I switched to Land Shark a while back and it was a really great decision. If you want your lawn serviced correctly down here in Florida, you get a local company to do it, not some chain. The guys at Land Shark understand Floridas terrain better so they know what kind of treatment to use to keep your lawn healthy and your home pest free. Their service is priced right and a great quality. Everyone Ive worked with from Land Shark and been professional and courteous. I highly recommend using Land Shark if you are looking for a lawn/pest control company. And I also highly recommend switching to Land Shark if you are using someone else.

We bought our home in April 2020, upon closing we discovered there were citations from he homeowners association for weeds so the owners purchased a year with Tru Green paid in advance. We actually fired them after about 7 months, totally awful results and service. So we went with Land Shark. Absolutely amazing, price is comparable and service is too notch. Yesterday we received the association yard of the month and I couldn’t be happier. The grass is green and nearly weed free and we know without Steven and his service we’d probably still be living with a yard full of weeds and getting violations. Give him a try I think you’ll be just as impressed as we are.

After about a year of trying to manage the lawn myself I gave up and decided to give Land Shark a call. They gave me the best quote out of the different companies I spoke with and only after a few months my lawn is already looking better. A couple of my neighbors have commented on their good work too. In addition to the lawn issues, I was having an ant problem but I haven’t had any trouble with them either since deciding to do pest control as well. Steven and Edwin are both very responsive and make sure any concerns are quickly addressed, I would definitely recommend them.

Edwin came for annual lawn aeration and found a broken sprinkler head and aphids on the shrubs. He treated the shrubs and performed the aeration with skill and professionalism. This is a great company. Steven will always respond to your questions and concerns, and you can call them back if you have issues and they will fix it without hesitation.

Steven & Edwin have been treating my lawn since this spring. Had to replace 1500 sq ft of St Augustine. On arrival Steven diagnosed that an irrigation issued existed. He ran the sprinklers & adjusted all the heads. Gave me instructions on how long to water each zone.Edwin has been spraying our yard ever since. He is punctual & very courteous. He explains any & all questions about applications, nutrients, fungicide, insecticides, etc. Landshark is a great pleasure to work with. I highly recommend their service.

They would not match Massey for pest control (it was a $5 quarterly difference).After providing a quote and coming to my home Steven texted me to state we were outside of their normal service area and they wouldnt be able to provide service. Since its inception, I have been using this company for chemical lawn care. I constantly receive compliments on the health of my grass and shrubs.
