Right now I am only giving this 1 star. We ordered a pool back in March and still have received our order. Every time we try to find out what I going on with our order we get the run around. They say they will call back and we never get an answer.

(105,000 gallons over two public pools & one public heated Spa) insightful chemistry application advice to exceed Florida Dept. Of Health inspection specifications in my maintenance of water for 55+ adults & their visiting grandchildren (ages 3-17)... Finally ... I have enjoyed exemplary service for repair/replacement pumps, motors, propane & electric pool heating components ... I TRUST Tom Roy & staff...

Great customer service

These guys really helped me out with an old pool pump motor that was on its last legs. They gave me a great price on a replacement, and walked me through the repair. They went out of their way to ensure everything went smoothly.

I drive out of my way to shop at Leslies for my pool needs. Craig and Andy provide phenomenal customer service. This is the reason Leslies is superior to any other local pool store.

Leslies is my preferred pool supply store but as of late the service has been next to horrible. I use to feel welcomed at this store but now i walk in and the feeling I get from the associates is that they hate it there. Im not going to mention anyone in particular but from now on i will take the extra 10 min drive to the leslies in Altamonte Springs. I hope that environment changes in that store or they will loose alot more customers.
