So these guys are hands down the best at what they do. Putting the customer first and being so knowledgeable and experts in their field is what you get with this company. I cannot express how happy I am with them and will always give them my business happily. It’s odd to get this service in this day which is why they get beyond 5 stars from me. They are the best!! So happy to have found my new pool store and service company which I will share with everyone I know.

Paul and his crew have been fantastic and exceeded expectations in fixing up my pool, which had been completely neglected by previous owner. Very professional, punctual, friendly, exceptional quality of work and overall pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Paul and Palm tree pools for all of your pool needs.

We had Palm Tree Pool Supply service our pool on a weekly basis for years. We loved our original pool guy and never had problems. However, sometime last year we were given a new pool guy and our service was awful. Our pool cartridge filter is completely black and needs to be replaced and it was only replaced ~2 years ago. They didn’t notify us that they could not open the chlorinator and they have been putting tablets into a pool basket skimmer which eroded the skimmer and needs to be replaced. The pool guy didn’t know how to close the cartridge filter and he didn’t even know how to turn my pool off without turning off the main power source. We have a panel right next to that where you just click a button and it turns the pool on and off without hitting the main power breaker. We brought these issues to the attention of management and the issue was not resolved. They said they would correct the issues and replace our skim basket and it was never replaced. I hired the pool company so that way I would never have to worry about my pool. Once I started to have to worry and follow up on my pool guy and management did not resolve the issue, we discontinued our services with Palm Tree Pool Supply. After discontinuing our services with them, we tested the pool ourselves and the stabilizers in our pool is 100+ so now we have to drain the pool 1/3 of the way and refill with new water to correct the issue. We also need to replace 2 o rings in addition to the filter and the skim basket that was never replaced. These issues should have never happened and we gave them a month to resolve the issue. I have pictures of the pool cartridge filter and the pool skimmer basket as reference.

The employees at Palm Tree and the owners are super nice and helpful. They will get you what you need without selling you something expensive or something you do not need. Awesome!!! They are genuinely honest people. Great prices- beats penny pincher and other stores.Definitely will purchase all my pool items here and give them my business.

If you are a customer, you will most likely be pleased with the service. Staff is helpful and kind. Definitely cares about keeping up a kind and caring image no matter how fake it actually is. If you are thinking about working here, thats a completely different story. Dont work here. Just dont. Palm tree is a good pool store. But not a good place to work if you want job security. They have a select few employees theyve had since the beginning and they will most definitely prioritize them. I worked here for a month and was let go because customers didnt appreciate the fact a 19 year old was the sole maintainer of their pool after having the same pool cleaner for several years. If you want to constantly worry about keeping your job and here customer complaints this is the job for you. If not look elsewhere.

Best pool service Ive ever experienced in the past 10 years of pool ownership. Ive gone to big-box pool supply and service companies, mom and pop, as well as local and referred pool companies through the years. Many were good. None were half as good in price, workmanship, customer service, or knowledge as Palm Tree Pool Supply. I went through 2 months of diagnoses, remedies, hundreds and hundreds of dollars of recommended chemicals and treatments for my pool - nothing but wasted money and effort. Palm Tree Pool supply - from Jeff on the phone with me for a few minutes shy of an hour helping me diagnose and educating me on my issue, to Cody coming out on his Saturday (day off) in the rain, to pin-pointing my exact issue within 10 minutes AND letting me know of other unknown issues I had totally unrelated to the issue at hand, to the owner himself, Paul, coming within a hour of their start time Monday morning to totally create a permanent fix in my pool system in less than a half hour, which cleared up my pool and made it swim-ready that same day - I cant convey what these folks did at Palm Tree Pool Supply to restore my pool and FINALLY get my family and I to enjoy the pool for the first time this season. No one else came up with the fix and remedy as they did - the others just recommended either more and more chemicals, vacuums, to even completely draining my pool and having it pressure washed and acid washed and refilled (the lazy/expensive way out). Palm Tree Pool Supply was a 10 stars out of 5 - Im a lifelong customer after this (and only experience with them to day) and a lifelong referrer to anyone else looking for the best in value, workmanship, customer service, price for the the value, courteous, helpful, reliable, family-like atmosphere, there is for your pool. Call them first when in need - dont think twice. You owe it to yourself and your pool to go with Palm Tree Pool Supply service - EVERY. TIME.

