Amanda at Club Pickup was super helpful. I really appreciate that she took the time to help me even though the app wasn’t working properly. Huge shoutout!! Also - I definitely recommend updating the software on the app. I’ve had this issue every time I’ve tried to pick up my groceries.

I mostly use this place for the pharmacy. The staff, and all of the pharmacists here always and I mean always nice and really care about me and my family. Besides that, the sushi at this Sams club is delicious. Enjoy!

The service was fast. Had to call to the inside to tell them I was there and in what parking spot. Customer service desk answered promptly. Customer service put me through to pickup fast. Even with the app not letting me check in service was fast. Trina and Lexi were friendly, professional and accommodating, and I received my gift/sample bag. Trina put my peaches in the seatbelt. I really appreciated that.

They were able to delete the bad reviews. I gave it a bad review last time because the service staff was rude. Back then it had a rating of just over three points. The evaluation disappeared. And their rating is 4.8. God is watching you do things!

Decent sams. Busy mostly masked people.

Although, I don’t have any issues with the retail store itself, I have used the Battery & Tire department multiple times with poor results. From 2 week timelines on a rotation, to 15 min hold times if not hung up on. I have even come in for an appointment in the afternoon (15 min prior) and because someone missed their appointment from the morning, I had to wait until after their car was finished for 1.5 hrs ON A TIRE ROTATION. Do not recommend this location for anything tire department.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to an associate by the name of Collin who was arranging the carts outside but stopped to help me with some heavy items I had. Thank you so much for your help. You were so kind and I appreciate you.

I suggest that your general manager fire the staff in the meat center. Very rude. And every time I buy meat he tells me rudely that no, he doesnt want to do any work at all. The back of the steak is all beef tendon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I even have to throw half of it away to eat it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Even though there is no Eye Exam on this center still they have a ver large sigh board of “Eye Exam” sign board! Checked with the staff there and she confirmed that they are not doing this in the last few years!Time to remove this board!

The store is always nice and clean. The associates are always friendly and helpful. They have a variety of products that are a great quality. The clothes are good quality too. The flowers are always so pretty. Books are a great price here so are gift cards. They have practically everything that you need. I highly recommend this store.

Went Saturday of Memorial day weekend. As always employees were friendly & helpful. Not too crowded considering the big holiday weekend. Stock levels were good, even picked up some prescriptions after placing phone orders earlier in the week.

First time to visit this Sams club and we enjoyed our visit and we will be coming back to this location.

After having such a bad shopping experience here a few months ago, I gave this location another try! However, cashier Margarita mustve had a bad day! As I checked out, no greeting from her at all. She kept frowning at me and was very rude. She insisted on me getting a credit card, even after I told her no. Sign for everyone to wear a mask on front entrance, but customers and employees without masks everywhere!

The store is clean, organized, customer service is great, and items I want are always in stock. There is a fantastic woman on the weekends that is very helpful when I need a cart for my infant. She makes me feel happy! The produce is not flavorful enough for me to want to keep purchasing. The clothing options are overpriced and less fashionable than I prefer but it’s a grocery store...not a boutique.

Other than the woman who works at the front door (who is unfriendly and unwelcoming) this store has nice employees who are available and willing to help. The store layout makes more sense than some of the others, and it is always clean and well stocked. Conveniently located right off the highway. Love that the gas station is there as well.

I found what I was looking for quickly. The cashiers were very helpful as well.

Their management is a joke. I called on a Saturday to talk to a manager. I got a supervisor. I asked the guy if i could speak to a manager. He told me they were really busy and i would be on hold. I told him that was acceptable. After 12 minutes on hold, another supervisor came on who barely spoke english telling me I could not speak to a manager. When I told her I wanted to speak to a manager about the gas station problem, she told me I could speak to the Bakery Manager. I ended up hanging up on her. What a joke. I am taking my business somewhere else. Their gas station is a joke as well. Its a free for all. Its only going to get worse now with Whataburger going in there.

The construction is finally finished thank goodness, now its a bit more like Costco with the big walk-in freezer/fridges. Its never a quick in and out. The pretzels have been sitting under a warmer for too long. I prefer the old cafe, even though the line was always long. I prefer Costcos selection, but I think Sams is slightly cheaper, by a few pennies maybe.

Did the scan and go. Scanned all my 4 items and when I went to checkout at the front door they told me that one of my items wasnt on the receipt. I told them I 4 items and there are 4 items on here. They got a manager, he told me for a 20 cent mistake of theirs I needed to stand in the return as it rang up cupcakes not the item I scanned. I gave them my item because I wasnt going to wait in line for an hour for their problem. So I paid for an item I never got

Clean and well stocked. Fresh sushi is consistently good. Fully charged mobility scooters usually available.

Its a good store. I enjoy going to Sams Club.

I dont make it here as often as I should since I do pay for a membership. This was a great experience and I love the updates to the dairy, meat, and the additional prepared food. Checkout was quick and easy at 6 on a weeknight.

This was a potential 1 star review, but 2 managers and 1 computer person turned it into a 5 star! We were told by a different location that this Sams Club had 2 laptops in stock that we were looking for. We arrived, picked up one of two pull tickets that were on the display. At checkout we were informed that they didnt actually have any. After finding a manager and explaining what had happened, we were assisted in finding one that was comparable and slightly more expensive. We ended up purchasing it. Excellent service and phenomenal attitude about finding a solution!!

