truck was fixed and they fixed qualities cut wires and fixed them right all I am saying don’t get screwed by technicians that are not take your stuff to Larry’s in catoosa truck was fixed for 233 and only 8 dollars for new wiring

This place doesnt follow through with their word, very dishonest and did not fix the problem on my truck. I had to take to Jim Glover to get the problem correctly diagnosed and fixed. The mechanic at Quality messed my stereo up, broke my cd player and never fixed the problem to begin with on my a/c and tried to charge me for something he screwed up on. He threw everything from my center console and glove box in my back seat so he could take the dash out but didnt put the stuff back and didnt even have the battery cables tightened all the way. When you argue with them about a problem, they get rude, hang up on you, cuss you out and tell you to never come back. Not sure what has happened with this place but it has definitely lost its integrity and character as they so put on their window out front.

This is definitely a great place to go for all those small mechanical needs like tires, oil changes, wheel alignments, etc.The staff are friendly (whod have thought a shop would have friendly people?), theyll cater to your needs, and Ive even had them work with me on fitting in with my budget.I trust them because one time I put my vehicle in to get worked on and it kinda got shoved to the side for various reasons, but I had to get the vehicle so I took it elsewhere and was quite upset with them, but they were empathetic to my situation, admitted they were at fault, and they took care of me with oil changes, which I was NOT expecting.Theyre local too and you cant beat that. If you go to Wal-Mart, your money does NOT stay in Owasso. If you go here, youll pay about the same (and in many cases much less) and you can rest assured knowing youre supporting a local business that will further support the Owasso economy.I highly recommend you check them out and stop in for your next oil change or tire swap. Took my car in to have them replace altinator. They accidently cut my air conditioning line. Had to bring it back to to have it fixed which they said they would at no cost. We brought it back they put the new line in when my husband we to pick up car they asked if he would pay for the part. He felt put on the spot he agreed. So they charged him 60 $$$ and some change . I dont think that was fair at all and I am very displeased.

My son drives a 2012 Mustang, the first car he has actually bought on his own. His gf had their baby on July 1st. We all knew his car needed tires especially before he put a baby in the car. I swapped him cars while they were still at the hospital and told him I would find him some tires and have them put on his car for them. I called this tire shop and asked if they had any good uses tires. The older gentleman who works at the front desk told me he had a set of 4 really good used tires with lots of tread on them and I could have them for $40.00 a piece. (I have bought used tires a hundred times with warranty for half the price in Tulsa and never had any problems.) On July 5th I had those used tires put on his car. I told the older gentleman what I was doing for my son also. I admit I am a female that has never done any type of car anything besides call a shop and trust what people say and do to my vehicles. (Mistake on my part.) The tires get put on and I drive away. On July 19th my son calls me and tells me had a blow out on the back drivers side on the highway while he was headed to work. When the tire separated the tread smacked the side of his car a couple times and tore up stuff in the fender well area. He obviously put the spare on and drove to work. The next day he had a different tire put on his car (from a different shop). The guy at the other shop told my son the 4 tires that were just put on his car were all weather rotted/cracked and needed to be replaced I called the shop that put the tires on. I spoke with Jay and explained what happened. He offered to give me money back if I returned the tires. I asked him if he still had the tires they originally took off the car. He said no. So Im going to give you the tires back and then do what? Have the car sitting on blocks because I cant buy new tires? He offered to buy 2 new tires and he would give me credit for 3 tires that I previously purchased and I would pay the difference for the new tires. I agreed, on July 27th the 2 new tires were put on and I paid $65.00 more dollars. On July 28th my son was driving to work and his back bumper flew off his car on the highway. (Remember when the weather rotted tire blew and hit, scratched and damaged stuff under the fender well?) When that tire blew it broke the clips and the black piece that helps secure the bumper on. When he was driving the wind caught that part off the bumper and ripped the whole thing off. There are a couple lessons I have learned through this whole ordeal. 1. Never will I or my family members go to Quality tires for any type of service again. 2. Never buy used tires unless they can be inspected by someone who you can trust. I was only trying to help my son and his new family out and instead of just buying him quality used tires, I get to buy him a new back bumper, multiple pieces to fix the fender well area, and fix the scratches on the side of his car.I agree with the post earlier they need to change the sign on the window and take down the words- Integrity, Character and Quality!

This was my first time going there. I went at 8 am and dropped my car off. They told me they will give me a call. 4 hours later no call, so I call to make sure they were working on it, they told me I was next so I said ok and hung up. 2 hours later they still havent called so I decided to call at 3. They told me that he was working on a different car so I said ok, hoping that this time they will look at it. I called at 4 and asked if my car was being fixed they told me again that I was next in line. I was ok Ill wait again but it hits 5 and still no call so I go up there cause they close at 530. My car was still in the same spot and they havent looked at it or touched it. So I go in ask for my keys and they proceed to tell me that they couldnt get there guy to do anything. I dont like writing review but this place is the worst place out there. Kept lying to me, and still they didnt look at my car. This place was unprofessional and I would suggest not ever going there.

Took my car there to have a new wheel stud pressed into the hub simply because I didnt have a press, they told me it would be $8 for the stud and labor. About 20 minutes later they walk out and hand me the bill for $280 saying yeah anytime we do work on the wheel like that were obligated to change the wheel bearing, at no point did they come to the lobby and tell me that and they definitely never mentioned it beforehand, they just screw you over any way they can. And guess what? Now my wheel bearing has a constant squeaking noise from probably being improperly installed. Not happy with these place, go to a real shop like Hibdon

The guys at Quality Tire and Auto Service were awesome. I walked into the lobby and a smoke machine started to billow while the lights turned down and a stereo began to blast Rock You Like A Hurricane by Scorpion. A group of minions began to gently fan me with newly harvested palm leaves and provided me with a glass of non-GMO, gluten free water at the precise temperature of 34 degrees Fahrenheit. That was just the lobby. #FirstImpressionsAs I glanced back into the service bay, the guys had my vehicle on the lift. Strange enough, they were polishing the tires in much the same way that a massage therapist would oil a client in preparation for deep tissue. (They take care of those tires.) Now my tires smell like lavender and do yoga every sunrise. #KickTheTiresAndLightTheFiresGooseI asked Robert about some advice for a vehicle repair. Like Rafiki from the Lion King, he broke open an avacado-like fruit and smeared a strange drawing into the countertop. After a brief moment of deep concentration, he gave me the best advice on a vehicle repair Ive ever had and also managed to throw in the actual Secret to Life. #HakunaMatataIn all seriousness, as a husband, a father of 3, and an active duty serviceman, every penny I spend is counted twice over. Ive never regretted bringing my vehicle here and will continue to give them my business into the future. Good folks, good hearts, and great business. #AskForRobert
