I went here today thinking i was going to get my nails nice and pretty. but i guess not, i asked for long coffin white nails with gel polish and they ended up giving me this. she never used gel polish she used white acrylic powder, and i didn’t get the shape i wanted, the nails came out lumpy and curved. i asked her why they where curved and she said that because they where very long, but i’ve gone to other places where i get them long and they do not come out lumpy or curved and dirty. the nails didn’t even last, after i left the nail salon the nail cracked. i do not recommend

Had the best manicure I’ve ever received in my life! Noon is the best and she is very detailed and does excellent work, no short cuts! I will come back for her exceptional service!

I’ve had several technicians doing my pedicures here for the last 18 months, but a few months ago Noom started doing them & i am really pleased. She does a great job & is personable. I find it easy to make an appointment & prices are reasonable.

The technician did a good job on my nails. However, the professionalism of the staff is abysmally poor. When I entered the building, I was ignored for serval minutes. Then when spoken to, I think by the owner, she was curt & unpolite. She even ignored me for a brief moment after I told her what service I was wanting. I stood there for a moment not knowing whether to take a seat, repeat myself or leave. Very uncomfortable & frustrating situation. Not the adjectives you want to hear from a customer describing your customer service oriented business. The rest of the staff just looked and then continued doing their work.Perhaps I just got unlucky, nonetheless, this type of behavior is unacceptable in such a business.

Wont go anywhere else. I even bring my dad and aunt here when they are in town.

10/10 service. I walked in with lifting acrylics and walked out with the better nails than I could hope for. Mike gave me the perfect color and length along with fixing the poor acrylic foundations another salon had done on my hands.This is the biggest and cleanest salon I have ever experienced. The staff are super friendly and attentive. Todays service has earned my loyalty.

I was called a liar twice by the tech giving me a manicure after she started giving me a different manicure that I had wanted. Then after I dropped the conversation and settled for what she was doing she kept bringing it back up and wanted to argue. Bad customer service

Noom does a great job with both dip nails and pedicures. She keeps my toes and fingers looking beautiful. I feel like this salon is one of the cleanest Ive been to and the staff is very friendly. The only drawback with this salon is they dont have anyone that is stellar with nail art and I would really like to have some beautiful nail art more often.

Walked in and asked for a dip manicure. I currently had dip that needed to be removed and the gal used a dremel tool to remove the old polish. I was used to having it soaked off. When I asked why, the gal looked at me and said she knew what she was doing. Then a client walks in stating she had an appointment with the gal doing my nails so I was told sorry and another gal finished my manicure. She sure knew what she was doing. She was using the wrong dremel grade and it took off a layer of my nails. This was over a month ago and I am still waiting for my nails to grow out. If you want poor service and ruined nails then this is the place for you. There are many other nail salons I would rather give my money and business to and I highly recommend you do the same.

I didn’t even think my brittle nails could be repaired. After 5 months of at-home glue press-on nails repeated every 7-10 days, my nails/skin and cuticles were beyond damaged and really painful. I received my first dip nails by Rose. She is amazing and intelligent when it comes to nail growth and repair. My nails have never looked so good and professional. Thank you so much Rose for your hard work! I can’t wait to come back and see you!

I was in the nail salon today, not sure why the staff was unfriendly. The nail polishes are old and crusty.The shop is dim, dirty and dusty. I have frequently visited this salon since 2015 when it was under different management. The new owner is very rude and they have a high turn over with staff. I was informed by an old staff member that the owners are members of the Chinese Mob.... I will not be returning. This place appears as its on the verge of closing its doors.. go at your own risk.

Awesome job. Sadly had to watch another group be incredibly rude and impatient with those working today. I observed everyone working hard and taking no personal breaks for themselves to try and get everyone cared for to having to listen to being berated. Im sorry on behalf of those customers. We appreciated all your efforts.

I cannot even express how bad of a job this guy did on my nails lmfao. Color is beautiful, hes very good at painting nails. But clearly should not be doing acrylic.

My nails looked great. I came in to get something and I didnt understand exactly what I wanted. She was very helpful in what I needed. As well, she was very friendly. Due to cover I noticed she even bagged the items she threw in the trash. Her service was fast, which was good because I was in a hurry

Scheduled an appointment for pedicure and manicure. Toward the end of the pedicure I was asked to come back for my manicure because they were busy and people had appointments. WOW! No, thank you. I will not be back. Finding a new salon after 3yrs of coming here.