Wonderful experience with Paul and his crew! This is our first winter in FL and my husband and I decided we wanted to heat our pool so we could enjoy it year round. From my first google search it was clear that Palm Tree Pool was well liked in the community. Paul came out the same day we called to assess if the heater we wanted would be a good choice, and everything was promptly ordered and installed! I’ve been out to check the water temperature a few times since they left, and we can’t wait to jump in with the kiddos and enjoy the pool all winter long. Super helpful! Palm Tree Pool Supply always has an answer when I have a question about how to keep my pool looking its best. They are very reliable and knowledgeable. Also, they have helped fix my pool vacuum quickly and got it running better than new. And they are very honest: if they can do something but it will take longer to get a part or the part will cost more, theyll tell you where to get it instead of just trying to get the sale for themselves. An amazing resource in our community!

Had the guys from Palm Tree Pools out today at 1pm for a consult about my failing pump and possibly switching over to a salt system. By 430pm my new automated pump and salt system were up and humming. The guys said theyd come back out over the next week to make sure everything was progressing along fine. Also incredibly nice guys. Would recommend highly!

The store is under new ownership and management, and they really know customer service. We initially came in for our normal pool water analysis, and quickly found they have the expertise to handle any and all of our pool needs. We recently had them add a heater to our system. They showed us options and encouraged us to check with competitors for the best pricing, no one came close to what they offered. They installed the unit on our scheduled, and have followed up to ensure we are happy with the results. I wish all businesses operated with this level customer service.

Cody at palm tree pool supply went out of his way to help my family and I out. We just purchased a home with a pool and have no prior pool cleaning experience. Cody came out to help us even though we weren’t technically in the company’s area of business. Cody explained to us all that we needed to know to get started, he was patient and very helpful. Absolutely amazing! Have had 3-4 other pool companies complete work/repairs on our pool and was not happy with any of them. Palm tree came out the following day, determined the problem and we decided to convert to Salt system. They installed the salt system the same day and were wonderful. They also suggested ordering some parts from Amazon instead of through them to save us money. If we have any issues we will continue to call them!

I have had many pool companies over the last 20 years. Never could find one that was good and fair, so I always did it myself, until one day I ended up in the hospital with heart issues and my wife hired Palm Tree Poois. Wow I am so pleased with their work. They really care and do an awesome job. For the first time in 20 years I feel like Im getting my moneys worth, and when I look at our pool as our Grandkids are swimming I am pleased and happy with our sparkling pool.

Fair, reasonably priced, and very responsive. I did not feel like I was dealing with a used car salesman, which the experience I have had with other pool service companies in the local area. If you want it done right, sooner rather than later, then Paul at Palm Tree is your man.

Palm Tree Pool Supply is a fantastic family-owned company that has customer service at the forefront. If you have seen any negative reviews, ignore them, as those were from when it was operated by the PREVIOUS owners. I have had 2 experiences with them thus far and they are now my go-to pool store. The first time I went there, I needed a new spider gasket for a really old multi-valve and Justin was diligent about helping me find one that would fit and took the time to explain how to install it. He assured me that it really was a DIY task that I could complete on my own (did I mention I was clueless?). I left the store pleased and really happy that I found them (1949 County Rd 419, Oviedo, FL - I mention their location because they are tucked away and if you aren’t careful you might miss them!). As a newbie to the pool-owning side of things, I really liked the family-vibe and immediately got the feeling that they would do right by me. My second experience came after my pool pump blew up. I ran into the store totally frantic because I was not expecting such a huge problem to occur within a month of owning a pool and was terrified of the cost. The owner was there and listened to my worries and concerns and explained to me what I needed to do and how we could do it within my budget. He gave me a very competitive price with installation and was able to install the new pump the same day. Honestly, I was not expecting to hear that and was just totally shocked at the level of service provided. In a time when customer service is poor almost everywhere, running across a local, family-owned place that puts their customers first is refreshing. Give Palm Tree Pool Supply a chance, once you get this level of customer service and attention to detail, you will never go back to another big-name pool supply chain.
