If there was an option for zero stars I’d give them that. I signed a pool contract back in December and was promised pool would be completed by June 1st. Here we are approaching September and pool isn’t close to being completed. I’m tired of hearing materials are back ordered because all my materials have been sitting in my yard for months. 2 neighbors have pool construction completed and they started months after me. They are anything but responsive when you try and contact them. I was told this company was professional and reputable. I’d build my own pool before I’d call Atlas Pools. They had to re do multiple parts of pool because it wasn’t done right. When materials were finally ordered they didn’t order enough. I’ve been plenty patient with this company. I’m tired of looking at a hole in the ground! I’ve been asked by multiple people if I can refer a pool company to them. I start by telling them stay away from Atlas at all costs. They are good at taking your money and that’s about it. I’m sure they will be quick to respond to this review with a ton of excuses as well

RUNNNNNNN! Worst customer service ever!!!!If I could give them a Zero star rating I would.They don’t communicate or keep us in the loop of my new pool build.Signed contracts 1 year ago for about a 3 month build and all I have is a shell, partially finished build, and torn up back yard with soil washing away and debris left everywhere, and No End In Site.Worst part is they don’t tell you what’s going on, why they constantly delay and go weeks without coming to job site, and don’t contact you back even after they say they will.4 other pool companies in my neighborhood finished or almost finished in few months AND THEY STARTED AFTER US!I never have written a bad review before but I couldn’t hold back any longer.Maybe now we’ll get a response and get my pool finished……I’m holding my breath 🤬

BM Wemple, unfortunately, is left to cleanup the mess left by Atlas. I’m giving them 3 ⭐️ because at least they’re trying. We’re over 6 weeks since our pool was turned over for “warranty” service, which means project completion because Atlas never finished. You can see my review of Atlas if you search.BMW communication is poor to terrible. They answer the phone about 20% of the time. Email is the only way to get still inconsistent answers. At one point I went online and requested service just to get someone to answer me. We don’t know when a tech will be here, what he’ll work on, what’s been done, etc.As of now both my pool and spa are losing water, my computer system hasn’t stayed on for more than 24 hours, and my auto-regulator system isn’t connected. We’ve had 4-5 visits and still have all of the same problems.Is this all the fault of BMW? No—Atlas handed them a car with no tires or engine and asked them to drive it across town. However, this company is our only point of contact and they have yet to solve problems to this point.

Do good work, but sometimes reschedule weekly cleanings. Nice people.

I had called company for an issue I was having with my pool pump. They looked at it and determined no issue. Since I was selling my home I needed to get the pool light working. When they came out they worked on my light and told me how bad the wiring was in my box. And my pump motor had stopped which I told them to order it and install it. The wrong motor came in and when they came to install it I was quoted $2000 to fix the wiring in my electrical box but before the tech left the quote went up to $3000. I told him to leave since installing the motor “wouldn’t fix the problem” . The tech called back and said he could fix it for $700. We agreed since the house was sold and I was over a barrel to get it repaired but low and behold no appointment and no show!

Well, it truly is a shame. I got estimates from various companies, chose BM Wemple. I have work I am willing to get completed. They chose not to accept although they gave estimates. They have a minimum amount of work ($4000) . Seems to be a trend.

Dont know whats happening at Wemple. Had great service for years then about 2 months ago the pool started to get dirty. Multiple phone calls and visits and it still looks filthy. Im reluctantly going to take my business elsewhere.

I see a lot of positive reviews here, unfortunately I have not had the same experience. I have been trying to get them to repair a pool light and a chlorine valve for over 4 weeks now. Today is the 5th day they have scheduled a time to come out. Last week they came out twice and did nothing because they had the wrong part each time. They were suppose to go out the next day but never showed. The time before that they called to get in the gate, I gave them the code, which they already had, I went outside to greet the service tech who never showed up. Some time between requesting the code while sitting at the gate and me giving it to him he decided he didnt have the right part so he left. No call, nothing. A couple of weeks before they were scheduled to do the repair but never did it, no call nothing. We were out of town so I didnt follow up till I got back, I called yesterday morning, left a message, never got a call back . I called this morning and was told I was his second to last stop. Now that I think about it, once before they called and said he got hung up on another job and couldnt make it to that afternoon appointment. Maybe today is try number six, I have lost count. Its been a frustrating if not comical experience so far. Its like a candid camera skit or something. So today I wait for attempt number 6. Update- So it turned out that the pool light fixture was bad and had to be replaced which didnt really surprise me since the pool is 21 years old. If you are looking at buying a home with a pool and the pool light is out, chances are the fixture is bad if the pool is an older one. The cost of replacement was a lot more than I was expecting but I guess that always the case with repair costs. In the end they did finish what they started and were willing to work with me on adjusting some of the cost of the repair. The service technician was very knowledgeable and made the repairs in a timely manner once he had the correct parts.

