We decided to resurface our pool earlier this year and struggled to find someone we could trust as the horror stories about pool remodeling are pervasive and down right scary. My wife did her research and found Bryan at SimPool Solutions and we are so blessed that we did. Bryan gave us a 2-3 week window to have it completed once we selected the tile with weather and material availability being a possible delay factor. We selected the tile on a Wednesday and Bryans team started that Friday. 2 Weeks later, after several days of rain delay, we had a beautiful pool again.I am a business owner in the construction industry and I really appreciate the straight forward honest approach Bryan takes. Everything was detailed out up front and he delivered when he said he would. It is extremely difficult to find business owners who understand the value of being honest and up front with their customers. SimPool Solutions is worth every dime spent. You can find less expensive solutions but you risk being the main character in the horror stories in the pool remodeling industry. We’ve been dealing with a problem with our pool program for about 6 months. The builder of pool couldn’t figure out the issue after sending 3 different people to come assess the problem. Bryan with SimPool Solutions came to the rescue after a lot of confusion and much frustration. He came to our home with knowledge, kindness and curiosity to fix the issue. He is so polite and helpful, it really was a breath of fresh air to deal with someone with such a great attitude. He wanted to make absolute sure the issue was fixed and we were satisfied. He wanted to know right away if the issue returned, and offered his direct contact so we could reach him quickly. He is very responsive and professional. I was horrified to discover we needed our whole pool re-plastered, tiled and all new equipment right in the middle of dealing with my husband’s extended hospitalization. The pool was green and needed a complete renovation. Bryan Watts could not have been more understanding and professional! He took care of everything. He’s very knowledgeable and gave advice other pool repair places were trying to overcharge for or for things that were not needed. I HIGHLY recommend Bryan and Simpool Solutions. I don’t know much about electrical, but I was referred to these guys but the manufacturer. They showed up when they said they were, they clearly knew what they were doing, and they fixed the pool lighting issue within 3 days. They were better than the company that actually built my pool.

Highly recommend you NEVER use their services, Very rude, Not Trustworthy.When hired said that they lived in the neighborhood and should we have any issues they would be able to respond quickly. Pump ran non-stop for nearly a month ran my electric bill up they said it was not running non-stop. So apparently I cannot tell when it is on at 7 am, 10 pm and 3 am nonstop. Finally fixed it after I said I was going to turn the pump off by telling the service person how to reset the timer.Next issue, Pump stopped running after a service call, sent a message was told to flip the breaker, which I tried to do to no avail. Sent another message that it was still not running. Finally asked someone else to look at it, turns out the fuse had blown that person (NOT SIMPOOL) fixed it. Then To add injury to insult Simpool send me a BILL for a service call to fix something that had already been fixed by someone else.Finally, said they would refund me the entire month of April service call. Not only did they not do that they cashed my check that was already in process for the month of May. So currently they owe me $250.00And it is my understanding they raised their monthly service to $200.Your excuse about the pump coming on due to it being cold out is completely false. Once the pump was reset it never ran for more than the scheduled time. As I tried to tell you at the time your customers may know how to tell if the pump is running non-stop, It was not freezing for an entire month 24 hours a day.And you did not come to my house because I called you, You only came on your normally scheduled time to clean the pool. There was NO EXTRA trip made.

Had a very good experience with Simpool Solution. They come highly recommended from me and I will continue to use them for all my pool needs. The owner and installers were not only professional, they were also VERY knowledgeable. These guys know pools. I had been having issues with my pool pump and other pool related matters. My pool is about 25 years old. Called these guys and they had me up and running again and got me a good deal on a top of the line pump. Thanks!

I was not satisfied with their service at all. Their team is not knowledgeable. They don’t a good job cleaning the pool and they’re not professional. I do no recommend them at all. The owner is rude and he’s never available.
