HiI just recently move to Trailside Gardens and i would like to share my experience with you Firstable no complaint at all i think all residents thinks like me FAITH who is working at the office and i must say she is awesome so friendly, helpful, polite always be welcome and smiles all the time. Everytime when i need help she is there because it’s not her job she likes to help people that I know. And TONY is my best anytime he comes to fix something always he does the best and so kind.God bless them!I recommend to management if you take it kindly please make insect screen to the balconies to sit comfortable because it’s so uncomfortable sitting with them.Please& thank you

This place is SCAMMING YOU. I toured the same 1 bedroom that they are offering for 2,500 right now, and they were listing it at 1300 in 6 MONTHS AGO. Even in the reviews a current resident said how they pay $1350 for the same unit that the property listed for $1900 now. I dont understand how this community who barely could have done much to charge that much for a one bedroom, and doesnt even had good views except of the parking lot?? thinks that they can charge that much. The apartment is really beautiful but its priced wayyyy out of proportion.

I lived here during Covid and I ended up owing about $8000 in rent. They never once threatened to kick me out they never once made me feel like I was a burden on them. The only reason I am giving them four stars is because I can’t get a hold of them they never call back or they never email back that’s the only reason. The girls in the office are great they are very understanding. I honestly enjoyed living in this community. Tonie is the best maintenance guy they have!

I have lived her going on 9 years with my brother who had passed away unexpectedly In June tony, travis, and murphy have been wonderful going out of there way helping me get rid of Items I havent been able to do myself . I want to thank everyone of them Including the stuff In office for everything you have done for me the passed few months I really appreciate it.

I havent even started to live there and I already find the staff (Faith Rios) a very generous, and friendly lady. She has been very patient with me and communication is on point. Im excited to start my stay there.

We have lived at Trailside gardens for two years. The staff at this location is incredible! The maintenance team: Milton, Tony and Travis are happy to help when any issues arise. I have never had to wait for an issue to be resolved. They’re the fastest responding crew I have ever seen. They’re pleasant, knowledgeable and gladly come to your rescue when needed. The office ladies are amazing as well. Penny, Ruthy and Faith go out of their way to help whenever needed. They’re professional, friendly and welcoming. As for the apartments themselves, they’re so spacious! Beautiful flooring and cabinetry. The pool and summer kitchen are hot commodities in the summer time. And our neighbors truly are the best. I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else right now.

Their sense of service is amazing. The maintenance men, Milton, Travis and tony are always prompt and efficient! But what I appreciate most is that they go out of their way to accommodate my requests. I feel safe and secure living here knowing I can rely on them.And the ladies in the office are treasures too. Faith and Penny and a Ruth are always ready to help and do so with a graciousness that is valued.

Ive lived her for about a year and a half now and have had a great experience. The apartment complex itself is nice along with the price. One of the best parts though is how quickly any problem you may have gets solved through maintenance. Travis, Milton and Tony are super nice and are always there to help with whatever you need as quickly as possible. I highly recommend.

The maintenance team is always very fast and effective in dealing with service requests. They are a pleasure to deal with and always super polite. Anytime I put in a service request I can expect Tony to respond shortly with a smile on his face. Even though it was a Holiday and the office should be closed, Tony saw that my AC was down and knew it was a humid day and out of consideration headed over to help us out. Thank you, Tony, and the rest of the maintenance team for your service to this community.

This has been an awesome place to live. We felt welcome from day 1 and have never had any issues management or maintenance couldnt handle. The apartment was spotless when we moved in. Travis, Milton, and Tony have all been amazing and timely with all of our concerns. No request has been too small. Highly recommend this community!

Love this complex. I’ve been living here for 2 years now and the office staff never fails to make themselves available to the residents. Penny and Faith really do all they can to make the place you are living in, the best you’ve ever had.The work orders get completed promptly, and Travis, Milton and Tony always get the job done right. They are very polite and always laugh and smile. (Underneath the masks) They also are very knowledgeable about all the maintenance work they do!Overall I think the complex is fantastic. I would recommend this complex to anyone who is looking for new housing!

Trailside Gardens is amazing. The management has always been super friendly and the maintenance crews are great and super fast. I’ve only had 2 minor problems, and they were both fixed within a day of submitting a request. The apartment is very nice and spacious. I highly recommend living here.

My family has lived here for three years and has had a good experience. We havent even thought to move to another apartment complex. Any problem will be solved through maintenance as quickly as possible. Workers like Travis, Milton and Tony are super nice guys and they are always ready to help with whatever you need. My family and I have lived in this complex for 2 years. If I could give them 10 stars, I would! The maintenance staff is incredible! Tony, Travis and Milton are speedy with their responsiveness, thorough and friendly all while maintaining social distancing and wearing masks. They all wave to you while driving by and that just shows how welcoming this place is. The ladies in the office cant be beat. I have never lived in a complex where the staff is so available, helpful and friendly. Back when the world was normal, there were parties and community get togethers. I am looking forward to that bit of normalcy. A few rules have changed according to the pool and gym but lets be real, thats pretty much the new normal. The pool was recently resurfaced and there are sanitizer stations strategically located. The clubhouse/office had a makeover too and I am looking forward to utilizing it again soon. As for location, its close enough to UCF, shopping and trails for outdoor fun. I know this is a long review but this team truly deserves it. 5 stars and two thumbs way up!