Although the process, started slow, The owner Brad and his team are going above and beyond to complete this process in a timely matter.

We just had our swimming pool built by Atlas Pools and recently signed up for weekly pool service with BM Wemple Pools. We have never owned a Swimming Pool before so it was a no-brainer to have a professional maintain our new pool. The service they provide is excellent and also helps us maintain our full warranty on the pool which is a huge plus. I would recommend them to anyone in the Central Florida Area

10 days turned into 8+ weeks (40+days)and still refurbished pool is not completed.

My husband and I were in the process of looking for companys to build our first pool. We looked into several companys but Atlas Pools and the design center was so knowledgeable and had so many products to choose from. We love how our pool came out and love how they provide multiple services from start, finish and after care. We would recommend to anyone.

I have been dealing with BM Wemple pools for 16 years. Their employees are trained well and know their stuff, if something comes up they have a great support staff to get a quick answer for you. Management has always been easy to deal with and wiling to help. I could not imagine recommending another company. If you are looking for a great and honest company to maintain and do repairs to your pool give them a chance I think you will be satisfied and very happy.

I had an emergency this weekend and with friends and family coming over I was very nervous but BM came out and took care of the issue for me. I been through dozens of companies for pool service, BMWEMPLE is by far the best company I’ve had. They’re pool technicians are professional and knowledgeable, that is not the norm with most companies. If they miss a day or can’t make it, they actually give you a call and let you know. I’ve had so many problems finding companies with open communication with their customer. Their prices are reasonable as well. Even if they weren’t, they’re customer service and punctuality is enough for me.

They are in and out and they get the job done, the pool is clean and clear. They truly go above and beyond, I would definitely recommend them.

The service department was knowledgeable in helping me find the right parts for my broken chlorinator. Very happy with their customer service and they also made repairs in a timely manner.

Customer service is terrible and if anything went wrong its your fault. The day I cancelled their service I had a new pool company come out who said they have never seen a pool in such bad shape. They thought I serviced it myself, but once I told them it has been professionally I was told the pool certainly has not been serviced properly. My route guy was really nice so I give it two stars.

We moved into our new home in April and began using the pool company that was hired by the builder to clean the pool until we closed. We did not like the personality of the gentleman and we were supposed to be schooled on our pool as this was our first time ever buying a pool. His school lasted less than 12 minutes as it seemed he just had no interest. We let him go and hired another well-known company. The Manager of the local store came out to talk with us and he assured us all his pool techs knew about the Pentair pool equipment and we relayed we were neophytes when it came to pools. So, we signed up for a year. Lo and behold the pool tech came and let us know he knew absolutely nothing about our pool equipment and would not even touch it. He said only the Managers knew about the equipment, the same Manager who said ALL his techs knew! So, we fired them that day. Our subdivision was working out of the model home which had a pool installed and we contacted Wemple Pools. Michael Selquero has been our pool tech since May and he’s through, knowledgeable on the Pentair system, comes on time when he isnt delayed by another customer issue (which is almost never) and it’s obvious he takes pride in the work he does. He stands by the work he does and we have never asked him to return to redo any work. he informs us of issues and makes suggestions on resolving them. I firmly believe Michael will be our tech for a long time. He’s a family man and has a kind soul. He is always in a great mood and even working in the heat and humidity, he has a kind word and great demeanor. Thank you Wemple for sending Michael our way!

Service tech know their stuff when it comes to servicing a pool and keeping it looking good. We would not dream of using another company.

BM Wemple has been helping us with our solar panels and other pool needs for the past few years. They replaced the junk panels from our previous solar company, and they STAND BY their products.

Rude driver works for atlas and claims to be the owner of wemple pools, had a full conversation in front of the entrance to my sub division blocking the way in, seen two cars waiting and didn’t move on his own, I had to honk and then he wants to fight in the street, I will never use these people as I can’t imagine if I bought a pool and needed something fixed with this kind of entitlement.