They make you feel like a thief when youre tracking out especially if you are going to a teller who touched you out and they still make you feel like a thief if the item was not scanned I understand you can do the shelf check out and do their check on him but when you tell her scanning you shouldnt do that yell at cross people sometimes

Choice was better than our local Sams. Better meat choices. The only downsides are: 1. The additional distance to travel and 2. Lack of familiarity with the store layout. I feel that the layout of this store is better than our local Sams.

It has what you need at a great price. However, most items for sale here are sold in bulk-sizes. If you are okay with that, its worth a membership.

Sams trying hard to compete with costco. Its a hard battle competing with the quality of costco and customer experience. Variety is the selling point for Sams that you dont get in costco. So this leaves some items not good enough for customers. Sams sells similar stuff but in smaller packages, so you get the same stuff at almost same price per qty but you pay less in sams as you buy lesser qty. Sams is for you if you have a small family and dont need wholesale quantities in costco. Organic Milk in sams cost you little less as they dont add fish oil and i like that as i dont like milk that smells fishy. Chocolates and snacks options are more if your taste buds are inclined towards trying different foods. Furniture cost less but quality not at par with competition. You get what you pay for. But sams got good quality stuff, like variety of cakes, cup cakes. You get to choose what you can afford in sams.

I have been going to this Sams since it opened about 17 years ago. It is kept clean ( including bathrooms!). Wide aisles and very good selection of most all good products a business or family might need. Bret is a great customer focused Supervisor and has helped me for years. There store and employees give back lots of money and time to community.Must mention their Pharmacy has a good staff to assist you and work to get you best cost of your drugs!

Store was VERY clean.They had what was on our list.Surprised there are no bags to use when unloading your cart.

The Club is great and just like the other Clubs. The outdoor Propane machines are always broken. Management should get on the supplier or ask then to take the machines away. When the machines are reliably working or gone Ill change this to a 5 star.

Shop here a few times a week. Great Sams. Pharmacy staff are extra nice, too. I only dock a star because, while Sams seems to have gotten rid of the third party pushy salesmen for the most part, there’s still one guy trying to grease people up for cell phone sales - give me a break dude.Final thought - there are a couple of products that regularly don’t show in stock on the app but I know they are. Probably just some SKU cleanup needed here. I’ve submitted some pieces of feedback over the years and have never once received a response - also a reason for docking the 1 star.Otherwise, excellent store.

This is a great Sams club. I always find what I am looking for and can get in and out. The only gripe I have today is that there appears to be a run on toilet paper during this last visit. They were completely out by 3 PM.

App crashed on both our phones the second we walked into the building & took quite a while to come back up, displays up but no product to buy, full sized candy bars for Halloween that expire in November & December, no Bounty paper towels again & very slow to check receipt at the door.Side note - the only reason we went into the store was because trying to find the curbside pickup option was impossible to find in the app. It was either delivery or in-store pickup for everything despite the email & banners stating they provided curbside pickup.

Its Sams Club. Bulk groceries. You need a membership, but you save money in the long run. Better than dealing with Walmart, cheaper expensive than Hy-vee.

Love their pickup service now, I used to have to go to in, now I just pull up and text.

My membership at Sams has saved a lot of money on gasoline. Todays trip was for Halloween treats. We nabbed some individual packages of cookies. Great price!

Best place to go grocery shopping because everything is in bulk. It seems expensive at first glance but when you think about the amount you are getting for the price is it more than a great deal. Also they have aisles of random toys, chairs and fun stuff to buy.

I completely understand that COVID has changed everything but I dont think Ill be renewing my membership with Sams at this point. I paid for a Business Plus membership to save me time so I dont have to go through and collect my monthly order of $300-$400 but the last 4 orders Ive placed, I went all the way through the steps to place the order only to be told that no pickup times are available. As an essential business (I own 2 preschools) with a building full of kids to feed, we have to have our supplies.And the frequently ordered items feature hasnt worked in many months. I think Ill give Costco a call and see if their systems are still functional enough to actually complete placing an order.

They had a full stock of toilet paper, which is nice to see. Store is very clean and helpful signing. If you are looking for the bread and buns, they are between the freezer and dairy sections. Scan and Go is always a must in Sams Club.

This club has a larger selection than my normal club. A big plus is their meat selections. Mask mandate is enforced.

Sams Club has been around for a while and pretty much everyone knows what they are about. Pay an annual fee to be a member and have the opportunity to purchase items at a discount. It works.The warehouse is sprawling and loaded with good products. Prices on most everything is reliably low and the quality of the products is good. I especially like the produce they offer.They do not carry all products and they do not carry every brand, so three are limitations, but it is a great place to buy a lot of what you need.Two things which Sams does that bothers me:1) They periodically move things around more often than necessary - it wastes my time finding where the spices are now located...2) They consumed a lot of close-in parking for drive-through shopping and I rarely see anyone doing the drive-through thing. It didnt work, so lets go back.Some prefer Costco over Sams. Both are great options. I do prefer the Costco cakes because of the added layer. I generally prefer Sams because I think they have a better overall product offering - others will disagree and I respect that. I think most will choose the one which is more convenient in terms of location and ease of doing business.

This location is much cleaner than the 95th one. We drive out of our way to come to this one

Better than most Sams in the area, has the best meat area of all I have been in. Several walk in cold goods areas and is laid out good.

It wasnt very crowded for a Friday morning. Used the app and didnt have to go through checkout. Had everything I wanted.