I have been living here for quite sometime and love this place. I am pleased with resident friendly policies, community facilities, and, friendly and helpful Manager and the entire team.Maintenance staff deserves special mention as they are very prompt, supportive, courteous and quick in resolving a problem. All teammates including Milton, Tony and Travis form a great service team and are well equipped to handle all mechanical and electrical issues in an apartment.Overall a good family living experience.

The staff here is really nice! We just moved in and last week the microwave wasn’t working they ordered a new one and just got it replaced today.

Moved here a couple years ago When I was a student at UCF. I missed it so much I moved back and the new management company is fantastic! Friendly staff at the front office (Faith and Penny) and maintenance (Milton Travis and Tony) are always friendly and quick to respond! Apartments are spacious for college students and families alike and the complex always looks clean! Recommended to any students or families that are looking for a best baby for your buck living situation!

I have lived here for almost a year now and its very nice, and the maintenance is always fast. Travis always helps out with extra trash, and always carries a great attitude.I wanted to leave another review before I close my lease here. I have not lived here long, however there have still been a few times where i’ve needed maintenance done in my apartment. Milton, Travis, and Tony and three of the most amazing maintenance men i’ve ever had or seen. They constantly strike up conversations and never fail to say hello! These guys are absolutely incredible and very very welcoming. I never have issues with having anything fixed; they are fast and efficient. I really enjoy living here, and love the friendliness of everyone who works here as well. definitely a good home for a while. :)

Ive recently moved here late July and Travis and Milton have been so responsive to any work order Ive had. A lot of times Im surprised to hear maintenance come so fast! Excellent work from the maintenance team here!

Maintenance has been amazing! Within a few hours of requesting service they were here to fix all of our problems. Travis and Milton were super friendly and helpful and came by to check up on our issues to make sure everything was working great. Tony was also very nice and helpful, he replaced our sink faucet quickly and left no mess. He was informative with any changes he made to improve it. Overall, maintenance has been awesome.

Faith has made moving in extremely easy for me and is super responsive. I love living here so far as the apartment itself is great and very spacious, the people in the neighborhood are friendly and it is peaceful here. My favorite part about this apartment is the fact that maintenance is super quick and effective. Travis and Milton has always responded to my requests extremely fast and done a great job anytime I needed anything.

My boyfriend and I have lived at this Apartment Complex for several years. We chose this complex mostly for the location, but ultimately stayed because of the leasing staffs professionalism and maintenance responsiveness.This morning, the maintenance team stopped by proactively to ask if any service needed to be completed. I asked them to remove a bees nest that I had neglected to report. Travis and Milton took care of the problem for me immediately!This wasnt a one time occurrence, though. Since living in this complex Milton has always taken care of our service requests and has developed a strong relationship with my boyfriend (and his parents living in a separate apartment). He truly is a wonderful technician who takes pride in the quality of service he delivers.Weve always felt welcomed and respected as residents in this community and it has been a pleasure living here.

Maintenance, specifically Travis and Milton, are absolute legends. I had a huge hole in my garage wall, and not only did they patch it up, they saw the paint everywhere else was dirty and repainted the whole thing in a day. Another issue I had in my storage unit with water damage was again treated promptly the same day. Any issue I have they are always there to do the job quickly and thoroughly. AC repair is always immediate no matter the time of day. Yall better be giving these boys some stacks for their efforts.

* HONEST REVIEW* I have lived in these apartments close to four years now. Honestly it is a great complex; clean, quiet, and no one bothers you. Never saw any roaches or serious bugs on the premises or apartment, but I do live on the third floor. The only major maintenance issues I EVER had was the washer leaking (was replaced within a day or so) and the air not working correctly (was also fixed within a day). New management has taken over and they have been improving the property (smart upgrades, renovations etc.) except for the gate which has been broken probably about half the time I have lived here. Rent did go up every year around $100 or so but the new management is absolutely robbing people. The people below me just moved out and granted they did renovate the apartment but my rent is $1350 for a 2/2 and they just listed that one for OVER $1900!!!I will complain about valet trash because they often don’t come on the days they are supposed to therefore leaving trash in our halls for up to 4 days sometimes. If Im paying $30+ a month they should come faithfully!! Also, good luck trying to reach someone in the office you have to call at least 15 times or just show up to even be heard, but they are good people and do help!

Im in a non renovated apartment and the appliances are very old. A newer ones would be more comfortable though. Nevertheless, the appliances work and does its job efficiently.