I love going here! My first visit was a unpleasant, I had got seated with a lady who seemed so upset that she had me there. Literally huffed while moving her laptop and having to stop doing her own nails. I was so embarrassed and in disbelief. Usually I would have gotten up and found service elsewhere but decided to just shut up and suck it up. When she was done, my nails were beautiful. The bad customer service didn’t really make up for the pretty nails but I dealt with it. I ended up going back to this place and got another lady and made sure I didn’t have the lady from before, my new tech was named Monica and she was awesome! Very personal and friendly and my toes and nails looked wonderful! I have had a few others there and definitely recommend them now. I just don’t ever care to have the First Lady do my nails. Everyone else is kind and polite! They love to make you feel comfortable and make you satisfied with your service. I’m glad I gave it a second chance! Been going there for about 7 months now!

This is my favorite nail place in town! All the nail technicians are kind and courteous. I always go in and have a fun time, laughing and chatting with them! Ive gotten two pedicures here and have no complaints. I got a lot of compliments on the color and how long the polish lasted. Very, very impressed with the space as it is always clean and relaxing. :)

First time getting a manicure, thought they did a great job. Clean environment, friendly staff. They accidentally clipped my cuticles a bit vigorously but nothing too bad.

I can’t say enough good things about the ladies at Rose Nails! Today after feeling really reluctant to go for a mani/pedi given all things COVID, I decided to try it. From being asked to wash my hands as I walked into the salon, wearing a mask, seeing the plexiglass between myself and the nail technician, the spacing of the chairs and the additional cleaning being done between patrons, I was so so impressed. Kudos and thank you!!!!!

They’re good at doing nails, but are terrible when it comes to taking off gel/acrylic. They scratched up my nails in attempt to take off all the gel about a month ago and the scratches have not gone since. Along with that, there’s still some gel base coat left on my nails. I’ve gone crazy trying to grow out a fresh new set of nails because Rose Nails have damaged my current nails so much.

Rose Nails has a very friendly hard working staff, clean salon, and reasonable prices for all services. My daughter and I got the basic mani-pedi combo. We were walk-ins on a Saturday afternoon and they were able to take care of us immediately. They had special, butterfly shaped pedicure chairs for kids. Too bad it wasnt for adults! Great for a princess theme party. Nu, the nail tech, is a talented nail artist. She created an Easter theme nail art for my daughter.

I absolutely love this salon and I recommend it to people all of the time. The staff is very nice and does beautiful work that lasts and lasts! I wont get my nails done any place else!!

The worst place I’ve ever been too! Will never come back again, my nails was thick in some spots and thin in the other.! The lady was rude tried to have small talk with her and she wasn’t having just yanking my hand around like it was a toy, my nails are not the same size not the same thickness and lopsided! And I’m pretty sure the lady that did my nails ran the place and she upped and left before my nails was even dry, didn’t say by or anything just casually walked out the door! Flipping rude.

Always kind and efficient and they put up with my shenanigans! I dont know how they were able to grin and bare it, but I came in with a downright yucky and terrifying broken nail and they were sweet, kind, and gentle and helped me remove a horrifically broken off nail. I was at a loss and Im still in pain, but it is so much better... Thank goodness they are usually open and available after workfor me! Excellent service, always! Definitely recommend the hot stone pedicure, its worth the extra couple of bucks! Thank you so much ladies (and gentleman)!

Very pleasant experience! I stopped by on a Friday afternoon without an appointment. There was a little bit of a wait, but the pedicure was done very well.

They did an amazing job!

My nails look great. My problem is that I got dip powder on my natural nails. It states on their menu $42 for dipping powder for full set w/ manicure. I didn’t get a manicure with my set and they still charged me full price and then argued with me it was a different thing. Even though it was right under dipping powder section. I’m not sure how you argue what you get for a price when it clearly states on the menu. They didn’t even try to make it right. Needless to say I will not be coming back and I’m a repeat customer of theirs.

Disappointed. I thought I would try a new salon closer to home but this was a mistake. The salon is very cute and nicely decorated. The service was disappointing though. When I voiced my disappointment the lady doing my nails told me it looked bad because I had short nails... she also refused to remove the hair that was stuck in my polish from the polish brush. Now I have a long black hair embedded into the polish. I do have short nails, as I am a nurse and keep them short for work but Ive had my nails done at several other places and never had any issues. Will not be back. I will drive the extra few blocks to my old salon to receive the service I pay for.