Despite weather conditions, you can see them diligently working around, cleaning the common areas, painting the signs in the streets, in general they are really hard working people and both of them are really kind and are always willing to help... It is great to live here knowing that if you need help with something in your apartment they are going to help you immediately and with an smile :)

Milton and Travis came in to repair the shower in the master bath which was leaking into the wall. These guys even came by on a Sunday to ensure that things were stable and ready to go for the replacement on Monday. They did a great job with the repair and even came back a couple days later just to follow up. Great guys here keeping the property in tip top shape. Response time was a matter of minutes as well.

Jose Murphy came to replace a spray nozzle for my kitchen sink, and he was very friendly and professional. Thank you for your good work!

Been living here for almost 6 years now. Residential community close to UCF main campus - clean, quiet and peaceful. The apartments are neat and spacious. The maintenance crew are friendly and very prompt in responding to service requests. Tony, Milton and Travis go an extra mile to make sure we are being taken care of. Overall a wonderful experience.

I have lived here for two years now and I still love living here. The apt complex even had a management switch during the pandemic, and things are still good here. They put the safety of the residents first by ensuring that they adhere to CDC recommended guidelines, and all of the employees wear a mask. And even during COVID the maintenance crew has been extremely helpful, and willing to safely go into apartments to fix things. I even was able to live here another year because the management was willing to work with my budget. They care about people here unlike other places I have lived. Special shout-out to Milton for always making sure we are comfortable and happy! He is the best!

I have been living here for over seven years and l am very happy. The top three things I enjoy most about the unit I am in are the huge closets, outdoor patio and a washer and dryer which are located in unit with a door, it’s not just in a weird area shut by a closet type door. This gives it a more “home like” feel to the apartment.This complex has always felt really clean and comfortable. They recently did some nice upgrades to the pool and clubhouse area. The office staff as well as the maintenance are friendly and are always willing to help with any problems or concerns I’ve ever had. I want to especially make a shout out to Milton,Travis, & Tony aka “the dream team”!!! They recently fixed a few issues I was having in the kitchen and got it taken care of right away and left the place better then they found it. With all that said the biggest thing you will get by living here is peace of mind knowing everything is taken care of.

This apartment complex is a WONDERFUL place to live!! The office staff and management are beyond accommodating and so friendly all the time. The maintenance team always strives to complete any work orders submitted in a timely manner without delays. Milton, Tony, and Travis are very knowledgeable and can fix anything! I love that this complex is pet friendly....to large dogs too! My German Shepherd loves the dog park which has lots of room for her to run around and play on the agility obstacles. I have lived here for two years now and have had no issues!

I’ve been living at Trailside Graden for more than a year and I can honestly say the staff are very nice, respectful and fantastic. The two lady’s at the office always sounds grateful to help when call them on the phone. Im glad that i moved to Trailside Gardens. The move-in process was very smooth. The leasing experts and manager are very co-operative, flexible and understand residents needs. I really loved their flexibility to accommodate my request of changing my move in date to a later date amid COVID crisis, without charging a single penny to me. They do everything in their capacity to make you comfortable right from when you do first inquiry and right upto you are in and start to settle. Maintenance services are also awesome. They handle complaints promptly and manage to ensure later that it is resolved to your satisfaction. I recommend this place.

Let’s just say I ended up having to apply at Trailside Gardens due to the incompetence of another complex by the name of Arden Villas. I had gone through the leasing process months ago and had a move-in date set towards the end of August. However, after months of babysitting the application process and correcting them on many clerical errors throughout every step, I thought I was finally ready to move in. Until move-in day was delayed, and then ultimately cancelled by them. Leaving me with a fast approaching (only a few days) lease end date at my current place and no other place planned for a move.I had to scramble to find a place quickly. I did some research and decided Trailside would be the best place to move forward with. As a previous resident they immediately and without question offered to waive my application and admin fees. Ruth and the rest of the team were very friendly, responsive and quick to address any concerns I had as well as move the process along at a fast pace, knowing that I only had a couple of days left before I needed to be out of my old place.Suffice to say, the team at Trailside has been the exact opposite of Arden, serving as a reminder that the leasing process didn’t need to be a tumultuous undertaking and could actually be quite enjoyable when dealing with the right people.Keep up the great work!

Im close to living here 10 years. Of course problems will happen with apartments - things just break down.But I am amazed at how fast any problem I have (even when I list is as low priority) is fixed. I have never gone 12 hours without someone being here incredibly fast. If I call it in during the morning, its fixed usually by 12 noon. Three times the staff stayed late to make sure it was fixed before they left from their full day of work. Milton, Travis, and Tony (and all staff) bend over backwards giving unbelievable service. They are the best of the best!!!! Here ten years - plan to stay.

I love this community. We have lived here for a few years now. If something is broken in your house, they actually send somenone really quick to fix it. One of theri repairng staff, Mr Guzman Milton is very professional. He helped us repair the stoves, air conditioning system and even toilet for daily maintainience.

I just finished staying here for 4 years now: great location, and beautiful apartments with HUGE balcony. The staffs are friendly and professional. The maintanance crew is always prompt, thanks to Travis and Milton.
